Been going here for more than 2 years and couldn’t be happier. They go above and beyond..never had one concern or problem. They know my dog to a tee and me and always accommodate me even when I’m last minute. My dog loves coming every single time. The staff are all great people who care for the dogs. Professional and posses common sense.

Just moved to area. Needed to board over the holidays, found this place and am very happy with our choice. The staff worked with us and our dog's recent health issue (which is stressful enough as a dog owner). They don't have medical staff or anything, but can administer medication, etc. We did not participate in doggie day care or group play packages. We did standard boarding plus lone ranger package, so not exactly cheap but well worth the price point. Dog came back clean and just as healthy and happy as when we dropped her off. No issues. Will likely board there again.

We Love this Pet Suites! The facility is clean and beautiful and the staff was super nice! Plus, our 2 kitties Love it there! A definite recommend!

You messed up my dog. When I got him back he was malnourished and dehydrated. Took him about one week to get back to his normal self. He has been complaining about his hip eversince. He never had a problem with the hip. He is 1 year old. I should seek legal action. How did his hip get messed up? He either slept in too small of a cage or on the cement or he was pulled by his hind leg.

My dogs love coming here! They know where they are going when we exit the freeway and start moving around in the back seat. Best staff, they really love all the guests and my dogs love them!

I absolutely love Pet Suites, but my puppy Summit loves it more! I’ve tried other doggy daycares but this one is the best. The facilities are so nice and always clean. The staff is amazing. My puppy who is normally very apprehensive about everything, gets so excited for “school” which makes leaving her so much easier. I leave her there with an easy mind knowing she’s happy and cared for. Even when I board her, all goes well!

I have been boarding my dog at Pet Suites for over 4 years. They take great care of my pet and offer many activities during his stay.

Senna my Husky loves pet suites. He comes back feeling like a stuffed animal when he gets groomed. They are very kind to listen to details I want to be addressed. Dew claws, de shed etc.

We have been taking our pup to Pet Suites since she was 5 months old. She’s done camp, boarding, training and grooming here and have had nothing but EXCELLENT experiences every single time. Everyone is just wonderful. Going to Pet Suites to our dog Penny is like going to Disneyland to our kids. Can’t recommend it enough!

The staff was great and gave me good updates when I called to check in on my pup. He was his happy and energetic self when I picked him up. Leaving four stars because I requested a nail trim with his grooming and was charged for it but the service wasn’t done.

Pet Suites is a wonderful place with a terrific staff! I was hesitant at first and then very pleasantly surprised. Our dog LOVES camp! He eagerly jumps in the car to go and runs in wagging his tail! Everyone is kind and professional and makes us feel welcome and special. I’m happy knowing he is well cared for! He has formed a special bond with Jonathan!

Great team. It's not often that we leave our pets someplace when going out of town, so it is a stressful process and we worry. The team at Pet Suites went above and beyond to make us comfortable with the situation. Bailey even sent pics to me via text. Five stars is an easy decision.

Pet Suites is a great value and very professional. Our dog did an overnight to try out the services and he seemed to love it. We have a longer trip coming up and our dog will be staying for multiple nights. They can administer medication and feed your pet. Lots of nice addons like personal play time or a tuck in. Highly recommend this place for overnight stays or they dog daycare.

I have only been twice now and each time my dog comes back happier than ever. He seems to really enjoy his time there and is always exhausted which is so great to have after a long day of work or errands. Will definitely be taking him back!

Coda ♥️♥️♥️s it here….Big dogs, little dogs and the in between dogs can’t get enough They offer all types of services: grooming, messages and even snacks for your furry babies???? ($$) it’s a doggy daycare that is really on their game. Vaccinations are recorded and they let you know when it’s time for any shots. The mornings are VERY HECTIC IN THE LOBBY AREA …so watch your step for possible land mines ????

We know our pets will be safe and well-cared for at Pet Suites: the staff is wonderful, and the facilities are kept very clean. Highly recommend!

Good value and accepted my puppy on week's notice for a holiday weekend to take care of family matter. I would gladly pay for grooming next time as she definitely needed a bath after the few days. Appreciative for support provided by the team.

My 15 month old Cockapoo (Sir Harley Davidson) is very anxious and needs socialization. Pet Suites was fantastic at slowing integrating him with the other dogs for play time. All of the staff is friendly and helpful. A big compliment to Michelle the manger as she is patient, knowledgeable and does a superb job.

I like this kennel as they give you many options for pampering your pet while they are being boarded. The employees are very understanding even though I called them every day to check on my dog. I thought he might be a nervous wreck when we picked him up but nope he was happy to see us but he wasn’t hysterical. So obviously he received an adequate amount of attention.

Our Bellagrace came into our lives at ten weeks old and just as COVID hit. She wasn’t able to socialize with other dogs. Petsuites staff made it possible for Bellagrace to feel safe and comfortable around other dogs and now she loves to play with her canine friends and the staff.

I had used PetSuites about 12 years ago for another dog. The experience was fine then. This time (10 days ago), I have a special needs dog that requires daily medication and 3 meals per day of a Rx food. We were concerned over the 4+ day period, but everything turned out great. Our dog was happy (and clean) when I picked him up. I will definitely use PetSuites again when the need arises.

Was recommended this place while on vacation in Laguna What a referral!!!! This place was amazing! Got my pups set up for a trial run to make sure they would do okay while we were away….and they actually did amazing! In the small tiny tot rooml for small breeds! Even when one of my miini schnauzers (murphy) got stressed and anxious They were able to move both my dogs to a private suite to unwind till we got them!!! Thanks for giving me peace while away from my pets on vacation !!! You guys rock!!! Easy check in and out!

Our pup is always happy to go to Pet Suites. It makes saying goodbye a little easier when I drop him off for boarding and he acts like he’s seen his long lost friend!

I have a senior dog who is 15 1/2 yrs old and on medication. The staff at Pet Suites is so good and gentle with him. I can always rest assured he is in good hands when I travel, even for extended trips.

Nino has an amazing time every Saturday in tiny tot doggie dog care. Nino has separation anxiety and can’t be left home alone. Pet suites makes everything easy with dropping off, picking up and great prices I can do either half or full day. Any questions or concerns I had they made me feel at easy. So thankful I found Pet Suites while I’m living in Laguna Niguel!!
