Very rude do not recommend this place. I started noticing that my dog would come back scared and shaky that he would hide. He leaves his hair very uneven never trims his nails even though we pay for that service to be done. Take your dog elsewhere!

Please do not take your dog to this place the owner is rude and despicable He has to work as a butcher and not with animals

¡DO NOT TAKE YOU’RE DOGS! I took my puppy to get a bath and cut, when I picked him up he was crying and was very anxious. The next morning I woke up to him crying REALLY BAD and shaking, so I decided to take him to the doctor to see what was going on. Turns out his spine is fractured. Please do nor take your puppies here! This man does not know how to do his job and is clearly way to agressive.

Paid $ 60.00 and my dogs hair was still long and uneven. My fault for accepting him that way. I groom alot better. Don't know if I'll go back for groom. Nail cut charge is 15.00 a bit pricey. But I may have to go back just for that. I'm too chicken to cut nails. Good luck.

My little Yorkies are very anxious puppies and hate everywhere I’ve taken them grooming, but they seemed to be very calm around this groomer! Their haircut was so cute.

***Do Not Take Your Dog Here*** I have pictures that prove this fool does not know how to cut nails!!! So I took my French bulldog last week and they trimmed his nails and they cut them way too short. He was bleeding they went into his nerve area on almost every single toe. I do not recommend this place for anyone with a small dog or any dog for that matter.

It’s not even open to the public. You need an appointment which is ridiculous for any busy pet owner.

This is a great place to groom your dog. The owner is great and the prices are good.

Don't take your dogs with this guy he hurt my jorkie really bad she was crying when I picked her up I have never had that problem before she was crying big Time when she saw me also shaking really bad He cut her hair uneven this guy don't know what hes doing She Also got fleas from this place I post some pictures so you can see what kind of work this guy does I'm really super mad

Took my dog to have groomed in September. He formed a severe wound which needed a surgical procedure. Vet confirmed negligent application of product. Worked with owner Billy, who made me do all research and even file to his insurance company. After months of my wasted timme, it's now January. Today I was informed there would be no coverage to my claim. told the Owner(Billie) replied what do you want me to do? He wouldn't even meet me half way and cover half the fees. Don't take your pets here!

This place and the man operating it have extremely poor business practices. I stopped bringing, Wizard, my dog here a while ago because the guy did a poor job cutting his hair. I didn't right a review of this at the time because I just found a much better groomer (Barks & Bones), and decided not to go back to Bubbles. Today, 10 min before I sat down to post this, I went in to see how much it would cost to just give Wizard a wash ( no clipping, no expression, no grooming, really, just a straight up wash/rinse/dry. The man told me it would cost 45 DOLLARS!!! This is the same price he charges for a full grooming. I don't find it too ethical, charging me full price for a service that takes 20-30min, that I can do myself if not inconvenienced. I just don't get it. The hourly rate for this man to shampoo, rinse and dry my dog, would equate to about 90$. Doesn't that rate seem extremely high for a basic wash?

The owner here is great. He always does a great job on my pups. They always come out looking so cute and smelling fantastic. You do need an appointment in order to get your pup cleaned up. The process does take a long time since it is just the owner who is doing all the work one pup at a time but it is all worth it. My mini poo is so nervous when it comes to getting cleaned up but the owner is so gentle and patient that my Jupiter never stresses out as much as she does at Petsmart. My other pup Venus also gets anxious but as soon as she's done she comes put happy and excited. I definitely would recommend this place and will be going back in the future.

Have taken my Pomeranion twice, Billy the owner is very nice and my older dog feels comfortable with him. Always does a great job! Will continue using the Green Bubble Spa from now on. Very happy customer.

Our Maltese poodle came for the first time and I knew he had a few tangles, and they would need to cut him a bit short, but they really nicked him good, literally, had cuts on three areas including his rectum area and his ears were uneven.. poor baby, I’ll be patient next time for our usual groomer.. I’m sorry, I’m not tryna keep him from his business, when picking my puppy, I walked in and he was blowing the dryer on the other dog that was there and on his phone.. long enough for me to be there a few min before realizing I was there.????????‍♀️ not very good service.. my opinion , maybe it was a bad morning.. considering it was 920 when he got there and the shop clearing states “Opens at 9am “ Well.. sorry. I just thought it’s important for ppl to know beforehand .. I’d be grateful to know and make my own choice

They cut my dog and my clothes was filled with blood they refused to give me a refund. It took hours for my dog to stop bleeding. He is patchy and uneven there is no shape to the style. I do not recommend it at all. Avoid taking your babies here plus it's over price.

They did a great job on my doggo. Quick service and did a very good job.

OWNER BEWARE!!!!! **I AM FULLY AWARE OF WHICH PET SPA THIS IS....located a few doors dowm from 7-11 on Cherry in the same parking lot with Miquel's delicious Mexican food! The account was in my mother's name. HOW DARE YOU THROW ANOTHER BUSINESS OWNER UNDER THE BUS. I think "THAT" pretty much says it all.

I've been bringing my dog here for a while and it's always been pleasant. The groomer is very reasonable in price and always has availability. I live in Rialto and have no problem driving here to Fontana.

I have been having Maxx and Sophie groomed at Green Bubbles for 4 years now and I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. This is the only groomer I have ever used where my dogs happily stroll in. I am confident that my dogs are well treated as well and well groomed. I have never experienced anything other than courtesy and graciousness from the owners. I recommend them to anyone who loves theit furry family members.

So i dropped of my pet this morning at 9:30am. It usually takes about 4 hours before my dog is ready. This was a day that I left my phone at home and then had to do a bunch of errands. When i got home I had received 3 calls from the owner. Each one sounding a little bit more angrier each time. When I arrived at Green bubbles the owner asked me if I had received his calls and why I did not have enough respect to return the calls. At that point things went downhill. He was visibly angry and i told him I did not have my phone. he told me if I was to return again that if I did not obey his policy of picking up my pet within 30 minutes of it being finished, that he would charge me an extra fee next time. I told him that because of his attitude and demeanor towards me that I would probably not return, as well as 2 other family members who were now doing business with him as well. I asked him if he cared to lose 3 customers and i never got an answer, but he just walked away from me and left me standing there. This man is rude and does not know how to treat his customers, considering that I had been there 3 times already and was a loyal customer. Myself and my family will take our pet somewhere else.
