We ALWAYS appreciate the gentle care the entire staff all provide when I bring my little doggie here. they Truly make his visit special. This practice does not provide emergency services. I brought my dog in with an eye injury and was told that I would have to leave him all day. The vet "might" be able to examine him soon but would not contact me about treatment or to let me know until they had had time which may take many hours. When I asked if I should check other emergency providers all I got was a shrug and was told to do what I want. No reassurances or hint that they particularly cared about my dog. I left and doubt I'll be back. The vets are nice and attentative when seen, but I have lost trust in the staff.

Dr. Halstead is very educated and thorough. His staff is very sweet and helpful. All of the staff go out of their way to make your pet comfortable during your visit. Love this place.

DO NOT GET YOUR PET SPAYED HERE. We adopted our kitten from Rancho Cucamonga Animal Shelter, who outsource their pets to be spayed at Upland Animal Hospital. Instead of a tattoo on her stomach, they INJECTED what I believe to be a full syringe of ink into her abdomen. She had to go back into the Shelter's animal hospital for surgery to drain the ink sacks that were created from the injection. Her flesh inside is dyed green and thickened as a result. I repeat, DO NOT GET YOUR PET SPAYED HERE.

Excellent care for adopted kitten, Olive aka Jinx from the shelter. My personal circumstances have been very challenging. They went out of their way to identify need for meds and took care of me too. Human kindness which meant they were treating me too. Chris, Thank you to you, your dad and the staff for helping me and Olive. Thanks to all of you, Olive is thriving.

Very reasonable prices for bunny nail clipping. They don't speclize in rabbits but did a great job!

Make sure u get a 2nd opinion

Took me in without an appointment..made it seem like my dog would die if i didn't leave him for the estimated $2,000 treatment for parvo. Opted to take him home for treatment for $488. 4 hours after his first treatments he's eating and up and about. I appreciate the care and meds but not the fearmongering. Decent place for emergency care overall.

Went here for low cost vaccinations. They could have been a little more organized, but otherwise everything was fine. Still would return for other services and would recommend to others.

I've had horrible experiences & luck with vets since right before covid hit us. My doggy Valentine had 2 swollen, irritated & infected ears bothering him. Not to long after he broke in a nasty itchy rash where he started losing hair & damaging his skin scratching/biting at it. After months of dealing with places who wouldn't let me go in with Val(who gets separation anxiety when I'm not near him)while he got checked, so he got worse & worse. We then found Dr. Jillian Austin DMV here & they not only helped us out but they treated us like family & explained everything to where we could understand it! Hands down Valentine & I recommend u bring ur pet here. He's feeling SO much better already & his appointment was just on Friday. Thanks for taking care of my baby Valentine Upland Animal Hospital & staff, we love that ur apart of our family now!

Omg what a great experience! This was my 1st time taking my little fur baby to Upland Animal Hospital. Prior to our visit we took him to his regular vet for endless throwing up episodes. Needless to say with his original vet his condition did not improve. I hesitantly took him to Upland Animal Hospital and I am sooooo grateful I did. Excellent customer service, great doctors, reasonable prices, and most importantly my little baby is back to normal! God bless all of you at Upland Animal Hospital. I will most definitely take him back for his regular check ups.

I recently changed to Upland Animal Hospital because I had a 3-hour wait at my old vet that I had been going to for 40 years. The front office here is very helpful, friendly and they work well together. Dr. Helsted is caring, calm and professional. He also returned my call one day when I was extremely worried. I highly recommend their service.

Very clean place. Staff was very helpful after we had a lab pup follow us while walking our dogs. Took the lab here and was able to find the owner very quickly and return him to his family. When the time comes to look for another pup I will come here

My cat was very sick. They thoroughly helped him and kept following up on his progress until he was better.

We have taken our German Shepard in because of blood in her stool after feeding her steak bones . Original estimate was $700 after the x- rays, received a follow up call revised between 3100 to 5200 and we have to pay the 5200 up front. Do I have ANY beliefs it will be the 3100 ??and how do we get to 5 times the estimate on the low end . Not a fan or will I be a repeat customer
