All the staff seem very helpful

They didn't have my cat food and they didn't have any cat scratches. But the did have their brand of cat litter. Oh well

Great experience with grooming. They take care of your fur babies and keep in contact with you about when they are finished. I always live a great tip because of the great service.

First time at Petco for grooming, since is my first time taking my dog getting his first haircut. Is it normal for him to act weird?he looks scare , he hasn’t ate since yesterday his appointment was at 12:30 and didn’t finish at 4:36! is it normal to take that so many hrs ? ! Also I would of appreciate that Alexis she of told us that she cut our dog not just one but 2 we just noticed few hours ago that he was hurt really bad experience definitely will take my dog back tomorrow so they can check him out and take my refund back !! My dog it’s not the same after taking him for his first haircut very disappointed!!!!

Full of things for your pet

I try to get my dog in for CGC training. The trainer Stephanie is constantly on vacation to Disneyland and has never ever returned my calls. We started classes back in July and we’ve only been able to make it to one class. Before the start of our first class there was a reactive dog and I tried my best to keep my dog away from this dog since his dog was growling and snapping. Then she goes to ask if my dog is not friendly with other dogs while my dog just sat there quietly while she’s continues to let the other dog lunge at mine. This girl is not a qualified trainer! She has been passing lots of people‘s pets who are constantly failing. She has given me one too many red flags.

They’re very expensive unbelievable how much more expensive they are than a small pet shops

Their supplies are low which really isn't their fault at the moment. My 3 star is because of one of their employees. I was in the store twice this week and I had asked an older lady with short hair to please assist me. She was acting like I was an inconvenience to her and put forth minimal if any effort to help me on both occasions. I walked out with nothing. If you don't want to help people then maybe a different line of employment is appropriate.

Grooming is a good price and they do a great job. However, they never pick up their phones. Not just grooming, even the operator does not answer. Do better.

Great selection in food for my tarantula.

Love coming in and always being able to get my vailed chameleon his large crickets. Alot of places say they have lrg ones but never do and petco always does and they are always happy to help.

The person clipping my dog's nails was doing it in a rush and started hurting my dog causing it to get scared and defend itself. I've been here many times before and had had no issues with how they treated my dog. The person attending me was also very rude and didn't try and do her job carefully.

I found everything I needed. Store was well stocked & clean. Employees friendly & helpful.

Walked in and out for some bearded dragon food. Cashier was helpful and recommend some items. She was very nice and seemed to be very caring of animals and people. Offered a treat to the dog in line... Asked her if I was able to have one and she laughed.

Very small Petco, but it always has what we needed. The employees are always very helpful. It seems to me that to make up for the small space the larger items are limited.

Everything is good. But I was there today I want pay my dog food . And no one take care of me . I was waiting never see costumers service at the counter . employes talking bh them self never care Another person waiting more than me !

Online purchase was easy. Got to store. Called Number. Within a couple minutes the gentleman was at my car with my purchases. Easiest shopping. Plus there was a huge bonus of 20% off my purchase for buying online and picking up at the store. Thank you! Of course I'll be back !

Friendly employees and very helpful if I have questions about a product.

Place is clean and the employees are kind but very short staffed. If you need help with anything you will be waiting awhile including the check out line. Usually only one cashier is running front. As with everywhere you go these days the prices are outrageous.
