My cat loves the staff

I was in town visiting a friend when my dog got a foxtail. The doctor was able to get it out and clean the debris. The staff helped my dog get into the clinic and treat her like family since she was very nervous of going to a different vet and away from her family. I also like that it is first come first served. I was not able to get her in anywhere else, but here I barely waited. I would gladly recommend sending your dog here!

Had a really bad experience with a member of their staff today. Our dog has been getting his shots with VIP Petcare for 7 years now and has never received or experienced from them the the rude behavior that the guy at the front gave us. Our dog tends to get aggressive when coming here for shots since he knows what to expect which is why we put a mussel on him as recommended by the clinic in past years and personally restrain him during shots. Anyway, I can comprehend why we would be turned back and refused service because of his behavior, but it doesn’t excuse the guy’s rude and inconsiderate comment about how “our dog shouldn’t even be out in public” or his unprofessional way of being unfriendly and plain rude to us. Please select better staff in the future or at least someone that at least likes animals, shows compassion towards them, if not people, and enjoys doing their job. Lost a long time customer, don’t worry won’t be bringing this or any future pets to you guys in the future. Ripon- tractor supply location btw.

Their mobile clinics are heart is you are just getting shots for your animal, but if you want to ask questions or an overall health check I would go to a vets office not the mobile clinics.

I loved it, their set up it's really nice, staff was quick and gentle. Will definitely go back, and recommend.

The most caring staff who clearly extensive knowledge of dogs. I brought my 2 year old Shepherd in for his shots, as I just adopted him. The vet sraff and doctor met us outside, as our Shepherd does not like strangers, and comforted my boy. He walked in and out of the store which was busy that day, with ease. Love this place!!

Super organized staff, friendly, affordable! The staff was so kind and professional! Will be coming here to update my dog's shots from now on
