Hi I love this site

This place is amazing! This was the first time we trusted a doggie daycare to watch over our 4 month old puppy Boba! I called and Bobby was extremely informative, he gave me all the information needed to begin the process and within 2 hours we were able to book a date for my girlfriend and I to take our pup! Needless to say he had a BLAST! We were sent pictures/ updates every hour and we were amazed at the reassurance we were given knowing our pup was having the time of his life! Esther was extremely friendly and seemed she had just as much fun watching boba! HIGHLY recommend these professional and affordable human beings my dog loves SO much now!

The pup LOVES coming here, he probably wishes I would drive faster. The whole staff is lovely and always have a smile in their face. I love that they send you text pictures as updates so you can see how much fun your furbaby is having. I totally recommend this daycare!

What a nightmare this place is I called midweek after Googling dog groomers in my area I spoke with somebody and got their rates for my size dog 12 to 15 lb for a simple shave and grooming basic stuff no styling I was told $35 for each dog which was by size and length of hair I was also told the girl wasn't sure when the groomer would be in could she take my number then she said she would definitely be in Sunday just not sure what time 10 or 12 but she would text me so I could bring the dogs in first thing that never happened I called approximately 11 a.m. on Sunday reiterating my phone conversation during the week the pricing and their location and asked if I could bring my dogs in I was asked to wait until 1:30 as they were backed up I showed up at 1:32 no one at the front desk and no one around visibly for quite a few minutes on one side of this place there is a gated open small walkthrough with approximately four dogs all sizes seemingly unattended until one dog attacked another having the smaller dog yelping finally somebody appeared and separated dogs and said they would be right on the other side to take my dogs all the while while I was yelling hello hello clearly on Sunday they are very understaffed finally when somebody came I handed off my smaller dog and they took her in back and said she would come right back I went and got my other dog and brought her to the front office. The groomer had come up front and the intake girl asked her if she could just charge me when I pick them up I replied I had no problem paying now I was already quoted 35 and had a credit card. The groomer then said that was an incorrect price and it would be 50 needless to say I was outraged I asked for my dog's back places often do this where they give you a quote but when you go to pick your dog up it's a much higher price additionally this is a doggy day care and after what I witnessed I would never leave my dogs in these people's care I also saw no rates for grooming posted

Drove all the way there to leave my dog for a few hours while I have a procedure done. When I got there they said they would be keeping her separated from the others. They didnt mention that when I called them beforehand. She's never been there before. I don't take her to doggy daycares so she can be kept in solitary confinement. She's had ALL her shots, including bordetella, even had the rattlesnake inoculation, and she is spayed. Very social and friendly to everyone and all animals. So I had to race back to the drs and leave her in my van while I had procedure. There are PLENTY of other daycares out there to give your $$$$ to. And ones that have yards and grass also!

Its a gr8 doggie daycare & hotel.

Always accommodating and I know they care about your dogs because my dogs are never upset about going there. Super facility. It might not be the hugest space, but the dogs are allowed to roam and it's set up more like a house so dogs feel more at home. Plus someone is there 24 hours a day. I wouldn't take dogs anywhere else!

This is the second dog we have taken here. Our first was 17 and when she got sick over Christmas 2017. They took her to a vet on our request because we were out if town. We just got Mardi Growler 2 weeks ago,1 year 2 months after our Sami left us. They had her for the morning to see how she did and from all reports from staff, Mardi did really great. We went back here because of how they treated and helped us when Sami was towards her end. They really care about their charges and will go to very long lengths to help those in their facility.

We came across SoBe Happy when we were in need of a place that could take our puppies right after being fixed; cones, medications and all. They were so easy to set a meet and greet up with and made the process truly seamless. Leaving our puppies for the first time EVER + them still being in recovery I was beyond nervous. SoBe put all my worries at ease. Pictures were sent throughout the day along with updates on how they were doing and all questions I had were immediately answered (i LOVE that i can text any time i needed an update). We were so pleased we immediately booked them for our second trip a few days later and now the babies love it so much we are going to start them in daycare there! Everyone who works there is so friendly, loving to the dogs and can tell you so much about them that you can feel how invested they are in your baby. I love knowing they are in such a fun loving environment, cage free all day and that they come home full of socialization. Oliver and Penny love you all xoxo

My pup had so much fun here, he’s been pooped the rest of the day! The whole team is great, so friendly and accommodating and they will text you pics and updates throughout the day if you want them. Thanks SoBe!!!

We love this place and, even more importantly, our GSP does too. She pulls her leash to get in whenever we take her and this is the ONLY place she wants to go.

As long as my girl is happy Mama is happy too. Thank you for keeping me updated with pix of Verbi. She looks happy and I can tell she is enjoying herself. The team has been great, I am glad I have found a great place for my lil girl to stay and enjoy herself when mommy is out of town.

My Siberian husky loves it he loves coming here . I love that the staff sends me updates of him I love this place . I wouldn't take him any other place . I love the pictures staff send me of kion . I highly recommend this place especially if u want your dog to get some social and get tired. Thank you for loving my dog the way and taking such good care of him

West Pack BnB is an incredible place run by incredible people! Each dog there is given love and attention. I've never seen so many happy dogs in one place. The owners and staff go the extra mile for their clients (furry and non-furry) and are people I trust.

My dog Cleo always has an exciting time when she stays here.

This is where my dog lives when he's not visiting us on weeknights and weekends. This is the best daycare that my dog has been to. I love getting daily updates and photos of him playing and hanging out on the couch. The owners are very nice and I can tell they really care about each dog they care for. We are lucky to have found this place.

West Pack BnB is really an amazing place to leave your baby. My son (dog) Lucky is very anxious around new people and other animals. After the initial meet n greet, I felt so comfortable with Danielle and Deborah. They cared about my baby. When I dropped him off, I immediately started receiving updates and photos which was so comforting!!! After a day, Lucky had opened up to all of them. I have a photo of them snuggling on the couch! THAT'S HUGE FOR LUCKY! It made me feel appreciated that they cared so much about the animals they watch. They're kennel free. They have a gorgeous backyard where Lucky and his friends played most of their day. It was really a great experience for us both and yes we do recommend them! We will be seeing them soon again.
