I'm thankful to see better reviews for this location, but my heart still breaks after my experience a few years ago. (sorry for the longer review) I had a puppy get sick with Parvo. The doctor said my options were to admit him into a hospital, for over $5,000 dollars, or take him home after giving him fluids with an IV. I opted to take him home as I didn't have the funds for a hospital stay. Unfortunately, my poor pup didn't make it. Fast forward to last year. I moved to Mississippi and decided to get a puppy. He too got Parvo. My heart was broken... I couldn't lose another puppy.. Knowing the signs, I rushed him to the vet. They confirmed he had Parvo and immediately took him into their quarantine area. "It's part of process. We understand this is scary sickness and happens a lot, so we are prepared to treat it", they explained. After a long weekend, our sweet puppy came home happy and healthy. I attribute his current health to a well established process and understanding from our current vet of our communities needs. My hope is that Cross Street is no longer sending parvo puppies home for care. It increases the risk of spread and puts them in the hands of owners who are ill equipped to manage Parvo. If your puppy is sick, find a vet with a process for Parvo. Even if you have to drive to a different state.. You won't regret it. P.S. Total cost of quarantine weekend care, including medication, was $600 in Mississippi.

We took our guinea pig in and they told us he had a respiratory infection and would be fine. Sent us home with $150 worth of medicine. He was dead 5 hours later. They just want your money.

Took my dog here and told them something was wrong with his tail they cut him at the groomer there was visible cuts and he kept biting at it not walking or wanting to so much the vet said it was his back took 3 minutes to tell us that pain needs were not working knew it wasn't his back he was so stressed about his tail and they wouldn't listen he would jump on his back legs i feel if it was his back he couldn't do it and the pain meds did nothing cause it was his tail from the start they did not listen to us went to another vet same issue they really need to listen to the owners when we tell them my baby is much better his tail is better he has lots of scabs i even called for them to give me antibiotics in case infected they told me no!

This place truly cares about your fur baby's.

This is the only veterinary office I will trust with fury family members . The best doctors around.

Amazing place. I'll never take my dogs anywhere else. They were able to do my dogs surgery at an affordable cost. We thought we were going to have to put our 9 year old dog down that we love so much. Dr. Jake and his whole staff were caring and compassionate. My fur baby is already doing so much better. Highly recommend if you want a place that cares about your animal and not just how much money they are making.

I love this place! Their pricing is fair and everyone is so nice! When my previous vet passed away they were the only ones that could get me in within a reasonable time. I'm glad they did cause my dog loves them. I won't go anywhere else

I had to take my little man (dog)there because he got hurt they was gentle with him and took great care of him

I took my cat Grayson on 08/16/2021. They knew the situation with my cat before I arrived. When I arrived they took we straight away to his room. The nurse was truly nice and caring. The Veterinarian was upfront and honest. After having my poor Grayson euthanized, they allowed me to stay with him as long as I wanted. I didn't feel rushed. The nurse showed compassion and care. I felt it was a tad bit pricy, but I would highly recommend this place and I would bring my cat's if needed. This place is very clean and the staff is very friendly. I would like to thank the Veterinarian and the two nurse's for bother kindness and understanding during this difficult time.

Very good, but pretty busy if you need immediate care.

The vet is knowledgeable and very friendly and doesn't talk down to pet parents like some tend to do. Staff is all sweet and caring and follow up care is greatly appreciated.

Cross street vet has be good to our family and have had no issues they give us what our dog needs and makes her a happy puppy!!

Another follow-up on our new dog Jessica she is 2 years old and has been under the care of doctor hears and cross street staff very healthy very well and happy dog she always loves to go in for her treats at Cross Street Vet

We took our doggy here and the doctor was really straight forward and really knowledgeable on what he thought was wrong with the dog. He performed a great surgery and was very clear with all instructions and things that were going to be done. Thank you so much for helping our doggy. ❤

Great vet! They definitely saved my dogs life. I was able to get in last minute and they treated him that day and took very very good care of him.

I live in a nearby town, similar in size to Tulare,I could NOT get in to a vet there. My puppy suddenly lost the use of his back legs and cross street was the only vet to get him in ... they got him in the next day and diagnosed him with soft tissue pain in his neck. We have been back a few times and the staff is nothing short than amazing!!!! We will continue to go there.
