VCA always delivers excellent service. They are very nice, knowledgeable and have reasonable prices. And my visits are always followed up with a call from a doc. Def recommend!

Will perform unnecessary, invasive, painful procedures on your pet. Then your best friend will require a surgery for nearly $2,000 to rectify the unauthorized mess they made—that, of course, they can’t book you for for over a month. Negligent and condescending my first interaction, outright unethical malpractice the next. Google should let you rate ‘no stars’ because this death doctor doesn’t deserve even the one.

I've been using VCA 29 Palms for over 20 years. Dr. Davis is very thorough and answers all my questions. Tech Brandi for years has been so helpful and caring not only to my pet's needs but mine also. Overall the entire staff are an excellent team treating our best friends

You have to wait weeks for an appointment. If something is really wrong, this isn't the place to go, since you can't get in. 29 deserves a place to take their pets when problems arise.

I wish I could ask more questions about my cat like I would at a real vet, like about the vaccines and his overall health... and... idk where my cats microchip is... lol. It was a nice experience though. Quick and clean and professional. I could tell they have a soft spot for all animals deep inside. I got my male cat neutered, I got him microchipped, and I got his 1 year vaccines. Its basically a fantastic place to go to get your animals fixed and chipped... doesnt seem like a great place to get real heartfelt care for your fuzzy family member.

Staff was fantastic! Everything went very smoothly with calling and setting up the appointment and the call from the doctor to discuss my dog during the appointment and what we needed to do.

They very attentive to your pets needs, and very helpful with any questions you need answer. Outstanding services over all.

Sadly had to have 2 of our older dogs put down and VCA made the experience so good for us. They were kind, patience and very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. Also we got the ashes back and the box they put them in is absolutely beautiful it made my grandma so happy to see the care they put in to make the very sad experience a little better. We will definitely continue using VCA. Thank you so much for helping us!

Went there because my puppy ate a bunch of sand. Had to wait outside for a tech due to covid. Waited 2 and a half hours in the hot sun. No one ever came to see my dog. Tried calling and couldn't get thru to the office. Kept getting a busy signal

The staff here is great. They have become friends with my dog. They also have a great plan called VCA Care Club that insures that your pet is always up to date with vaccines. I have trusted these good people with my dog's care for his whole life (4 years).

Good place had no problems got my dog shot and fixed plus they have a nice relationship with the local shelter . Picture of bella after 6 days after being fixed yes she destroys cones . But look how happy she is

I took my puppy in to get vaccinations not too long ago. I was in the room when it happened and one of the vet techs administered the shots while another “held him down.” The vet tech only held the top half of him down while the other administered a shot into one of his legs, but since the vet tech was only holding the top half of him down, his bottom half was wiggling around struggling to get out. Instead of initially addressing the problem and repositioning, the vet tech proceeded to poke my puppy TWICE with the needle before finally instructing the other vet tech to reposition. It was very careless and irresponsible.
