Everytime I come in the girl named Taylor's is so rude to me she needs to be fired. Asap worst place ever

I started to come here 2 years ago both for boarding and to see Doctor Amy. The prices we always a little high but I thought my dog got good care. For the last 8 months every time I would make an appointment all of a sudden he would need a test done or a yearly psychical exam or a vaccine, I came to be very upset because they would charge an office visit and the cost for what they did. My dog is very healthy and never needed what they said they did and their excuse was that they needed to be sure he was healthy to board. I started to not trust them, it seems now instead of being a trusting veterinary clinic they want to Nickle and dime you. If you're looking for boarding or a vet I do not recommend this place staff is rude, prices are high and they do unnecessary things to make a profit. I pulled my dog from there and will never return even in an emergency because I do not trust them.

Called to get my dogs flea and tick med refilled. Was told she needed boarding shot and physical. I told them she was not being boarded so No on the shot. Also, she is a very healthy 7 year old black lab that is exercised daily and did not need a physical. I was told no physical no meds ... scam. Time to go elsewhere after 7 years.

I have been going to this clinic for over 15 years. I am so sad to say the quality of care and reception has gone down hill and is now extremely disappointing. They were always a higher priced vet facility but the quality of care always seemed to surpass the pricing. Not so anymore. Why they still are not allowing in person vet visits is a mystery. All the great people who use to work as vet techs and front office personnel are gone. All this clinic is interested in anymore is money, money and more money. Need something done, well step up to the plate and fork over at least $300 before they will do anything for you anymore. It is sad when a good practice gets taken over by greed. I am so, so, so sorry to say this is no longer my vet and my advice, go elsewhere for you pet care.

I've been taking my pets to this facility for over 15 years. Prices were on the high side but seemed to get quality care. Was very disappointed today with their service. I pulled up 5 minutes early to my 9am appointment, texted them I was waiting outside as requested by signage on front door. 10 minutes passed 15 minutes passed... no one came out to greet us. So after waiting 20 minutes and receiving no response from them, I called their reception desk to let them know I had been waiting. 10 minutes later, a tech finally came out to take my cat in for her recheck. They came out with my cat 5 minutes later and charged me the re-check exam rate: $40.40. Disappointed to say the least. Looking for another vet.

Such a great veterinary clinic. The doctors are fantastic and front desk folks really nice and super accommodating. They go out of their way to get your pet in asap.

3 and half hours just for grooming. My cat was supposed to get an exam and shots as well and they didn't do that

This is a place that take good care of your pet.

I've been going there for years. Best care and bedside manner in Huntington Beach.

Awesome Service!! Everyone at Brookfield Pet Hospital is very nice and accommodating. We have been bringing our dog here for over 10 years and are always very pleased, no matter if it just the annual checkup or an emergency. We highly recommend Brookfield Pet Hospital for the care of your pets.

Started coming here from recommendation. Service is great, and the vets are really knowledgeable. We ask a lot of questions, and got really good solutions for our dog's sensitive diet. Prices are quite high, and not sure about all the tests and exams being necessary. But they treat our dog and our family well, which is better than other local vets.

Brought my dog in for surgery they took her outside for a potty break in the parking lot that is unprotected they claim A 2 leash policy. She got away from them crossed two major cross streets during traffic, ran a mile into a woman’s house I was grateful to get her back with 21Nicks on her body. Nobody even really knows exactly how it happened. I didn’t get charged for the Trumatic experience. Time has gone by I thought I would try again I asked for flea medicine, she’s 4 1/2 pounds. The manager told me it was the correct dosage when I went to go give it to her it was for a dog that’s 10 to 24 pounds I called upset spoke to the manager again and was told it’s OK to give it to her. In disbelief I looked it up and read the side effects on a normal dosage. Diarrhea, vomiting etc. now let’s add overdose? I am furious, I took it back got a refund, did not say a word, walked out quietly as they laughed. I do not recommend them others that I know in my family will not be taking their animals back there either. It’s not safe, the parking lot has sick dog feces and urine, your walking in it and bringing home to your pets! I stayed quiet for months until today, they are all on the cell phones not paying attention to your animals that you love.
