What an amazing vet! I will tell anyone that lives in the area to go here

I can't praise Dr. Renee McCarthy enough. She proved another vet had misdiagnosed the issue with my cat. She did a thorough pre-op, gingerly and skillfully navigated a complicated, lengthy surgery, issued specific home care instructions and provided follow-up to ensure my cat was healing well. The office staff is also friendly, reliable, professional and genuinely like their job and the customers, (both two and four legged).

Very friendly staff. I've taken my dog since years back and this time around we went in for a vaccine (allergies) it was quick and easy they are very friendly with you and your fur babies.

I've brought Luca here for 14 years. Both of us give it 5 stars.

I understand Dr K is gone. I’m so sad about that and I have a puppy on the way. Does anyone know where Dr K is? I hope he’s still working in the area.

Never been here,but I did call to ask some information and they were very rude.

We have been taking our Pets to Tustana for many years they make us feel that they are sincerely happy to see our Missy II whenever we go there. All of the staff are great especially Kathy and Dr. Oneal.

They definitely know animals and the dr is absolutely mind blowing. My baby had major dental work done - I am blown away with the results. Tustana is a great Vet. They handled all the needs for my puppy and we continue to use them for on going care and checkups. Highly recommend. Well trained staff. The Dr. is very well traveled and very knowledgeable within the animal community

I have been taking my pets there over 20 years and the service keeps getting worse as the ownership changes. Taking all my dogs elsewhere. Dr K is awesome! He does not work there any longer.

Very friendly and good with pets

Their decision to have pet owners remain outside the building in the name of COVID-19 safety seems a bit unnecessary, but having waited with my dog in many a veterinary waiting room, I find this much more convenient, and I kind of hope they keep doing it this way when things get back to normal. Yes, let me drop off my dog, take as long as you need, and let me know when you are ready for me to pick him up. I loved that they had me pay and gave me the prescriptions before bringing my dog out to me, because the last thing my dog wants to do after a vet appointment is wait for me to pay the cashier.

Wonderful staff really great and helpful people Coming there for over 10 yrs trist them with all my pets would highly recomend for every pet owner

Great place for our cat and not as expensive as other vets.

I am very satisfied. I’ve been coming here for years. The receptionist are very nice and will answer any questions you have. My dog Lobo is a very uncooperative little guy but the team here treats him with care. They also took good care of my cousins dog Teddy. Oh and thanks to the lady that had patience and explained the instructions to me thoroughly. I understand they changed the owner but Dr. Coleign did a fantastic job. Thanks guys.

We have gone here since 1992. That is a lot of dogs to help. Wonderful, loving, caring and professional staff. We are on our 7th dig and would not go anywhere else. You will be happy you came to Tustana.

Great place. First time coming. Great vet care. Definitely making this place my dogs Dr. Thank you for everyone being kind and taking time to explain everything. Its a small place but worth it.

So sad I did not know about this place so my pet could have been better cared for during the past 10 years. My 11 year old dog's teeth were bad, my fault for not knowing dogs need deep cleaning of their teeth. He also has a heart murmur. I was worried coming in. When I met Dr. Hayter for the first time I saw that he was a sweet, kind young man with a busy family, obviously loved animals, and he spent time to give me information and assurance. I appreciated the clear talk about animal dental health, the non- judgmental stance, the honest and competitive price estimate. I was glad that I qualified for Care Credit, but if I did not, I think this office will work with me so that my pet can get the needed care. My pet was put under general anesthesia, had 11 teeth pulled. He was sleepy when I picked him up and he mostly slept that night and had a little soft food. But the following day he was already normal, did not hear a wimper, and he was hungry! There was no post -op bleeding. By the second day my dog was already crunching his dry food, enjoyed steamed veggies, and his bark was strong and his steps were quick again. I think the infected teeth were really dragging him down and affected his enjoyment of life. So glad I was given good counsel to do this. Thank you Dr. Hayter for your skillful work so my pet recovered so fast! This is a place with compassionate caregivers. The facility is orderly and clean, the three staff that I interacted with were friendly, caring, efficient, and clearly loved animals and enjoyed helping people as well.

Great place for dog dental cleaning--they do a non anesthetic one, so no worries about putting your beloved pet under unnecessary anesthesia

Have been bringing our dogs here for over a decade. The staff is amazing and very invested in every pet who walks through the door! We have never had a problem bringing our dogs here and will continue to do so. Highly recommended.
