I always have such a great experience every time I bring my dogs in. With my last visit I brought my dog in to update her shots and was so impressed that I received a follow up call the next day from the vet office checking to see how my dog was feeling. I’m always very pleased and the staff there is always so friendly and happy to answer any questions I may have.

Animal Medical Center has excellent customer service! We recently needed a vet ASAP for our dog because she couldn’t hold anything down. Our regular vet was booked out until the following week and couldn’t even fit her in for urgent care. I called Animal Medical Center and the office staff member was so polite and accommodating. Despite the fact that they were completely booked and we had never been there before they told me to take our dog in right then and they would fit us in as long as I didn’t mind waiting. We didn’t wait for long and the veterinarian took the time to thoroughly review her medical records that we brought along and complete and examination. I am so grateful to the entire staff and would recommend them whole heartedly for their caring and exceptional service.

We are from Florida. Our bany got a bite called a couple places they said they couldn't help. Called here and they told us to come on in they would help us and they did. Couldn't be more pleased with the staff. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts ????

Max is a new patient and I am very impressed. Dr. Oh is amazing and very knowledgeable. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. They actually answer the phone when you call and you are not put on hold for extended waits. You can also go into the exam room with your pet which is important to me. I highly recommend this Animal Pet Clinic

This is probably the kindest animal hospital in the United States. All the staff are kind, and the care is excellent. Dr. Oh always does his best to my pet.

Went for vaccines. Service from the staff are exceptional. Provider a little cold but good experience overall. They kept schedule as close to original appointment which is good.

He is extremely knowledgeable, patient & takes such great care of our baby. The whole staff there is amazing & welcoming. I know my baby Buddy is in great hands when he’s there. I’ve been taking my dogs there for years, the staff and vet are really nice and friendly, but most importantly they take good care of my dogs.

Continued five star (more if I could). Saw us last minute to check the ears of my rescue for an infection. All clear and good to go. Thanks for the terrific service. Happy holidays!

Dr. Oh is number one when it comes to veterinary care.

It's unfortunate that the Veterinarians here in Santa Clarita only think of their own pockets and lack empathy. It's a shame because I believe in supporting our local community. We have decided to take our pets back to the Valley.

The service and care here is always top class. They love and care for every patient. They cost a little bit more than other vets but believe me they are worth it! Ive been to almost every other vet in the area to compare but they are always a step above. They take care of all my pets.
