Best place for your dogs. They love it????

This was the first time bringing my dog to board anywhere. I was unsure of the process or what needed to be done prior to the check-in date. I called to confirmed all information was on the customer portal and never received a call back. (I eventually called back). There was no communication between the four days when I dropped my dog off to when I picked him up. When picking him up, there was no comments on my dogs behavior, other dogs behavior towards my dog, etc. Just paid and left. When I got home, I noticed a scratch on my dogs nose. I understand that dogs can be too playful sometimes, but I was upset that there was no communication of what happened. I have no idea how the weekend went for my dog... if he got to play, if he got to go on walks, if he was fed, etc. I would've wished for better transparency from the employees in order to get a better understanding of what exactly I was paying for.

I have two small dogs, that usually sleep in the same bed at night. I booked a three night stay for my dogs so that I could go out of town. The kennel placed my dogs in two separate kennels plus they bathed my dogs without authorization. Which meant I had a very large bill. And this did not leave me happy. Yes kennel sparely, but be careful in how you address your needs for your pets, or you could be paying for something you do not want.

My dog Calvin jack loves going here. I know he I just as much loved here as he is at home. I work around the corner at the tow truck company and even on days when I’ve had the drivers drop him off they mentioned to me how cool it is they know my dog by name and how excited he is whenever they pull into the parking lot. Calvin loves it so much he’s even tried to escape the yard and take himself there. Lol

I brought my dog here for boarding and got terrible service, wait!! no service at all, they call me right before I took a plane and expected me to come and pick my dog up or they would not feed her at all they said, This people ruined my vacation because they couldn’t handle my dog they said, I brought my dog to this facility before and not have a problem like this. This might be under new management I would like to think, like I said terrible service, do not bring your dog or they would ruin your plans that’s for Sure. Thank god for well trains people that can handle a dog whatever the issue is. NOT DOGGY DREAM.

I Love all the employees at A Doggie's Dream, Liz is my Groomer for my two babies, Diva and Missy, they just love to go and see her, Liz demonstrates Love, Care and professional skills to each and every client she works with. I will never take my girls any were else.

We've been bringing our dog Merlin here for daycare for almost 6 months after trying various other daycares around town and this is by far our favorite! The owners, staff, and groomers know our dog's name by heart and he absolutely has a blast when he's there. They're very nice and professional, calling you if they have a question or they know they're grooming might take a little longer. The prices are also very reasonable for daycare and grooming. We've never had an issue

So glad we found this place, I wont take my dogs anywhere else

Best place in town to groom your dog(s). My chihuahua does not like anyone but me which is typical of the breed but she absolutely loves the groomers at a doggies dream. They make her feel comfortable before just jumping right in and it makes a huge difference. She is excited when we show up and she is even happier when we leave.

I wish I could have found this place sooner!! My kids have never been more happy to go there. They take EXCELLENT care of Bob & Zoe. They give me reports daily on how they do. (Honestly). It’s refreshing! The staff is always so friendly and welcoming! You can really tell they love the pups! -thanks for taking care of our babies ! ❤️

All the staff are super nice very caring very professional very nice to move the animals the facility it's a bit hot I would think a bit small.... I will keep coming over and over and over again dear tension to staff gives to your animal priceless

The first time I brought my Akita in to have her coat blown out whoever did it did a great job, there was no more shedding after she got dog. But a couple of years later and a new Akita they have consistently gone downhill. But nothing like the last time I brought my Akita to be done. It was a Sunday I was greeted by a friendly “little” older lady and the first thing I asked is if she was going to be able to handle my 100pd plus Akita, she said yes but I still asked her if she had help, she said she did. I still walked my dog to the back to the grooming station and put her in the cage. I again repeated myself asking her if she was sure she could handle my dog. As I turn to leave I look at the wash station and there was another big dog in the wash station. Needless to say she called me 2hrs later saying she couldn’t get her to the wash station or even back in the cage could I please come help because she’s by herself. I got there and the lady was very apologetic and even asked me if I would help her and she would do the job, but at this point I was boiling mad and my dog looked traumatized enough. So I left but I asked for her to have her manager call me so I could find out why in the hell would someone schedule to big dogs to be groomed back to back by a little old lady working by herself because the problem wasn’t the employee but it was with the person who scheduled the appointment. I’ve still not received a phone call, so that is why I’m writing this review. This unfortunately is not the place you want to bring your dog. I’ve always wondered why my dog puts the brakes on when we go there. They have definitely lost my business due to bad scheduling, and poor follow through on managements part.

Hands down the best place to take your pup for a pupcation! They treat your animals like they are their own.

I give this place a one star because I told them how to cut my dog hair Then they say I cut shortly so he can be ready for summer this is not ok am paying them to wash them and cut their hair like I want it I will be looking for a new groomer.

They are always so kind and their prices is amazing and they treat dogs so well never had an issue and I love their vaccinations very affordable

They are great with our dog joe and cutting his nails. We dont use their doggy day care services but if we needed this type of service they would be our first choice. Great caring patient staff.

My dog loves it here. We have tried a few places and Doggies Dream by far is her favorite. She is always excited to go, which wasn't the case with a few other places in town. I removed one star for the nail trimming- for some reason the last time I had it done her nails were ragged and split and I had to file them down. So wouldn't recommend that particular service. Boarding and daycare are great though!

The owners are great and care deeply about the dogs in their care.
