K Pet Grooming Simi Valley, California

I love the way my dog looks after his haircut. I'm taking him here since 2012. We just moved to AZ but decided to drive back and brought her with us so she could get groomed. I'm yet to find a local groomer in our new state and I'm dreading if they'll do a bad job.

Great experience. Easier to get an appointment than any other groomer I've tried (I've tried a lot). They do an excellent job, work fast, prices are reasonable and they take great care of my kids.

Good to the animals but I was not happy with the cut. I asked for a Schnauzer cut on the face and I got a dog back with mutton chops.

Not a great experience. We were looking for a nice local business to groom our Cavachon on a monthly basis as we recently moved to Simi Valley. Although we were hoping to wait until after the pandemic, our sweet dog was in desperate need of help with the development of some matted spots and irritation under his arms. We got an appointment and were on time, yet It was complete chaos. They appeared to be overbooked and the staff was rude both at drop off and at pick up. We were treated like nothing but an inconvenience. On the plus side, the pricing was very fair and our dog’s cut turned out adorable. I truly appreciate them helping us out in this time but still cannot really recommend them. However, we understand that the pandemic has put a lot of strain on all of us so we may be willing to try them out again after things get back to normal.

Love Kpets. Kyra is so knowledgeable and helpful. She is such a great groomer. Everyone has always asked where I get my dogs groomed. She worked with me shin I brought mr my 2 new puppies in for grooming. We were able to pick up our babies immediately when they were done with no waiting. Kyra set it completely up and it went very smooth. I love this groomer ..

Love this place. They take great care of my dog, super fast as well. My pup is always done in less than 2 hours.

Have gone here twice and am now a regular customer. They get my smelly lab smelling amazing (no small feat) and looking show ready.

Been comming here for 10+. This is the only place where my dogs want to come! I just let them out of the car and they immediately sprint to thier door. Very friendly, very good grooming service. They know my pets names as soon as they see them. They love my dogs and my dogs love them. Sometimes it take a while but I understand why. They spend a quality time with your dog and pay close attention to thier needs. Wouldent reccomend any other place to take my furry little guys.

Do not book an appointment here, complete waste of time. I arrived on time and after filling out paperwork, he talked to one of the groomers and then came back and told me the person who was to groom my GSD was not in. Funny thing, since the shop is completely open, I could see that all grooming stations were manned. I asked why he didn't call me to let me know and he didn't have an answer. They open at 9, my appointment was at 10. Complete disregard for my time. A little rude too. They lost a monthly grooming client.

They did an amazing job on my baby girl,and she wasn't there for hours and hours. I definitely have found a new groomer.

I have been taking both my dogs, a Morkie and a Bichon, there for several years. Chris and his lovely wife are great, never had a bad haircut. Used to go to one of the big brand places here in Simi, but one time here and we were hooked.
