I had purchased food for my Texas heeler, Dottie, and was about to purchase an ID tag for her. Only I didn't have enough money on my debit card for the dog tag and I didn't have enough cash to cover the balance of my purchase. I was going to have to get the dog tag for Dottie another time. Dottie didn't have any tags and I was worried that if she got lost no one would have a way to reach me upon finding her. One of your employees wouldn't let that happen. She paid the balance so I could get Dottie's tag. ( I refrain from mentioning her by name in case this action was against company policy.) Thank you for caring about me and my baby girl. We won't forget about this.

Petco is now my second home ???? I just got my first puppy and I love it there and the employees are just as amazing as all their stuff.

The staff is friendly definitely no experience in aquatic animals every fish that we've purchased at this facility have died definitely recommend extreme Marine in Ventura a little bit more knowledgeable staff there than here

the store is clean and fairly well stocked. The employees were nice, albeit somewhat stressed.

Grooming department cancelled grooming appointments , 5 times in a row so far due to lack of sufficient stylists. They call the day before to cancel your appointment and set one for you based on their calendar , only to cancel it again the day before that one and so forth . Not a single time did they apologize about it. I called customer service today and I couldn’t hear the rude screaming rep as they were using a ?cell phone with bad service . No PETCO if you respect your time / pet .

I bought a "cone of shame" for my ????. It was an inflatable donut, and it fits perfectly, she couldn't use the plastic ones (as she would always take them off.) Thank you Petco for having what I needed.

After 2 of my fish died my last fish was lonely so I went over to Petco and picked up 3 new fish along with some new supplies and now my aquarium is more brilliant than ever and my fish will last longer than ever!

They didn't have the blood worms that I needed and always seem to be understaffed.

Great place, Great service...too many Dead fish in Tanks.

This is a decent local Petco with friendly staff, good parking, and plenty of selection.

Place was pretty clean. Went in on a Sunday for vetco clinic. Got my old girl her shots and was done in a matter of minutes. really friendly staff and even comforted me dog while she got her shots. Making the appointment on their app makes all the difference.

Petco is coming back around since the Covid-19 to be more stocked. They need more "on the floor" staff to answer questions and find that special product or toy.
