Emily the groomer is the best!!

This was my first time taking in my Zipper (pup) to a place like this. With the world the way it is, I have not had time to take care of my little one. I don't know why I was ever worried, everyone there was lovely, very patience with me and answered all of my questions. Needless to say, they did a wonderful job and I highly recommend them.

Fromme cat food is the best. Just ask my vet about my cats health.

I buy the best food for my baby. ASHLEY is always ready to help answer all my questions. She really knows it all !. BRITTNEY & LANIE are amazing in taking care of my Buddy to always look fresh after his grooming. They really are the BEST team. Warm, welcoming and just GREAT all around. I know my baby is in great hands with them because they genuinely care about animals and I love that. Thank you for always taking such great care of my Buddy. We love you guys ! I think its ridiculous that this store remains open, with all this chaos around. It is not safe for the employees, as they are at high risk and still doing their jobs! The company can at least pay them extra and actually take care of the face of the company! I even heard that they are not even being offered any paid time off like most other companies. So sad that the employees of the store are struggling during all of this and from what ive heard the company and the corporation as a whole doesn't care about the safety or financial hardships of their employees!! This store is also doing NOTHING about limiting the amount of people that can enter the building as well as NOT putting any limits on the amount of food that people can purchase. It leaves the rest of us with not much to pick from.....GET IT TOGETHER.

All I can say is that this location is one of the best places I could ever take my sweet pup. You want your animal to be taken care of and loved if you leave them to get groomed and that is just what happens here at Kriser’s. I couldn’t be happier with the staff and groomers who are beyond top notch. I had been to a few other places that weren’t anything compared to here. I personally ask for Emily to take care of our dog Olive and now when I even say that we’re heading to get groomed she knows when I say,” Want to go see Emily?!” She is so excited to see them. That’s what happens when your animal loves who’s taking care of them because they can see those people love them right back. Beyond the grooming and overall customer service the staff is great with any help that we need for our pup. The staff truly cares and it shows, if it weren’t for Emily taking such great care of our Olive or Ashley who always goes above and beyond to help us with any recommendations or getting our pup on track these are genuinely great people that work here. I have already had my brother start coming here for his dog Ladybug and he has not looked back since leaving the other place her used to take her. Thank you for taking care of my pup and making her part of your family. Kriser’s CORP you need to make sure you keep these amazing people because this is what keeps us coming back and recommending people to come here. Thank you guys!

Kriser’s in Valencia is the BEST hands down!! Everyone is so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful!! My big American Bulldog Rambo has food allergies. The sweet manager helped me so much in getting him on the right diet and the right food that is best suited of him. I spent hundreds at other pet stores that were half as knowledgeable and didn’t listen in my concerns. We are forever customers at Kriser’s in Valencia! You guys rock!!!!!

I have always had the best experience at Kriser's. The staff is always friendly and helpful. We have been going there since out Shepherd, Ariel, was a baby. Emily in the groomers department is amazing!!!! She is always go loving with our dogs. Our Oliver has some PTSD and she is always so patient and caring with him. Getting his nails trimmed is always a a very traumatic event for Oliver. Emily has never given up on him and always has another trick up her sleeve to get it done without too much anxiety. She always makes room in her schedule for him and always has suggestions for the nail trim to be successful. Thanks Emily for always taken car of our babies and not giving up on Oliver.

Kriser's Valencia is the absolute BEST! The entire staff is always so friendly, informative and helpful and Ashley the manager is AMAZING. I love everyone at this store so much. They treat our pup like royalty when we bring her in for grooming (Emily is our favorite) and we know she's in the best hands and don't have to worry at all. They carry the best high quality brands and are always willing to answer any questions you may have. Everyone should shop here for their pet needs.

Kriser's is great. They have quality brands and some unusual products that are hard to find in other places. They also have staff that genuinely cares about pets. They know our little guy by name!

Everyone that works there is amazing and I honestly love them to death. They are down to earth and actually want to help you out because they are all animal lovers. Shop with confidence!

This store used to be a great store now not so much . I ve stopped shopping here bc they discontinued the Fromm foods club where you buy 12 bags and get one free . Since this is no longer available there is no incentive for me to shop here . It’s easier to shop online and have it delivered to my front door . I gave 2 stars bc there are a couple of nice employee s . I ve also noticed high turnover rate .

Good luck getting a grooming appointment here. I called in November and the soonest they had was 6 weeks out - gave up, went to PetSmart. Today called hoping for a late February appointment and they are booked until the last week of April! (I've never known a groomer to be booked 3 months out..) Love the store, the staff etc but you'd think the owners would hire more groomers by now to meet the demand. Looks like we'll stick with PetSmart in Stevenson Ranch.
