The team at Vaca Valley has been our favorite vet team we’ve taken our pup to. The staff are friendly, helpful, accommodating, and showed immense care to our dog from her first visit to her last. They knew our dog by name, even over the phone, and they proved to be deserving of any bit of love she could give at the vet. If my family is still in the VV area when it comes time to get another dog, we know who will be caring for them.

I love taking my dogs to Vaca Valley Veterinarian. Dr. Jassar is very knowledgeable and very good with all my dogs. Each one of the vet tech's are very good also and you can tell how much they care about animals. The receptionist at the front desk is a sweetheart and very helpful also. We've been going to Vaca Valley Vet for about 10 years now. ????????

This vet is the best in the area! We switched to this vet as our primary vet care after two visits. The first visit was because our dog ate a lot of chocolate while we were gone and we called our original vet and they told us that emergencies are by appointment and they wouldn’t be able to see him until tomorrow. So we called every vet in the area, same story full or need an appointment. This vet told us to just come in and took very good care of him, made him throw up and he was fine and they even called to check up on how he was doing! The second visit our dog hurt his leg and wouldn’t walk on it and would cry every time he tried to put weight on it. Called the original vet and they said the same thing, emergencies by appointment, but our dog was feeling better so we waited until morning and called them. They saw us later and fully examined him and gave him some anti inflammatories to help with the pain and if they didn’t help enough they would X-ray him the following week. They also took a little bit of blood because he was bit by a few ticks, we had the test done at our previous vet and they told us that with how fast the results got back that they only tested for one disease instead of all of them. So we redid the test at this vet. He normally yips when he gets shots or blood drawn but here he didn’t even flinch! These people truly care about each individual animal and listen to you. They tell you everything that is wrong and don’t miss any details. Highly reccomend this vet!

My wife and I wouldn’t trust any other veterinarian. We have taken our dog to this Vet for years, it’s easy to understand why they have a 5 star review. They treat our dog Rowdy like part of their family and remember him like an old friend. If this place receives less than 5 stars, the reviewer made a mistake or hates their pet. If you want your animal to be happy and healthy, Vaca Valley Vet is the place to go.

Dr Jassar is great, friendly, and knowledgeable. The staff are really nice add helpful. Also the prices aren't too high either, it's inexpensive quality care for my cats.

My dog, a Beagle, is two years old . From last night, he kept drooling and walk shaking. I was scared and didn't sleep all night. I tried to call here at 8 o'clock this morning. I did not expect them to answer! I thought it was a voicemail! Then I tried to talk to the secretary lady , I told her that I still work on my English, I am from Japan, my dog ​​has some abnormalities, can I take him there, she gives me a time at 10:35 this morning, I was really moved ! When my husband and I arrived at the pet hospital, the doctor Jassar checked our puppy. He checked the body and throat of our puppy, then gave him an injection, and some drugs. He didn't force us to use any instruments. And he still remembers our puppy! He is so kind and considerate! He tried to save money for us! When we ended the visit, we only paid $102 for everything! We are really touched! This is the best pet hospital I have ever seen! Thanks to the doctor jassar , thank the lady secretary at the front desk! You are the angels of Buddha and Bodhisattva sent to save animals! Buddha Bodhisattva bless you guys ! Kind people!

Has been family vet for about 16 years. The only veterinarian my pets see. Absolutely the best!

Fixed my dog in 2 shakes of a lambs tail!

Dr. and staff helped us when it was time to let our 19 year old dog lay to rest . I am so grateful for their kindness and the time they spent with us and not rushing us to say our goodbyes to our dear fiend.

Recently our Great Dane was in real bad shape, it was the end of the day but the whole staff waited for us after hours. Once we got there the whole staff jumped to help. Although our did not make it we really appreciate the effort and the simple fact that they cared.
