I really like this vet. The doctors are very transparent, lay out multiple treatment options for budgetary concerns, and are extremely empathetic. I’d definitely recommend taking your pet here for treatment.

All staff were super kind and gentle with my puppy. My experience was excellent with everyone including his Vet. She was very detailed and kind. Overall great experience!

I really appreciated Cosette, the receptionist, for contacting me immediately after a cancellation occurred--I was able to bring in my cat for a same-day appointment! Overall, wonderful service and I especially appreciated the detailed review of the visit since I could not be there physically during the appointment.

My recent visit was ok. The issue that continually happens is with office staff and techs they not helpful or polite. I had a tech call me back about a question I had very rude .and never answered my questions.then I called back the next day office staff very unhelpful. It took four days to get an answer to my question and only because I kept calling. Only one person in office was helpful. She put me on hold and tried ask someone for me . I have been a very long time client and have never been more disappointed in the staff. They need to seriously work on being polite , helpful, and resolve client issues.

They keep me informed of what my teenager & pup dogs need as to services, costs, & care. They over spend time & information, which is a welcome customer service.

Willow loves going to the vet. They are good with her. Her nails look awesome when they’re done overall very happy with the service

We have taken our many pets to Dr. Charlie Barnes for nearly 40 years. He is the founder of this group and still works part time. The other vets in the group have largely followed his example and continue to provide excellent care. Edwin Bradley I MADE THAT REVIEW BEFORE THE PRACTICE WAS SOLD. THINGS HAVE CHANGED. IT IS NOW IMPERSONAL AND UNFRIENDLY. INITIALLY, I WAS NOT MET BY THE VET, JUST A TECHNITIAN. I MADE SPECIFIC REQUEST TO SPEAK WITH VET. I HOPE TO FIND ANOTHER VET. EDWIN BRADLEY MD

Dr Garberson is a dream. I brought my dog in emergently. She had nearly eviscerated herself on a tree branch that was pointing outwards. Dr Garberson skipped lunch so that she could perform surgery on my dog. At the time I was unaware of the where abouts the damage had been done but with the sliver of wood she sent home from the surgery we were able to correctly identify the mechanism responsible for Xena's terrible day. All in all they made a terrible day feel manageable. They were also receptive and listened to my request for sedatives as Xena has a high pain tolerance and a high anxiety personality that causes her to follow me about the house all day. The cost was to be expected for an 85 pound dog with an abdominal/ peritoneal wash out. Xena was fortunate to have not sustained more serious injuries. We're so grateful for the fast action and level of care the team gave Xena. Thank you all so much! The initial amount quoted was on the low side but I was not concerned with cost. Also they have a "care credit" type program you can be approved for that will allow u 6 months to pay off ur balance, interest deferred. I will always take my animals here.

I appreciate the care they give my animals. I love Dr. Beinke she shows so much compassion towards my pet rats.

Dr. Davis was excellent. She quickly diagnosed the problem Finn-Finn was having with his ears and solved the problem. She explained the issue thoroughly and did a great follow-up. I am very pleased with the service and care received.

I have been taking my pets to Animal Care for over 35 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. The staff is so friendly and well educated. My Pug would get so excited to go in to see the Doctor, once we enter the waiting room, he would sit and stare at the door waiting to be called in.

Excellent customer service as always

Always professional, whenever I have to go to them and they treat my little ones like family. With the virus out, one needs to follow the rule of talk by phone and fast contact. Some see it as rude but I see it as professionalism. By keeping contact physically to a bare minimum the person who does not know they have the virus could unknowingly give it the the tech who gives it to a father who gives it to his children who are susceptible to the virus. In point, follow their rules and things will go smoothly.

My dog had a bad eye and you guys were able to take me in on a cancellation. I had been calling around even the vet I usually go to we’re all busy. The vet was thorough when she talked to me about what she found and what she felt may have happen. Dr Davis knows her stuff. Maybe soon we will get to see the face behind the voice.

My cat seems to love the team here and they are very nice about my cat mum anxieties. My cat just got spayed and they were very patient us. They called to check in on her too and I think that's nice. I think we are going to continue taking her here for all her check ups. ????

LOOK NO FURTHER! My first visit to this clinic and it was outstanding. Their PAWS care package is a life saver Prompt, professional and on top of everything. I received no fewer than 3 follow up calls from the vet and their techs. After calling a couple of others in the area for my first visit, I was feeling down as they did not seem to want my business. HIGHLY recommend this clinic!

Last visit was completed quickly and efficiently. The vet followed up quickly with the lab results.
