Highly recommend Precious Pets Memorial Service, the staff is great, professional and compassionate. They did an outstanding job communicating and accommodating us throughout the process. We have told several family members and friends how thankful we are that we found this company.

My mother was deeply affected by the loss of our family dog, who we had for just about 10 years. We were able to find a local place in Ventura County who was able to cremate him and get him back to us in a couple of days. They were very professional and patient as they explained and answered so many questions. Excellent communication via call/ email as well as their service!

My beloved Shar-Pei died last summer and I was so devastated. My heart was, and still is, broken. I wanted to find a cremation service that would treat her body with care and dignity. A service that would allow me to be there and take her home the same day. I found these wonderful people and they took such care of both my precious Bailey and me. I lost my beloved child on March 7, 2020, and wasn't able to be with him and my family during his last hours (I was out of town). Our local crematory service was able to arrange a private cremation service for my precious dog at Precious Pets Memorial Service. The two gentlemen working that day were compassionate and kind throughout the entire process--from transporting his body to his private viewing, giving us a private room to spend one more time with our loved one, to placing his remains in the chamber, and at the end giving us his ashes to take him home. Looking back, I really needed that private viewing: to see him, pet him, and talk to him one last time, as well as seeing his remains go, to accept that he is gone from this world. I felt like my dog got a proper send-off and left this world with dignity. He got a private cremation service a human would get. I highly recommend them, they helped make this extremely difficult time in our lives bearable. Thank you so much, Precious Pets Memorial Service.

Although I didn't have one on one interaction with Precious Pets Memorial Service, I highly recommend to anyone. I had to put my dog Destiny down and my vet in Fillmore arranged everything. They picked her up from the vet and delivered her ashes back to the vet. The cedar box was beautiful and more than I expected. With a beautiful plaque with her name. I also loved the paw print ????????. The decision to put her down was hard enough. She was suffering from cancer and it was the right thing to do. At least I have her home in a beautiful box with dignity.

While it’s never pleasant to deal with a family member lost, I had a pleasant experience today for my beloved pet cat of 18 years today. Being new to Ventura, I didn’t know where to turn when my cat passed peacefully last night. Jordan was very professional & kind when I called this morning to tell him of her passing last night. He was able to accommodate my schedule and see me early to make arrangements for her cremation. I was able to visit with her onsite to say my goodbyes and had her ashes back same day by 3:30. Thank you, Jordan, for your condolences and kindness. I am thankful to have her home now so I can move on.

We lost our beloved, bossy PeeWee on Dec5. . Overwhelmed with grief . Our vet had him picked up and sent for cremation. He came home on my birthday, in a beautiful cedar box and casted footprints. I didnt expect more than a little box with a bag. Honestly, it was uplifting. I felt you really took care of our little beloved buddy. Thank you so much.

Precious Pets Memorial Service handled the entire process of cremating my pet Zeke with professionalism and dignity. The clay paw print they gave me of Zeke was a nice touch. I am glad I took my pet there and would recommend them to anyone.

Jordan with Precious Pets went above and beyond to accommodate us after the passing of our family dog name Grizzy. His services were quick and very thorough throughout the process.
