PetTime Animal Hospital Upland, California

Definitely one of the best vet hospitals I have been to. I loved how clean it was and the staff was amazing. I felt like I was heard as I voiced my concern for my cat. I will definitely be bringing my cat back here and might even bring my dog in for an exam ????

Had our first visit with my puppy and absolutely loved it. The dr and staff were so sweet and helpful! I look for and to having a healthy pup with the help of Pet Time!

I was very pleased with Dr. Fisher and very excited to know that she is a Cal Poly Alumni. Go Broncos! Liked that the place is clean and in its own corner with its own parking. Why haven't I been going here all along. Happy to have finally found a vet where I feel comfortable. Only small negative, Medication seems a bit pricey.

Honestly, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. It was our first time visiting and we had been searching for a new vet since moving to this area. The vet was extremely nice and helped us with all of our questions and concerns! No complaints here.

Excellent veterinarian (Dr. Fisher) and clearly very experienced staff. Also, they were very responsive and AVAILABLE when I went to set up my first appointment.

My wife and I have been taking our dog to Pet Time since 2016. When we first came here with Dr. Bory and the staff they had then, it was a great place. We felt like our dog was treated like family and they all loved Napolean so much. Now Dr Bory has sold the practice and it is drastically different. Not only are the prices astronomical, but they change over night. We got a quote from Dr Li and when I called to schedule the appointment they tried to give me a price about $500 more for a teeth cleaning. Then Dr Li called me personally and said it would be $600 for a teeth cleaning(when I picked him up after his cleaning they charged me $640 and they instructions on when to pick him up were wrong. I had to drive to pet time 2 times because the 1st time I was told to go, was the wrong time)! This is still extremely high. At the time I scheduled the appointment, I did not know Dr Bory was no longer working at Pet Time. I was wondering why CJ and the amazing staff that previously worked at Pet time, never answered the phones or anything. The previous visit before the teeth cleaning their technician left Napolean unattended in the room for a short time and he chewed through and destroyed a $30 leash! Obviously their current workers are unaware that dogs chew through leashes when they are tied up, in seconds! An " I'm sorry" is all we got for the leash we purchased! It's very sad that a once great pet loving veterinarian has turned into a money hungry, price changing, unorganized mess that I'd advise anyone "DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE"! We love pets and know that most everyone loves their dog or pet just as much as we love Napolean and this place has changed from a great trustworthy vet to a shady, money hungry, unorganized, untrustworthy vet! We will not be bringing our dog here ever again.

Been going to PetTime for a few years since I got my French Bulldog. They have always been so friendly and provide very good clinical care at very fair prices. Vet visits are usually associated with exorbitant fees but I have always felt that I was getting a good value when taking my dogs here.

Parking lot was packed with owners waiting for appointment times. I don't mind waiting, but seeing that many people waiting worried me. When it was my turn (I had an appointment), I discovered that I couldn't go inside with my cat. It was going to be my first time here and I wasn't just going to let them take my cat inside without me seeing how they were going to handle her. I wanted to at least meet the doctor! I understand the covid-19 restrictions and all, but if this office didn't schedule so many appointments so close together, they could probably take their time with each owner and maintain a personal and reassuring experience. That wasn't reassuring at all. I would never let a stranger walk off with my pet, I don't care if it's a vet office. So I said no thank you and left. Regardless, they were nice and everything, but it looks like they're trying to keep the same level of traffic as before covid-19, which didn't make me feel very confident that they were focused on pets instead of profit. Too bad! I was told this place is great (and maybe it was, but I'll never know now....)

Fantastic pet service. They are fairly priced for services and have fantastic care for our pet.

First time my dog went to a groomer. He came out looking so cute. He looked like a dog in a book, not a hair out of place. We made the right choice going to PETTIME

If you are looking for a vet...LOOK NO MORE!!!! The entire staff of Pet Time Animal Hospital is beyond AWESOME. Not only are they professional, they truly care about your animals and go above and beyond to explain the care your pet will receive. They take the time to make you feel at ease and make sure your pets needs are met and more. I can not say enough kind things about Dr Li and the entire staff.

Staff is super nice and efficient. They get us in for vaccinations quickly and sometimes same day or next day. Only issue is Dr Borey is always booked for appointments however he has other colleagues now so it should be easier to get seen. Have always loved this establishment

Pet Time was absolutely wonderful! They treated me and my Pup with complete kindness. We had tried to use several different vets that were closer to us, but ended up driving the 2.5 hours because of how wonderful they were over the phone. Thank you Pet Time staff for caring for our family and making this process so smooth.

I've been coming here for 5 years now and have recommended them to my friends and family. Everyone is so helpful and attentive. They've always worked with my schedule and have always checked every after visit. They really care for my pets.

Very Impressed. They took in my Dog quickly, attended to him, figured out what was wrong and took care of it. I have a Vet place across from me but drove the 20 miles to see Fred Li DVM. He and his staff were on it and top notch. A pleasant surprise was there prices are very reasonable.

I love everyone inside the office. Their love for the animals and the kindness they share means the world to someone who loves their fur babies.

I won’t take my pups anywhere else. I have been coming here for years for everything, they are so good with my girls and patient with them when they are scared. We started taking them here for grooming about two years ago and Jenelle is amazing with them. I highly recommend pet time animal hospital for your vet needs, grooming and boarding.

Everyone is always so nice. Love taking my pet here because they provide all the services I need for my dog. Even when my last dog had to be put to rest, they were so caring to my family and went out of their way to console us.
