Great care for our Mini Poodle ????

When I called them about my sick cat they had me come in the next morning. They were so kind & loving & even The Vet Dr.Sing called me & I thought that was so nice. I highly recommend them

Called for a quote for a spay but was told an appointment for a vet visit is needed prior to giving me a price on a spay. I don’t want to establish my pet as a patient & go through an unnecessary vet visit, when I have no idea if I can even afford the spay I need. Lost my business then. Very strange.

My mom called frantically this morning because my old kitty is suffering and dying and needs to be euthanized asap, and they offered no referral, no pain meds, no help, and an appointment at the end of the month, and then hung up. Heartless. Absolutely heartless.

Dr. Singh is helping us manage a case of tracheal collapse on our 14 year old Coton de Tulear. His new protocols and meds have made a huge improvement in our dogs quality of life and have undoubtedly extended our time with our dog. His willingness to find and come up with new combinations is making a real difference. He has coached us to not expect miracles, but he seems to be working towards trying to make them come true. The staff seams competent and caring AND when you call you get a REAL PERSON! Perfect!

Set up an appointment 2 weeks in advance for 10:30 am and even got a call confirming it. Then while driving over to clinic they called to say I was late by 7 minutes at 10:07 so appointment would be switched to walk in and I did not have the time to wait.

I have brought all of my dogs to Family Pet Hospital for 25 years. I am very happy with the care and compassion they have received. The doctors and staff members see many animals, but they always remember the quirks of my pets and they know how to put them at ease. One of my current dogs is very anxious, and the staff always take things slowly and treat him gently. They truly love animals and seem to enjoy their work. The entire staff is friendly, helpful, and communicative. I’m grateful for this wonderful neighborhood practice!

I love Family Pet and their staff, the helpers that bring Frenchie in to be examined are very sweet and patient and Dr. Singh is awesome! He is very personable makes you feel comfortable and has helped nurse Frenchie back to health a few times. This is a reliable and safe place for me and my dog. I would appreciate having the same questions that are asked to have the same answers. I call before I come in to make sure I have the correct amount for payment. I review everything that is to be done, when and what the charged will be and for what. My son goes I'm and comes back with extra charges, when I call and speak with them. Answer " I don't know whom you spoke with BUT these are the charges. I in a way blame myself I should have gone in myself. But also the answers to the same questions shouldn't change from one person working there to another. I've even had the Vegetarian be brisk with me when I was doing what the front desk told me upon calling. It's very important to have continuity in an office and count on information given. If I had an added procedure or more done would be understandable. This not giving the same info when payment is involved is frustrating and I've explained to the front desk different info should not be given from whom is answering the phones it should be the same. Especially when nothing different was done at visit and discussion. This has taken place multiple times and I find it very frustrating. .

These people are great to work with. I brought my dog there last week for two things that the techs handle, but also had a question that they couldn't answer. It wasn't worth making a separate appointment to see Dr. Singh for, so I told them I would wait until next time. They ended up speaking to the doctor and getting my question answered, even though I had told them it could wait. They are always friendly, very helpful and thorough.

We felt very welcoming as a new client. Everyone is extremely personable and helpful. After our appointment they went out of their way to find me help for my car which would not start (it did eventually start). I will not go to another Vet ever. Dr. Singh and the girls are fantastic!!

Not friendly over the phone

Highly rated for a reason! The staff here is extremely kind and attentive. I was interested to see that they did “pre-invoices” where they explain the cost of the visit before paying so you aren’t blindsided. The staff treated my two dogs as if they were their own! Glad to have found a great vet in the area.

Was able to take a new client, my cat, during Covid. She didn't get a wellness checkup, with Covid restrictions. I wanted her eye checked. She kept squinting. Thankfully she was okay. Friendly and efficient. I got her from a rescue in December. Time for her 1 year check up.

Promptly scheduled an appointment two weeks prior. COVID conscious: Car-side vet visit where the pet is brought into the office while the owners wait in their cars. Doctor Singh met with me and was patiently answering questions I had, as well as the other pet owners in the parking lot. I appreciated him advising me of potential medical issues, but appreciated his conservative approach. We're looking forward to our next visit and feel like we are in good hands.

I was surprised that a vet would not see my animal that was having an urgent problem even when you are at the door when they open. It felt uncaring.

As a military service member, I have the option to visit the veterinarian on base. I often choose to visit Family Pet Hospital instead due to Dr Singh and his friendly staff. My family will be moving overseas soon, and Dr Singh has made the process much less stressful by making last minute accommodations for my three dogs. I trust Dr Singh wholeheartedly and I can only hope I will find another vet just like him where I’m going. From the bottom of my heart, thank you Dr Singh for taking such good care of my babies.

Very good and reasonably priced...meds cost the same as Walmart..
