Sweet groomer that is friendly and attentive.

Do not take your precious pet here! We had our Persian cat attempted to be groomed, we have a normal place but they were closed because of Covid19. He was very matted but she maintain she could groom him. We brought him at 9 am and didn't hear from her till 3:30pm, he was half-way done and she HAD CUT HIM IN NUMEROUS PLACES. She claimed she didn't notice. We had to take him to the Vet and they closed his wound with stiches and the cost was $842.00 We thought we would be nice and make her pay half of the bill, she is the sole owner but has no help and over her head. She said it was our fault for letting the cat get so matted, she stated she could groom the cat, but with no staff to help she is over-whelmed, do not take your pets here! We will file a claim in small claims court and visit every review sites so this does not happened to your pet!

I have been taking my AussieDoodle and my Maltipoo here since we moved to the area in July. She does amazing cuts and loves on the animals like her own. Her prices are more than fair. My aussiedoodle (7mos) got his first real haircut and he feels so soft.

We were here at the beginning of the year and have to post and give praise to this business. Unfortunately since our last visit we have been to other places since and none have been as good. (This includes Pawsitively and PetSmart both of these were bad with breedcuts) the owner here of Doggy D'Tails is Great with breed cuts and most importantly she actually listened to specifics of what we wanted! She completely did what we requested and I will tell you other places don't have this attention to detail. She is amazing, I definitely recommend and will continue to give this small business our business.

Great service on all levels!+ We will be back!+ The groom quality was perfect.. Melanie is friendly and knew our dog breed, and listened to what was needed.. exceeded expecations. Work was done fairly quickly and the price was very fair for work done. Location is good too.. and being open on a Sunday and taking appts with no issues was a plus, too! Highly recommend Doggy D'Tails =! THUMBS UP! :)
