The view behind this place is wonderful. The worker that checked me out was extremely friendly and kind. She was a young girl I wish I had caught her name.

The reason I'm giving this place 2 stars is because they always have a wait for everything. But yet I see workers wondering around . I come once a week and I have to flag someone down to get my crickets which I think is ridiculous. They also have 1 employee helping guest for fish and crickets therefore I have to wait 20 mins ... I do think the staff is friendly for the most part . Maybe management needs to hire more people or actually help there employees on the floor.

I mean I understand that the grooming is cheap but they have turned down my dog 4 times because he is to large. He's a big breed. Not my fault your groomers are to concerned about their hair than their jobs. A lot of better options like scrubby

Picked up a nice fish tank for the kids at a good price and they had a nice selection of fish. Customer service was good despite being super busy.

Never enough people to help. If you do get someone to help they know absolutely nothing about their products or what would be the ideal for your pet not even the TINIEST suggestion.
