I bought a punch card for 5 nail trims. After 4 trims, I could not get anyone to call me back to schedule a trim I called 6 times in 6 weeks, but no call back.. guess that following through with commitments is not a priority for this business. How sad.

We have two Standard Poodles and require a customized sport cut for them. Sandra and Gillian have patiently and graciously worked with us to achieve the desired results . They also have alerted us to lumps and other physical issues that might need follow up with our vet. We return every eight weeks for scheduled grooming.

They are the best! Great staff. Highly recommend!!

I have always received fantastic results when bringing my dog to Fancy Fur. All employees I have interacted with are responsive, professional, and pleasant! For scheduling reasons, my Bernedoodle has been groomed by over a half dozen times by 3 different groomers (Sandra, Gillian, and Katie). Not only have I left thrilled with the outcome every time, I also consistently receive compliments on her grooming and questions as to where I take her. It is a real treat to know that no matter which groomer ends up taking care of my dog, she will leave looking the way I hope she will.

We’ve been taking our goldendoodle to Sandra for several years. We tried a few other local groomers that we didn’t love before our vet recommended Sandra at Fancy Fur. Sandra does an excellent job, is reliable, trustworthy and we really enjoy talking with her as we drop off and pick up our pup. Importantly, the salon is always clean. The only negative is that Sandra books very far out (we always have our next TWO appointments booked with her), so, she’s well loved enough that you need to plan ahead! A few times, if Sandra has been unavailable, we’ve had one of her employees groom our dog and have always been pleased.

Sandra (and Joni) are the best! They treat Cooper like family and always do an amazing cut! Highly recommend!!!
