My cat loves me but HATES vets. This is the only office of four in Orange County I've been to that can give her a shot without having to anesthetize her. Staff are professional, and it is generally easy to make an appointment.

They have kept my cat healthy for 16 years. The best!

Worst experience I’ve ever had in my life! I couldn’t even believe it… So I made an appointment for the first time for my cat and I was running maybe five minutes late so I called them and I say hey I’ll be there in five minutes and the lady who answered and says no problem will see you soon so then I park out front because it’s Covid and I called back to say I’m there in a different lady answers and she goes oh I left you a voicemail saying that the appointment was canceled because there’s two emergency cats that might die right now...there was no voicemail canceling it and if there was such a 911 situation why did the first lady who answered five minutes earlier say everything‘s good to go

The vets here resolved my cat's issues when my original vet could not. Very happy with the results and my cat will only be coming here for future visits!

My cat had to have several tooth extractions. They treated him with such great care. He is a much happier cat now and I can tell he is more comfortable eating. Everyone was so nice. Dr Elston has helped our other cat in the past. He is the best at what he does.

I am so thankful I found this place! We just got two kittens a month ago and the rescue we got them from referred us to T.H.E. Cat Hospital. They have taken such good care of my babies in the last two visits, answered all my questions, and every staff member I have interacted with has been absolutely delightful. Highly recommend!

The staff are amazing at T.H.E. They're extremely helpful, friendly, caring, and patient. Dr. Elston is a great vet. I've never had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Blair but I'm certain she is just a great. They all do a great job and are never pushy with any "extra" proceedures that some vets try to upsell. Both my cats have been with T.H.E. for most of their lives and will continue until their time comes.

The staff at T.H.E. Cat Hospital are incredibly warm and friendly. My cat gets very scared and defensive when he has to make a trip to the vet but the staff always goes out of their way to make him feel as comfortable as possible while communicating with us regarding his results and future needs. We didn't get to see Dr. Elston this time due to Covid but our past experiences with him have been exceptional. He has the most calm energy and is so patient especially since we know its not easy handling our fearful cat. We've been coming to T.H.E. Cat Hospital for nearly 10 years and are very happy to have found such an exceptional facility that specializes in cats only.

Words cannot describe how good this place is. My cat Nizmo had a chronic ear infection that only Dr Elston cured him of ! He is literally the best there is. If you wanna save your cats life and are unsure of where to go. This is the place! All the nurses are awesome as well. I got better service here during the covid pandemic and social distancing than Riverside Cat Hospital and Prestige Animal hospital in person!!! Dr. Elston cured Nizmo when no other doctor could! Thank God for him and his staff !

The Cat Hospital is THE place to take your cats! They are caring experts when it comes to cats. I won't go anywhere else if I have a choice!

I took Lily here since, I believe, 2018, she receives all her care here, dental, vaccine, allergy, etc. I can also consult Dr. Elston on everything Lily related. The staff are super friendly and they all love cats. I should’ve written a review long time ago, but they say it’s never late than never????

I took my 15-year-old cat in for a dental cleaning and a few extractions. Everybody there was super friendly and knowledgeable. I found Dr Ellston to be my favorite cat vet that I have ever been to. I highly recommend this establishment. PS my cat is doing just fine and is feeling much much better Now that his dental issues are no longer bothering him

Been going to this vet for the past four years and have had nothing but great experiences! Even though there are closer options, it is worth the extra drive to get your furry companion the best care possible. Office staff is attentive and helpful, and the doctor is not only incredibly knowledgeable, but clearly loves taking care of cats. We have also boarded our cat here when we went on an extended vacation, and she was well looked after and cared for.

As good as it gets. I have been bringing my little friends to Dr. Elston for years now and in that time the office has never been anything less that perfect. Wait times are minimum. Hours are good. Great gentleness and care is always number 1. I recently I had to bring in my cat in for an Emergency on a Saturday and the Doc came in on his day off just to help me and Vernor. Can’t ask for more than that! I’m a B. I. G. fan of T. H. E. Cat Hospital!

My four cats have been going to Dr. Elston and staff since 2006, when we moved here from Tennessee. We've boarded them there; they've seen my girls through thyroid conditions, kidney problems, bad teeth, diabetes, and now congestive heart failure. Two of my kitties were put to sleep at THE Cat Hospital, and the staff could not have been kinder. My two remaining cats are both seniors, and Dr. Elston, Jamie, Elizabeth, and all those who have worked there over the previous 12 years have always been informative, supportive, and kind. I wouldn't take my cats any place else. 2020 update: I've been bringing my kitties to T.H.E. Cat Hospital for 14 years. Always pleased with Dr. Elston and staff. They have seen me through passing of my senior cats and now seeing my new babies. Wouldn't go anyplace else!

T.H.E. Cat Hospital is wonderful! It truly was a blessing to find this location. We were taking our cat to a vet and Anaheim Hills because there were great with our dogs. When they diagnosed our cat Thomas with megacolon (about 6 years ago) and wanted to operate I had to get a second opinion so I found something closer to our house. When we brought him in to see Dr Elston he checked Thomas and said his colon is normal and his symptoms seemed like that of cat herpes. He must've contracted it at the shelter he was at (it's a airborne disease). The Dr put him on some amino acids and Thomas was better in no time. We have been to Dr. Elston several times now because Thomas has had some health and behavioral issues. We trust Dr Elston and his staff implicitly. We now bring our new cat who joined our family about a year ago. Dr Elston really has a way of putting the cats at ease and builds trust with not only the kitties, but with his clients as well. I am still shocked that my cats are not afraid to go to the vet, it's incredible! Recently, Thomas had a cancer scare so rather than just giving him meds that might/might not treat the issue we decided to run tests to get down to the bottom of things and find out exactly what was going on (as the doctor recommended). I'm really glad we did, without further tests there was no way to tell what was actually going on and we would have given him meds unnecessarily. Beyond that, had it been cancer we would have wasted time with unnecessary meds and on getting the proper treatment that he would have needed. Fortunately it seems like he's dealing with more of an inflammatory issue and we're working on getting that dialed in now. The staff here is very thorough and compassionate. Both girls that are most frequently at the front desk Jamie and Tracy know me by my voice when I call. They're both extremely courteous and do their best to get all the information that you need as quickly as they can. I'm very grateful for Dr Elston and his practice.
