Completely neglectful, irresponsible and outrageously disrespectful. We entrusted our dog to them for a week while we went on vacation. To our horror, we received a phone call from a dog rescue 4 days into our vacation. Robert Romo had actually lost our dog!!! Just let that sink in for a second. The dog was found wondering the streets alone by a random woman who rescued her. She was able to find us by our dogs tags and searching Facebook for a common connection. Our dog was returned filthy, with bleeding elbows, ticks and terrible diarrhea. And to make matters worse, they didn’t refund us a penny. Instead they insulted us for being angry. Imagine sending your dog to a dog care facility and them literally losing the dog. It’s not care, it’s neglect and abuse! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, EVER!!!!!!

Robert took amazing care of my very difficult, aggressive rescue dog, first for training, then for boarding. I can't thank them enough for all that they did.

Incompetent dog care. Returned our dog injured and bleeding. Changed phone number after our request to have vet bills paid. See Yelp review for full details. DO NOT use this service. They are unprofessional & your dog is not safe.

Robert is a truly compassionate dog trainer, not only is he amazing at what he does but he has saved multiple dogs from death and gave them hope so they did not have to be euthanized. He’s a hero for shelter dogs and rescue dogs and we are only using him as a trainer in Los Angeles
