This is the best clinic around. The staff truly care about you and your pet. They are a “fear free” facility, meaning they will do everything they can to make your pet comfortable. I never feel worried when my cat is in their care. I can’t recommend this place enough.

Staff has always been more than helpful! Have never let my babies suffer, always figured out a way to get us in when I needed and very affordable! I recommend them to anyone looking for a place to take their babies!

We have been calling this place for the last 2months for my dogs records and no response yet. All of them whom picked up the phone says " doctor is gathering all the info for your dog. He will get back to you as soon as hes ready" They obviously don't care about animals well being.

I came to Happy Tails with high hopes and my first three visits were excellent. Then something changed. When I took my dog in to be seen In October, he was suffering from an allergic reaction affecting his skin. Staff spent most of the visit pushing products which when all said in done, left a $485.00 hole in my pocket. No problem, if it was going to solve the problem. Due to how prone French Bulldogs are to medical problems, I invested in pet insurance when I purchased him. Insurance was able to cover much of his visit, however the communication and response time by Happy Tails staff was horrible. The insurance company reached out to them twice before contacting me and letting me know additional information was needed to avoid denial of the claim. I called Happy Tails a total of four times and emailed them twice. I received an initial response to my first phone call and my first email, then silence. My last email and my last three phone calls resulted in false promises of the doctor or the practice manager calling to inform me of the status of the medical records and no one ever responded. I finally traveled to the office a month and a half later, but could not gain entry due to COVID. Again I called and was told my call would be marked urgent and returned the next day. Well it is the next day that I write this review and no phone call. I have spent a significant amount of money for the care of my pet at this facility and I am so disappointed in their failure to respond and failure to care. I will never take my dog back to Happy Tails and will never recommend their services to others. Veterinary clinics are a dime a dozen, with one basically on every corner. You earn your patients and you should treat people the way you want to be treated. Continue doing what you're doing and the for lease sign will be posted on your door before you know it.

I wish I could give them 10 stars. We drive all the way from Sacramento to go here. The staff and Dr. Young are compassionate, hard working, and responsive. Dr. Young has go above and beyond to help us with Colette, our GSD mix rescue dog. We adopted what we thought was a very shy and sweet dog. That shyness turned to fear-aggression. After some terrible experiences with vets who judged us for not being a strong "pack leaders" and refused to prescribe behavioral meds for this dog, told us to either sign her up for police work or send her to $8000 3-week e-collar training program up in Shasta, I feel so lucky to have found Dr. Young through our trainer, Kayla Block. Dr. Young is calm and compassionate in the face of a very scared dog who has an intimidating bark and growl. The staff and Dr. Young accept this dog and her limitations and work with us to create the best possible life for a dog that is limited by intense anxiety. At Happy Tails, we have found compassion, solutions that are actually helping our dog, (as opposed to the other suggestions from the rescue organization that led to her being more terrified and aggressive) and a staff committed to creating as calm an environment as possible. At one point, we were on the verge of giving this dog up, but with Dr. Young's support and help, we've been able to keep her and watch her, slowly but surely, become less fearful. The prices here are also very reasonable, especially compared to other vets in the area that have expertise in behavioral dog medication.

Always happy with the service and they work with you payment wise. Update: moved away and I've called over 8 times to get my dogs vaccination records and they really just don't care.

Compassionate staff that caters to cats. So far I've been there twice and both times I was impressed with the quality of care and attention to detail by both technicians and doctors. I have a high standard for veterinary care and this hospital has my stamp of approval.

I love this place I'm trying to get an appointment for my 15 year old kitty. They saved our last kitty from dying. They're busy because they're good.

We love Happy Tails! The staff is always courteous and kind as well as going above and beyond with our 2 crazy boys. Dr. Andre and Dr. Deitrich have always taken great carenof us throughout the years (& my boys have issues, so we're there a lot!) and it's always a comfortable visit. They make sure you're included in treatment decisions and explain costs prior to completing any treatments. I know im a crazy dog mom and they don't treat me like a burden which I appreciate.

My wife and I came to this place a few years ago because our dog was sick, they gave my wife and I two options one of which we could have had more time with him, but he would still be in tremendous pain, the other was to put him down, we made the hard decision to put him down so he wouldn't have to be in pain anymore, the staff was unbelievably caring towards us and were beyond amazing and professional throughout the whole process.

This place is amazing. I had to have my fur baby put down and the entire staff was so supportive. The whole place was heart warming not so medical like.. About a week later i recieved a card in the mail that included a small note from the whole staff along with my fur baby paw prints.

The staff is excellent here, and they offer free "happy visits" before an actual appointment for dogs that have a fear of the vet. I am so happy I found this clinic, because my dog can behave badly at the vet, but he feels comfortable here. I definitely recommend it!

My cat has gone to Happy Tails since fall of 2018. My first impression of this vet has become a lasting impression. The environment is chill and professional. The staff members are attentive, but not in-your-face. The doctors and technicians I have met seem to really care about animals and have an intuitive understanding of how to give the best care depending on the animal’s personality and the situation. I bring my cat here to get her nails trimmed and to get her dewormer and flea medication. Each trip is satisfactory and I haven’t yet felt like I need to switch vets or “look around”. There is plenty of parking available, the hours they are open is convenient and I usually don’t have to wait for my cat to be seen. In the event that I do, it’s 10 min or less. I am grateful for this place!

Wonderful, clean, and well priced. They asked me what I thought, and if I thought my furbaby was ready for the next steps. Highly recommend.

This place is great and the people are so good at their jobs. They have a separate room for cats and mine felt right at home there.
