I am very happy with the care provided to my dog. The staff is responsive and gets me in quickly for my appointment. The pricing is transparent and very reasonable and I do not feel they're trying to rip me off, unlike some places do. I feel I can trust the vet. I would highly recommend this place!

I am so grateful for Dr. Vega, Dr. Kelsie and the staff at Happy Pets. I called into my normal vet because I needed to put my 12 year old Black Lab, Roscoe down. They didn't have an appointment available for TWO WEEKS!!!! Sure they must be kidding right? I thought he was falling apart. They told me I could do a walk in...a 4-8 hour (sometimes) wait. I could wait in my car with my old dog. I said, no way...so unfair to him...he was in so much pain. That's when I remembered a friend of mine, that fosters pets told me about her experience at Happy Pets. They got me in within a day and told me it would be a quality of life appointment and we would decide together what would be best for Roscoe. Turns out he wasn't ready to go yet. He was healthy, but 12 year old Black Labs get very bad hips and he must have also injured himself. A few shots for pain and some meds and he is doing so much better and still such a loving part of our family. Thank you Dr. Vega and Dr. Kelsie for helping me keep Roscoe around, if for just a bit longer, for my children and me. You are our new vet and we couldn't be happier.

I took my cat for dental treatment in this vet and several others. After comparison. it turns out they are suggesting some unnecessary treatment to make money.

I recently adopted two little ones from shelters and I take them to Dr. Baker. He has been super friendly and follows through on everything. He had a concern with a vaccine one received and went well beyond looking into it and getting back to us. All the staff has been super friendly and sweet with my little ones. I have no concerns with taking them to Happy Pets. It is always nice to see staff as compassionate with your pups as you are. I am very happy that Happy Pets is our vet. I highly recommend this vet. UPDATE: we have been here a year now and our feelings have not changed. The staff is amazing and super friendly. they really give a 110% when handling our furbabies. Dr. Baker is great. He answers all questions and never had any issues with him or this facility. We are very pleased.

We had our first puppy visit and it could not have gone better. They were so happy to meet our new pups and were so friendly. They answered all of our questions, were very organized and have everything laid out for us to continue on with the vaccine schedule. They also use a pet app to keep track of their care and records. I love it so much!

They are so sweet with both of my fur babies. All of the doctors and staff are always so nice when I come in. My fur babies love them and I wouldn’t dream of taking them to another vet

The Veterinarian healed our pomeranian very fast and was very professional and caring. I highly recommend this place when your dog has an emergency.

I've been taking my animals to Happy Pets for years. They are all so kind, even coming to my home to put my elderly cat down for a nominal home visit. I currently have two dauchshunds with back issues and HP has provided immense relief for them with alternative therapy, including ultrasound therapy and acupuncture. I recommend Happy Pets to all my friends and family.

I finally found a Vet that knew, understood and was comfortable with giant breed dogs. They are great with my Cane Corso! I highly recommend the entire staff.

Loved this facility. From Mikaela, coming to my car, to Dr. Kelcy's time, and consideration. This was the first time in my life of feeling like I was not putting anyone else's kids through College other than my own. Reasonable priced. Out standing service

What a piss poor receptionist. I was attempting to inquire if a professional could look at my dog to give me more suggestions then just go to an emergency room. Her responses is its 100 dollars and were booked if you want to come in. What a ratchet person who must have a blacken soul of hatred. On Top of that what a pricey amount for a checkup, here at ventura county its alot less. I would never trust a place that would hire such a rude pos person.

Healthy pets make happy pets! Shout outs to Katie and Jessica for nursing our Bandit back to happy health on many occasions. They do the hard work required to relieve his chronic constipation and we're grateful our vet employs these two energetic angels!!! Together and separately they are powerful healing forces of goodness and determination. Knowledgeable, dependable, pleasant and professional too. Thank you. :-)

Dr. Evelyn Vega has been taking care of my dogs for 17 years. She is a caring, compassionate and ethical veterinarian. I recommend her highly. Addtionally the staff at Happy Pets is wonderful and attentive to my needs.

My puppy got stung by a bee while walking, and we had to find a urgent care vet on last Saturday. Everyone at this vet was so helpful and kind while I was so worried waiting outside the vet. I also had a lot of questions because this was first time any of my dogs got stung by a bee, and everyone I met here answered all my questions with such kind heart. My puppy stayed here about 2 hours and she was all good after she got out and came home. Thank you so much Happy Pets????

I needed to get my dog in to see a vet immediately on a Friday...my regular vet could not take him. I called at least 9 places and no one could get him in. Only about 3 asked what the problem was..others just said, we are all booked today sorry. However, the lady at Happy Pets, asked what was wrong, was generally trying to see what she could do and then a cancellation came in for 2 hours later!!! What luck!! We went of course, my Buddy had no problem being taken from the car with the assistant...they were very helpful, didn't wait longer than 5 minutes and when the vet called she was wonderful. Not rushed, seemed genuinely concerned and we are not out of the woods yet with our baby. So, I will continue with Happy Pets...Thank you...all of you.

My dog, Lucy, is a rescue and extremely fearful of strange people and places. She was treated with kindness, and relaxed enough for Dr. Vega to do a very thorough exam and find out what her lameness problems were. I had good experiences with my Corgi, Buster too. With the Covid-19 situation they have implemented extremely good hygiene practices. I am very happy with Happy Pets Veterinary Center.

We have been going to Happy Pets for years now. They are always professional and compassionate and go above and beyond for both clients and pets. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. ????????

Happy Pets was our Vet until we moved to New York 7 year ago. We came back to the area and Happy Pets is once again our Vet - and they still give the same care, love and attention to their patients!

We were new patients but they made time to see my dog prior to closing. Staff and Dr. Vega we very nice, accommodating and thorough with explaining my dogs ailment, treatment and home care.

My dog Nalu recently developed a bad cough and was bringing up strange liquid. Dr. Vega was able to make time to see her within a short time after my call. Their service to my animals has always been caring, professional with follow-up.

As always, we had an amazing experience with our Border Collie during her vet visit. Dr. Bri is THE BEST!!! Thank you, Happy Pets for the wonderful care that you give every time to our fur-babies!!!
