We have been bringing out cat here since we moved to the area 2 years ago and they are so nice. The doctor calls and updates and tells you all the things you should do, but no pressure if you can't do all of them. Then a few days later, they call to check to see how the cat is doing. I love that! No more expensive than others.

The staff were all very professional and Toliver really enjoys them.

Great service, friendly techs and vets. Everyone seems to care about the animals and the families bringing them in.

I had to wait almost 20 minutes after my appointment time but the Vet was friendly and competent.

ACTR took excellent care of my kitty, Gracie, for many years. Our two rescue adoptees, Bruno and Callie, are in great hands with ACTR. They're very caring and professional.

I have been going to this Vet office for many years. The doctors listen to me, we have worked a plan for each of our pets. The staff is always professional and courteous and friendly.

Edited: 8 years later to say I still feel the same way. I have been taking my pets to Animal Clinic of Tustin Ranch-Irvine for 16 years. The quality of care, the professional advice, the loving staff, and of course, Allison, are only some of the reasons I have continued to use this facility. Once you are in the ACTRI family, you are truly treated as such. I trust Dr. Wood, Allison, Sarah, and the rest of the staff (I miss you Heather!) implicitly. I know when I leave my girl with them that she is in the best of hands and they will love her like she belongs to them. To anyone reading this, I promise, if you visit once, you will be forever grateful that you found this vet.

I brought my cats in to only get them current, so they could have their claws trimed somewhere else. Two and a half years later, we just had our last visit. Sad to go, but we are moving.

Now with our second dog, we love Animal Clinic of TR. They take time with you, explain clearly what is going on and offer options, never putting pressure on you to treat excessively! Great team here and I highly recommend!

During the pandemic, they were very understanding of what services were needed, even sent out medication out of state. Thank you staff!

Solid facility... great care givers. Can't say I've had problems with my pets, so I don't have experience with surgeries or mysterious illnesses, etc. But since we get such good care and stay on top of things... we keep coming back to Animal Clinic of Tustin Ranch. Just came in again for some issues with our now 11 year dog... great care, and we were provided a menu of options for care items for our pet with all costs shown. And they discussed pros, cons, and efficacy of various treatments. Very nice... and a day later, our dog is noticeably better! We feel relieved that he is no longer miserable.

Just the worst. Our pet has diabetes and after doing blood panels, came back with bruises all over her legs. The staff are rude and a vet Assistant often assigned to us, was afraid of cats?? Furthermore, they gave us dog insulin and didnt realize it until we told them.

ACTRI has cared for my pets since 2007. They have a small family feel, which I prefer. They know you when you call, and they sincerely want to see your pets happy and healthy. No matter what is going on with your pet, they are on the ride with you until the end. They are very much considered part of my fur babies extended family and a very important part of our life.

I was so relieved when the staff fit my dog in last minute, right before closing. I had an appointment the next morning already but was very concerned about my dog's health and called to see if they could see him that evening. They were very accommodating and took care of him. They are all very friendly and helpful. Thank you!

Convenient location, great service. Can be a bit pricey, but hey! it's the Tustin/Irvine area.

Knowledgeable, Caring Doctor & Staff I have brought my 4 cats to Dr. Wood for a number of years. She remembers their personalities and health issues and is always personable with my cats and with me. As is the rest of the clinic's staff, most of whom have worked there for years - always comforting to know the staff choses to stay at the same clinic over time.

Finally! A professional and friendly staff, excellent Dr.s who offered far more to me and my dog in my first time experience than any other veterinarian group I’d experienced in Tustin over the past few years. What a relief to know that my dog is in such good hands! They pay a lot of attention to details. I’m thrilled to have found them!

Dr. Wood was extremely professional understanding and caring. She always had my pets in her heart and did everything for them. It's a sad day to see doctor Wood move on, I wish her the very best..

The staff at Tustin clinic were excellent, very helpful and friendly.

The vet was very nice, explained things well and got along great with our dog, who was very stressed out by the whole experience but they made it as smooth as could be.

My fur babies have been taken care of by this animal clinic for 18 years. They are great! The whole staff is very loving and patient both with my beloved pets and me. :-) I highly recommend them.
