Staff is always friendly and helpful. Been very pleased and happy with the care for my dog. Well priced and it nice knowing ahead of time what things cost and that they are consistent.

Although they were busy, The groomer by name Genesis, who took care of my pet was very nice. Friendly.

They try to oversell unneeded services and pricing is not consistent also have people i know who's fur babies have passed after care at this facility

I took both of my dogs to get shots and checkups, I was a little late and they were cordial and super friendly, was only there about25 minutes . Great experience.

The staff were awesome even though my dog, Kira, was scared. She's a 10-year-old corgi mix. I went for an initial exam, of which there's a free coupon on their site. The staff asked for previous vet records before ordering new tests. Customers can't be in the room with the staff and pet, but can watch and communicate from the shielded door. I am awaiting a call back of their recommendation for proceeding.

Not happy with their service. Pay monthly for my dogs plan, comprehensive visit consisted of his weight being taken and having them push flea meds on us. No blood work or.physical. had his ears checked and had to pay an additional $50 to have them checked for infection. Have to wait 3 weeks to a month for an appt.

Every time I call around 6:00 or 6:30 pm this facility acts like they are closed and does not answer my calls. This has happened on 2 occasions already. They're business hour states that they close at 7:00 pm so I don't understand why there is absolutely no one answering the phones. It's false advertisement, I left a voicemail, and hopefully someone will get back to me as they said they would otherwise they will be getting a complaint by me.

Refusing pets a chance to relieve themselves for over ten hours is absolutely horrible for a VET office to do. The manager stated “a dog can hold it for ten hours” Not sure if the manager there should be working with animals daily if that’s her insensitive mindset.

Doctor's and staff friendly knowledgeable save a lot of money having Bayfield insurance and its not that expensive and always concern about your pets health

I have never been here before I would give half if I could, they have great prices from what I've seen so far I have a free exam tomorrow my dog will hopefully be comfortable with the vet and soon I will be bringing him regularly when I figure out the wellness plans!

I love Banfeild. Every time I take my cat into a Banfeild Pet Hospital everyone is super nice. I like the fact they have pet insurance. It really helpful for older animals. My cat is 10 and her teeth are starting to fall out and they are super helpful and understanding. High recommend.
