My parents went to this Vet Clinic in the 80’s and 90’s and they loved it. Dr. Linville was the Vet for all their pets. My own experience at the All Creatures was very disappointing. I arrived to my appointment on time. After I arrived for my appointment, another person showed up. He was more than 30 minutes late for his appointment. They saw his pet in about 5 minutes. I wasn’t called for my pet’s appointment until 55 minutes after my appointment time. By that time I was already driving away. My pet’s appointment wasn’t an emergency so I told them to just cancel. In the future I will be taking my business to a different pet clinic

I handed them a very sick puppy I thought was going to die. Their entire staff worked on him over 4 days and nights. They returned to us a puppy that was well and happy. The staff here is unbelievably kind and dedicated, can't say enough good things about them.

We rescued a stray, injured, kitten during the week of Christmas. No one was available to look at the kitten, however Dr. Gill & his team said they would squeeze us in. The little soul was not chipped, and had a fractured hip. Proper surgical repair would cost apx $5K and being on limited income we could not afford this. Dr. Gill advised us that in the wild the animal would either heal with a limp or be disabled. Due to his encouragement and wisdom we chose to give the stray kitten the best care we can at home. The little stray cat has the spirit & soul of a giant and we think that with the guidance and knowledge of Dr. Gil we will be able to pull him through. We are truly blessed and forever thankful for the Doctors professional advice, compassion and awesome staff! We highly recommend Dr. Gill, and his staff!

They took very good care of my baby boy Brody He had a Gastro intestinal infection we thought that we were going to loose him Their staff got right on it did What they needed to do and our Brody’s home and well now thank you all creatures Sincerely, Stephanie Landon ????

My daughter's dog got attacked by a pit bull. She is a Chihuahua/Shih tzu mix. They were able to take care of her quickly. She needed stitches on her neck and ears. It was $1500.00 A few weeks later she got the stitches out and developed a hematoma in her ear. She is 12 years old and has never had a hematoma. I think there is a possibility it was from the stitches coming out of her ear but there is no way to prove that. It cost about $1400. to fix. After her operation they gave me a "Betty" collar which the assistant told me was not her size but they didn't have her size. They charged me $18.00 for the collar which our dog slipped off in a minute. When I returned to get her stitches out I brought the collar back and asked if I could return it since it was the wrong size. The assistant said he would ask. I already had a credit of $26.50 and the stitch removal was $35.00. The assistant came out and told me they would refund me the money and then charged me another $7.50 towards the removal of the stitches. So I got a big $1.00 refund. This is after spending over $3000 at their business. I just feel like they don't care about their customers. I am not trying to be cheap, it's the principle of it all. Left a bad taste in my mouth. I will not return.

My biggest issue ended up being that I paid to have results ASAP and it ended up taking three days to get back to me. I understand that with the season and it being busy, things make take a bit longer, but if that was the case I wouldn’t have spent the extra two hundred dollars. The staff is amazingly friendly and kind though!

The staff was really friendly but the prices was crazy high! We were robbed. we took our Rottweiler in for an ear infection and left with a $750 bill… four weeks later he has a still has an ear infection! We are mortified that we couldn’t go inside with him or even talk with the vet. Skip this place.

Last Sunday a senior took her dog bobi to be checked and when the vet tech came out to her car to get the dog as she was picking him up the dog started to urinate and the vet tech dropped the dog and the dog ran....8 days later the heart broken senior desperate to find her companion drives over there every day calling for him ....this business has been unresponsive and now will not except her phone calls about her companion or even help to find her companion they dropped on the ground...this not only is disgusting but heartbreaking.....they are responsible for this and show no care or interest in helping do the right thing....

Rude uninformative and they don't allow you to enter building with your animal they make you wait outside my animal is a service dog and I can't be without him so this was a huge no no

This is the best vet clinic in town, hands down! Every member of the staff we encountered was caring, professional, attentive, and thorough. It's obvious they care more about your pet's health than they do about making money. Just look at their hours of operation. Open 7 days a week until 10:00 pm. Our previous vet was only open until 6:00 pm M-F, till 2:00 pm on Saturday, and closed completely on Sundays. If your furry loved one got sick or had an emergency outside those hours, you were both out of luck. We were able to get an appointment at All Creatures for our older cat the day after calling. I also like the fact that there's more than one vet on staff at All Creatures (unlike our previous vet hospital that had only one) and at least five or six vet techs. This translates into very little wait times. (The only time we had to wait past our appointment time was when there was an emergency surgery.) It's difficult with Covid-19 protocols in place because you can't go into the exam room with your pet and meet with the doctor in person. However, over the three days our cat was there, we received numerous phone calls from the doctors and vet techs giving us updates and progress reports. And what was really refreshing was that the doctors never tried to rush me off the phone or make me feel as though I was taking too much of their valuable time. They patiently answered all my questions and explained things in an easy-to-understand way. Thank you, everyone at All Creatures Veterinary Hospital! We will never go anywhere else!

