I've been taking my dogs to Dr. Rosenkrantz for over 30 years for various skin issues. There is no one better. He understands the challenges in dealing with older dogs with multiple conditions and works with you to make sure the meds he may prescribe don't interfere with your pet's current medication schedule. He knows his stuff. Great staff, too.

While the services here are indeed kinda pricey, I have tried countless other vets and methods to help my cat with his skin allergies before taking him here. They were able to help my cat, and for the first time in a year my cat can live without a cone on because he is not creating massive wounds from skin allergies. Overall, expensive but effective.

I highly recommend Animal Dermatology Clinic. Their entire staff is amazing. Dr Rosenkrantz is first class and is extremely well educated & knowledgeable. I trust them explicitly with my St Bernard, Barry! This group is number one! Great job folks!

The follow up call was so detailed and answered every question I had, even though it took over 30 minutes! Dr Tia Taketa is amazing!!

When I first took my dog to Animal Dermatology Clinic the previous vet thought she had an allergy. They got her diagnosed correctly with an auto immune disease and treated her. She is doing so well now under their treatment. Dr. Muse is the best. He always explains things well and he’s very kind and gentle.

Curing my dog's skin condition has truly been a work in progress. After going to 2 other Vets - who really didn't seem to have a clue what to do - Animal Dermatology Clinic doctors are giving us hope. My dog is finally improving! Couldn't be more impressed with Dr. Hernandez, also every staff member is professional, helpful, sensitive, and entirely wonderful.

Not happy at all. They still don't allow owners inside so we could interact with the vet face-to-face. She did a cytology test that we'd already had done at our vets and she actually had the results in her hand. Had we been in the room we would have told her that. But she didn't ask, just performed it. Then charged us. Be very careful when you fill out the owners form. When they talk about charges they say it's $180 for the office visit and there may be a cytology or other exams performed that are additional cost. One would think the vet would ask if we wanted it done and how much it would be. But the receptionist said we agreed to anything the vet wanted to do by filling out the form. We had to wait 6 weeks for this appointment and came away with no more knowledge than when we went in. In future we'll just go to our regular vet if and when our dog has skin issues.

It's time for the veterinarian association to allow the dog owner to be in the room with the veterinarian during the visit!

Love Dr. Rosenkrantz! He has helped Ace our sweet 7year old golden retriever with ear infections for the past year. No other dr we saw could get a handle on healing our goldens Antibiotic resistant infections.

They are great and take great care of our lil girl… we wouldn’t of know what is wrong with her if we didn’t bring her…

Dr Rosenkrantz saved my pups life. He had an autoimmune disease that had him miserable with skin issues that my vet had never seen before. It’s been 3 years almost and he’s in remission. I was close to putting him out of his obvious misery before we decided to go to Dr Rosenkrantz. He’s a genius! The front office staff are great too!

Excellent care from Dr. Mendelsohn for my doggy Tylo who suffered from constant paw and body itchy skin and irritation. Allergy test showed chicken, rice and grass allergy but even changing foods didn’t help. Finally we found Dr. Mendelsohn who diagnosed him with eczema and he was treated with monoclonal antibodies and medicated paw pads and within hours my Tylo was feeling better with no incessant scratching and one wk later he’s back to normal!! Love staff and answer to my prayers!!

I live in Lakewood and it’s an hour long drive, but it was worth it for our baby. He was in so much pain from a rash. He lost hair and was bleeding from all the scratching that our vet was at a loss. ADC took great care of him and now after six months of treatment he is almost off meds. He is back to normal, hair is all back I couldn’t be happier. Thank you Dr. Mendelsohn you and the staff have been amazing.

Dr. Lo was incredibly kind and knowledgeable in helping my 13-yr old chihuahua with his itchy skin. Two weeks into treatment he has greatly improved and no longer itchy. Thank you Dr. Lo and your team for guiding me through the process of bringing relief to my beloved little pet.

From them getting us in quickly for our emergency to the pure helpfulness of every staff member. They were so efficient in communication snd made us feel like we were part of their family. We felt listened too and not like they were just cycling us through the system. I 100% recommend and our dog is on the road to recovery finally after a month of frustration for us

Im hoping the guidelines for your Dermatology office will soon change. Id prefer do go in with my dog and have her examined while Im in the room. Not being able to have my dog examined in front of me is so much hassle, sadly we are not getting the 5 star service we deserve sometimes a lot of questions go unanswered due to the situation of doing it over the phone. If dog groomers, Vets, & doggie day cares allow for pet owners to enter their premisses why not Animal Dermatology Clinic of Tustin?? Maybe its time to look into modifying our pets Appts ?

They take excellent care of my cat who has an auto immune disease. Under their care, she is no longer scratching and biting. Her coat has grown back full and fluffy, and she enjoys playing instead of hiding and sleeping all the time.Thank you, Dr Hernandez

I am so grateful for Dr. Hernandez and her team helping my dog through a particularly bad skin infection. We had tried several therapies with our vet for a year and nothing was working. Dr. Hernandez prioritized our dog's comfort and long term health. While the frequent check ups do get expensive, I am very happy with the care we have received.

Went to pick up some meds for my dog. Got easy to follow instructions on where to go and what to do for pick up. No issues at all and it was pretty quick.

What can I say about this clinic. Hmmm ... well, are the Doctors good at what they do? Yes! Very much so. Do the receptionists take care of your pet when you hand them over? Absolutely. What I don't like, however, is this is the only specialized dermatology clinic for pets within an 80 mile radius, and they charge money for something that should be included with the initial visit price. You may have better luck, but the very first time we took our animal there, the process just didn't sit right with us.

THE BEST! Rocky is all cured from his many years of having allergies. Thank you Dr Rosenkrantz.

Dr. Muse was excellent in treating Hachi. He's feeling so much better. I can highly recommend Animal Dermatology Clinic for your pets needs.

I wish You could allow one client per dog to go in to talk to the doctor. Even with the 6 ft distance I think is manageable so you can ask all questions and get all answers from doctor Since you don’t really ask everything while you are on the phone waiting on yiur car without your pet. I think that would make such a difference. Overall I like the doctor that spoke to me over the phone, I liked the follow up and reminders about appointments. A lot of places don’t do that. I like that they are a dermatology clinic and not overly priced! They seem fair on prices and what they offer. I just wish you could meet the doctor at one point. I understand covid regulations but it doesn’t really make sense when you can go to Costco and talk to a cashier or go to a market and do the same thing. I think meeting the VET is so important so you can point things about your dog inside the office. 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ on service, follow up and treatments for your pet.

They do a good job. Seem to really care about the animals. They are doing a great job distancing during coronavirus

The staff is very friendly and the doctors are brilliant, the Clinic's expertise is worth the price, I've always had a great result with the pets I've taken there
