I had been to Pet Crusade before to get my puppy spayed and I was very happy with their services. I expected this experience to be the same. Unfortunately it wasn't. I brought my 11 year old dog in to have his teeth pulled out, they had given me an estimate "between $629 and $1029. I was OK with that. When we went to pick him up we got a surprise bill was $1672. My daughter had picked up our dog and put it on her credit card. I texted them today with my concerns, and never heard back. Beware of their estimates! They didn't even try and contact me to okay the extra $650.

They have the friendliest staff and my dog always has great service. Highly recommend!!

On Monday, September 24th I had an appointment with Pet Crusade, (referred by Mary S. Roberts). The entire staff is absolutely wonderful, and truly cares about pets. I had rescued 5 kittens, which I have been fostering for over 2 months. As I was waiting, I spoke with a man that had a mastiff dog, and this dog had a huge tumor on his back leg. The owner was so upset, because he said that he had been to several other vets, and he was told that the dog should be euthanized. Richard, one of the wonderful doctors at Pet Crusade worked out an affordable plan to remove the tumor. The dog owner was so happy and cried tears of joy. I would also like to mention that Amanda had helped me with my 5 foster kittens who was so sweet and amazing as well. Thank you Amanda! Although the doctor at Pet Crusade said that the kittens were healthy, the staff at Mary Roberts said that I need to take the kittens back to the vet, because they think that one of the kittens has an upper respiratory infection...this time it was a different kitten from the first time I went to Mary S. Roberts. Anyone that is in need of caring, affordable veterinary care, I highly recommend Pet Crusade. Thanks to everyone at Pet Crusade for the wonderful, loving care you have for our little fury family members!
