This shop has a new owner now so my 5 star just went to 1. My dog's nails were cut past the quick and she was miserable for 2 weeks.

Please keep in mind I’m a 31 year customer of this business and have recommended them many times over the years. It has recently changed owners and today will be my last visit. I took in 3 dogs with an appointment that are normally finished by monk at the latest but today it was well after 2pm with the excuse of being short handed. The price has also gone up by 33% over last month going from 140 to 195. Colleen and her team were beyond fantastic but the new owner leaves a lot to be desired. I would strongly urge you to take your pet anywhere other than here. I’m hoping to find where the old staff moved to as they did a much better job.

Every time I take my dogs there to get their nails done the staff is always so pleasant no matter how busy they are you're always greeted with a smile.

I took my golden doodle puppy there, i was happy with the grooming job, but they were not careful with my dog and put water in his ears that caused an ear infection which cost me another $300+ in vet and medication experiences. I usually refrain from writing reviews like this specially for small businesses, knowing they are struggling to make ends meet these days, but i also feel that is being used as an excuse too much these days to provide poor and careless service. Plus I feel responsible towards the community of people that use this service. A dog grooming session shouldn't end up costing you $400 and cause this much hassle for two weeks, all because your groomer didn't care enough to dry your dog's ears.

I cannot give her five stars yet because I have not used their services. The story goes like this.... I need a new groomer in the area and I drove past the shop decided to stop and take a photo so I had the phone numbers. The owner came out and she posed in the doorway for my shot???? LOL LOL. Too funny, perfect timing! From there it was a big laugh and a good conversation. I asked her about the clinic in April for the shots(you have to make an appointment for that FYI). She was a fun person and photographs well???? Adorable lady????

My small dog Hercules is not a fan of the groomers or being brushed but this place openly accepts him and takes there time to clean up his face and ears and all places where he could try (and probably does) to bite them. They never make me feel bad for his behavior - or when I bring him in with matted fur. I let things go to long and they were able to put me on a waiting list - of which they called that day when they got a cancellation. Excellent service and grateful for them. I like the little handkerchief they always give him too!

Brittany does an amazing job with my two year old Labradoodle who can be a handful at times. She always looks great and happy when I pick her up.

I just moved to the area and really like supporting small businesses over chain stores . I found the best groomer ! My Bebe was so happy when I picked her up, not grumpy like she usually is. They were so kind and so efficient. Very reasonably priced . I highly recommend!

They did okay grooming my cat. They're pricey though. Also concerned because the woman assisting customers wasn't wearing a mask, even though they're mandated and if she has covid, she'd be spreading it to all her customers.

Been taking my dog and cat in to get their nails cut and trimmed for 7 years now. In and out in 10 minutes for a great price. All staff is very friendly as well.

First, what a cute little shop. The people are so nice and treated my boy like their own. He is a Briard, looks like a sheep dog, TONS of hair. I had them shave him all the way down for summer so it was a huge job and he looks fantastic! Definitely the only place I'll go from now on.

They do a good job with my fluffy cat, every time.

They get a hair cut finished in about 3 hours...

Best grooming experience we've ever had. Went for the first time last week, our dog came out exactly as we'd asked.. that's never happened before! Owner Colly is a real pro. Highly highly recommend!

If I could give no stars I would. This place I believe hurts the pets. My mother in law and I both tried coming here to get our dogs groomed and our dogs were both tramatized shaking for over a week after bald spots and niks all over they even cut my dogs ear and his private. DO NOT take your pet here!!!! It's over priced and they will hurt and teamatize them!!!

They did a great job with Waffles! Edith is the best!!! Great customer service! Get my dog in same day I call. They also have a company that comes once a month where you can get your dog shots, teeth cleaning, etc. for half the price that the vet charges.

They take care of your pets as if they were their own. My dogs always look beautiful and smell nice when I pick them up from here.