My roommate/ friend went in to have his cat euthanized. Whsn my roommate explained the situation, the doctor first argued about the age of my friend's cat. He has had her since birth for the last 18 years. Doctor argued she was only 10. She also has feline aids, vomits, runny poo, and can't control her bladder. Again, doctor argued and told my roommate she was perfectly healthy . The doctor refused to service my roommates cat and was asked to leave. HORRIBLE!

I have an appointment at 5:00 p.m. it's almost 5:30 I call 10 minutes before 5:00 I was told I was next I'm still sitting outside and I have another appointment at 6:00 and I'll be charged for if I miss it why do you schedule appointments that you cannot keep

My dog has gone through two surgeries with Dr. Gil. It has been rough with COVID to be unable to go into the office, but staff have been helpful over the phone and explaining care outside of the office. They are always clear and upfront about costs and items that may or may not be necessary. Our pup is in great hands here, I recommend.

My princess had an amazing experience here ! We had a bit of a scare at first but in the end all things worked out amazing! She had multiple stones and there were able to get them all and get her prescribe to the correct food to help prevent stones again! Thank you guys so much for saving my baby ❤️ I’ll definitely to back to keep up with her care worth the drive by the way I traveled all the way from Redding ca .

Sorry to give a low rating. Doctor and staff are nice but there is no follow through when asking for refills in medication. For first medication I had to leave two messages w no call back and then finally had to stop in. For the second medication I talked w someone on the phone and they said they’d get back to me. After a week w no contact I decided to go to another practice.

Dr. Gill and staff are amazing. They are very thorough in their work and took extra care for my dog during his stay at the hospital after surgery. I will not go anywhere else, as the level of professionalism and expertise of Dr. Gill is top notch.

Not a good experience. I was left waiting for over 3 hours in my car at the curb. After taking my cat in I was told that they were going to do some blood tests and give her IV fluids becuase she was dehydrated. The technician said that it would be about another 30 minutes. So I waited at the curb. About an hour and a half later, having not heard anything, I called to check in about timing and was told it would be another 20-30 minutes. I don't mind something taking a long time I just want to be told what is going on. No one called and no one checked in to say things were running late. I could have easily gone home or grabbed some lunch. The staff was pleasant enough, but it was a very frustrating experience. I would not reccommend them.

All Creatures has been great to my pet canines Sammy and China, and cat Maggie.They know their vet medicine and are compassionate with the people and, of course, the critters. Although we recently lost China, I am grateful for all of the care they provided her during the short time I had her and for doing what they could on her last day. I highly recommend this team! Eddie

Love this place! Affordable and all the staff seem to genuinely care for the animals seen. The waiting room is tiny and there tends to be a long wait despite having an appointment but worth it.

We have taken our dog, Blizzard in several times over the years. We travel a lot and are not in the bay are all the time so this is not our only veterinary stop. Every time we have gone, we have received great care and in a timely fashion for a reasonable price. The Buzzmeister most recently went in for a weird ear pain. Although no obvious cause presented itself, we were given meds that did give our pup immediate relief from pain, and the problem was obviously much improved by the next day post a solid ear cleaning and antibiotics. He has also had his teeth cleaned there and numerous other appointments and we are always glad to be able to come back when the need arises.

We had a very bad experience elsewhere at a larger corporate vet. A friend recommended us. We couldn’t be happier. All Creatures team makes your pets’ well-being the number one priority as if your pet(s) was their own personal pet. They treat you like family. We highly recommend!!!

Love this place! Great knowledgeable employees who really care for your pet! Our cat got suddenly sick, they fit us right in. He had to stay overnight and they kept us well informed the entire time. Would definitely recommend them.

Updating my review because the business reached out to refund me the office visit and were very kind about it. I feel really upset with this place. Took my cat in to get his pain patch removed and was told beforehand it would be about $20. Imagine my surprise when I was charged $89, supposedly for an exam (at no point did I request an exam or even meet the doctor). Pros: open late, and the vet tech and receptionist were really nice

This is a great place to take most any critter. Dr. Linville is certified to treat a long list of critters, including Reptiles & Pocket pets. On sight lab., Staff is always cheerful & helpful, as well as having great empathy for the pet parents. Late last year we found one of young cats lying on our walkway. He couldn't be seen until later that evening where he was very close to death. He pulled through after 2 days in the hospital. Ony 2nd day Dr G recommend one more night and encourged us to visit in the afternoon. He still was pretty sick, yet so happy to see us. He's really healthy now, thanks to Dr G. & the.capabel staff.

I've taken all my Babies here. Really like this place. Dr is nice and everything moves fairly quickly and my Babes aren't traumatized when we leave. Will return. ????????????
