Rude workers especially the older workers.

Teeth cleaning for my dog was 1/3 the price of typical vets. Very attentive and general doctor. Also took my other dog last year to get fixed. Same great value and kindness. Highly recommend

Me. Archuleta greeted me and throughly explained the procedure as well as the rest of the staff ,it was affordable. I was extremely impressed with the after care instructions.

The Pet Advocate was recommended to me by quite a few neighbors and I was a bit skeptical, this being my first time having any of my pets spayed/neutered. However, everything went just as they said "quick and professional". Might I add that the doctors and staff were very kind with not only my puppy but every pet that entered and left their clinic. The staff did an amazing job with explaining the after care of pet surgery and how microchips work. I will add that this is one of the few places to receive affordable quality pet care.

They are great I've taken 6 cats there to be fixed and have nothing but good things to say. They were very kind and the price is not so bad. I will be using the pet advocate for all my spaying or neutering and vaccinations in the future.

They were busy n yet she took her time with me which put me at ease n ready to leave my dog with them. I can not thank them enough for the care my dog received

Great service except having to wait outside in cold. Recommend for vaccines $105 for dog vs. Regular vet $480. Workers were very friendly.

Low Cost Spay with Top Notch Service! We had our two 6-month old kittens spayed at The Pet Advocate. The entire experience from start to finish couldn't have been easier. The staff was so kind and caring. They walked us through the entire procedure when we dropped them off. They also called to let us know the surgeries were successful!

I live in martinez and drove 60 miles for the neutering. We’ll worth it. My vet would have charged $1,300 for the procedures pet advocate charged $330. Great service and very well done. Our Lab was up and eating/drinking/peeing the same afternoon. Great work and at a great price

The Pet Advocate spayed & neutered two of our dogs. Both dogs did very well and healed nicely. I appreciate how great they communicate before & after the procedures and they treated us very well. Great staff, we felt very comfortable dropping off our BabyBaby here to get the works done. Affordable spay, rabies, collar, meds, microchip and nails clipped. We'll definitely go back for anything else we need done.

The price was very reasonable.... but that's not the impressive part.... it's the professionalism of every single person there. They definitely know how to run a clinic. I've had other pets and have been to enough places to know the difference. You'd think most places that have been in business for several years should know what they're doing right...you'd be amazed how unorganized and uncaring most places, I've been to in the past, are. And that seems to be the norm. But not this place. Pet Advocate is truly different... they are caring and they are great at their job. They're organized and therefore the place runs like a well-oiled machine. All the people there are polite and friendly.... even the Doctor!!!! It's an amazing place. I will definitely recommend them.

Absolutely love this place. They get super busy so some patience is needed. But they help the community with low cost vet care. I took my Bayley here twice so far. Once for shots and again recently to get her spayed. Her story has been challenging so far. She was dumped by someone near the shelter when they refused to provide ID to surrender her. She is quick and was roaming around town for 2 to 3 weeks and not allowing to get caught by anyone. She showed up at a neighbors house . I took her in and we cut her long severely matted hair. She has developed separation anxiety and I am also anxious leaving her anywhere. I took her in for her spay and the Dr was super friendly, very gentle with her. It put me at ease that I was leaving her with a warm hearted staff.

The place advertised itself as a low cost affordable dental service place. The vet tech told me to pick up the dog at 2:30pm, but then called me that the dog needs dental extracts. I am so used to having the vet place calling me to pick up the dog, somehow I think the place would call me before picking up the dog. When they called me, the traffic was bad, I was late to pick up my dog. The place charged me a $100 late fee. $100!!! I did not see it on their rates table. The place closes at 4:30 pm, so everyone be aware that to pick up your dogs/ cats by 2:30pm or before 4:15pm or they will charge you a $100 late fee! The overall cost is $706 for dental cleaning + extracting 4 teeth. + 100 late fee.

Very friendly staff and they were very careful with both of my cats while administering their shots, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for an efficient , cost friendly and reliable place to take your pets

We needed our two kittens spayed and were having trouble finding anyone after the passing of our regular vet. I heard about the Pet Advocate on the Nextdoor app. Thank you to whoever suggested them!!! They were fantastic and reasonably priced. We also had the kittens shots and chips done here. You will not be disappointed. Great service with a “keep it in budget” price! Thank you!!!!

Very inexpensive neutering, and good customer service!

Good service, but long day waiting to pick up. Then I find out cat was required to be there at 8am but was not having surgery until the end of day. Pretty stressful for my pet. Why make them sit in a cage stressed out all day if its not necessary?

Prices for neutering not real, cause once you add up all the extras its about 150 over of what it says on the price. Also, in my experience, could not figure out why they couldn't get the kind of dog I told them he was as well as not getting the address correct. That said, good job on my dogs ???? neutering, no problems at all.

Staff was extremely comforting and friendly when my girl pit bull had to get spayed. I drove an hour away just to go here and I was not disappointed. They were great!! Thanks everyone at Pet Advocate for taking care of my girl ❤️
