Tustin Animal Hospital so far is been a great experience for myself and for my pet. The staff there are very knowledgeable, very professional, and always willing to explain things if you’re unsure about certain procedures for your pet. Their online profile and app make it easy for you to schedule or cancel any appointment. I would highly recommend coming if you have a new or existing pet; you will not be disappointed by the professionalism and courtesy provided to you and your pet via the staff.

a week ago we visited another doctor for a full exam, passed all the tests, the kittens are completely healthy. we wanted to go to this clinic to get vaccines, since we did not like the previous doctor very much. They refused to give us vaccines and were told that we must pass the first exam. Why do I have to pay for the exam again? they just want to make more money, it's terrible. I wanted to become a regular client of this clinic, but now I will find something better.

This place is amazing. They are so nice and professional and they take really good care of your pets.

This hospital has had a special place in our hearts from the moment we brought Margot here. Every time we tell her she is going to see “her friends” she knows it’s these lovely ladies & she becomes so excited, she does a happy dance once we pull into the parking lot. There are other places I could go to that are closer & probably more cost efficient, but it’s more important to me that my pet is genuinely cared for & valued to them. Both Dr. Hayek & Dr. Nagvesky really take their time to answer any question I have & their staff is consistently warm & welcoming. I’ll always recommend them!

I have been to many vets over the years, and many in SoCal since I moved here, but this is by far my best experience. Dr. Negvesky is caring, compassionate, and very thorough explaining everything. The technicians are all very kind and knowledgeable. I’m a broke college student but I will always do whatever I can for my dogs, and the fact that they went above and beyond to call me for follow-ups and help me figure out a way to make a payment plan has meant so much to me. I will be coming back!

Seriously the best staff, always making sure that not only is my Dog comfortable but that my nerves are at ease too ;-;

new to the area and was looking for a great vet, this is it! we’re not allowed inside because of Covid but the place is brand new and looks amazing from the outside. the service is great and Dr. Negvesky is even better! She answered every question i had without making me feel rushed at all. they have an app which is so easy to keep track of everything. they even texted after to check up on my dog! we love them!

I take my dog here, and I am writing this on his behalf: "These people are so nice and gentle with me. I love visiting them because they handle me with care (I’m a small dachshund). They give me treat to calm my nerves and are so excited to see and check in on me. I can call them anytime and ask them any question, and they are always eager to help and better me. Love this place and give it a four paw recommendation."

Brought my German short hair pointer here since puppy and never had any problems, very friendly staff and vets are always ready to answer any questions. Even during Covid times We’ve had nothing but pleasant experiences

Dr. Hayek and Yitzi were so courteous and thorough with our kitten Mochi's first visit! Highly recommend!

Very friendly stuff

This is my first time coming here and I will absolutely recommend this vet to any one. I notice my cat had an ear I fection the night prior bring him to the vet, he looked very uncomfortable. I called early morning to confirm they were taking walk ins. The ladies informed me that I can drop him off and they would see him as soon as the Dr. Was able to see him, since i didn't have an appointment scheduled. The process was amazing, since the moment I dropped him off to the moment I picked him up. I was updated on what was going on not only via calls, but also messages. Once the Dr. Was able to see him, she personally called me and informed me what was wrong and what she can do to help releaf the issue. I felt comfortable leaving my cat there, since we couldn't go in due to COVID-19. This was such a great experience and the staff is just amazing.

They are the best my dog was recently diagnosed with pancreatitis and they immediately gave her prescription food and she's been doing great

The team at Tustin Legacy Animal Hospital is amazing!!! They’re professional, knowledgeable, caring, personable and very responsive. We’re new pawents and they’ve been really supportive, taking the time to answer any questions we have. They’ve made the COVID process very easy. We wait in the car, they pick up our pup, they call us to chat, then they return our pup after the appointment. I’m so grateful to have found such a great team to help our young pup for the rest of her life!

This animal hospital is AWESOME!!!! I have been going to this vet since they opened. Dr. Hayek has been my pup since I’ve had her at 4 1/2 months old. My pup is now almost 6 years old. Daisy is a Black Lab and has been extremely sick a few times and Dr. Hayek has literally helped save her life multiple times! While saving me some money every time!! Daisy started seeing her old location(s) but she finally opened up her own practice with another great doctor, Dr. Negvensky or Dr. N for short, who has also seen Daisy for various things including recently after daisy ate an onion! They communicate so very well with each other and yourself, keeping you updated as much as they can. They have built such a great team here. The staff is great like vet techs, they are all so loving and caring towards your pets, very knowledgeable, try saving you as much money as possible and only recommending the necessities your lil furball needs. We love this team so much that when I moved out of state and came to visit family we would come here for all of Daisy’s check ups and shots etc! I highly recommend this vet. They won’t let you down and will help keep your pup happy, healthy, and on the right track!! I highly highly recommend the practice!!! Thanks for everything everyone at TLAH-VET!!!! (P.S. TLAH is the best! Dr Hayek and the team always take great care of our little monster. They also have some nice apps that are helpful for tracking appts.

I very happy with them so far. I adopted a dog recently and I didn't have a vet. I researched the veterinarians at tustin legacy and the 2 veterinarians sounded very experienced, knowledgable, caring and friendly. I have found that to be true so far. They are very current on the latest procedures and medicines. They seem to always think first, non-invasive procedures. Plus their office is very attractive.

The staff at Tustin Legacy Animal Hospital are amazing! They took great care of my pup and were very thorough. I love the communication they have with the client and love how they go over everything before they proceed. I definitely like the app they have very convenient. So glad I made the choice to take my pup here.

The vets and technicians are awesome here! I've been to a couple different vet offices and this place exceeds my expectations. I fully trust them with the care of my dog. You can tell how compassionate and knowledgeable all of them are and they really take the time to go over everything with you. I never once felt rushed while I was here, I honestly can't say enough good things about this animal hospital. Dr. Negvesky and Dr. Hayek are both really great doctors, super nice, super patient and my dog loves them!

Wonderful Veterinary practice. They are skilled, compassionate and couldn’t be more friendly. So grateful to have moved close by, and gave them a try for our kitty.

We brought a really sick dog to TLAH back in July after spending the better part of 3 months trying to figure out what was wrong with her at another vet hospital. We really thought we were losing our sweet girl. The team at TLAH immediately saw something our previous vet did not see and started tests, leading to an absolute diagnosis, and a long term care plan. Long story short, they saved our beloved dog. She still is being treated, but is well on her way to being in perfect health. We continue to see the docs at TLAH about once a month for blood work and a once over and modification of her meds. She continues to improve and we couldnt be happier. Another thing... while taking our Gracie to the previous 3 vet hospitals we had gone to over the course of 4 years ... she was always scared, would shrink away at even entering the buildings. When we drive up to TLAH she is standing up in the back of the car, her tail wagging, and she all but drags us to the door. The staff greets us at the door and you'd think Gracie was visiting her best friends. The love and care she receives here is amazing. We will be forever grateful that a dear friend brought us to the TLAH team. We have found our forever vets!!!

Was looking for a new vet for my two little dogs, one who cared and treated the dog, not try and sell me a million products ! Well Dr.Negvesky was so caring and compassionate. She took so much time with,y Sophie and explaining to me about all and any questions I had. She even called after to see how Sophie was doing.. Also I can’t forget the receptionist was incredible ! So soft spoken with my dog who was a shaking mess. A truly wonderful experience !
