I took my cat here a week ago to get spayed, they spay went fine but when I brought her home a few days later she began trying to itch at her ears. She had a cone on so I looked in her ears and she has ear mites. I don’t take her anywhere and the only place she went to was the vet. I called them asking if they could do anything and they laughed and said there’s no way she got them there and that they could schedule an exam but it would cost money. Worst experience ever, I took her here knowing that they told me everything would be fine. I’m disgusted with the way they handled everything. Don’t waste your time and your pets safety!

Took my cat here to be treated for Jaundice. They messed up our billing and after paying $1000 for tests and treatments we were told we have to take her to another vet. They also insisted on taking X-Rays and before the result came in (everything is outsourced) they told us they wouldnt be able to tell anything from the X-ray. So I feel scammed and very taken advantage of.

My daughters dog was seen at the office, twice he had a gastro problem (he ate some type of wires from our backyard) that needed special attention…everyone from the doctor and staff were AMAZING for the care of our precious chocolate Lab. The doctor was very informative in the care for Truff-he was very sick. The prices were reasonable and Truff was in good care. I highly recommend this hospital and I give them a 5 star☺️

I have spoken to this place on 3 differently occasions to find out how much my cat would cost to be fixed, told me it would cost 180. My friend recommended this place because she took her cat there. I scheduled my appointment I called to find out the exactly cost come to find out two different prices. 180 only covered meds, antibiotics and anesthesia. 293 in addition to would cover fluids and a head cone. Why on earth wouldn't the fluids be automatic? No one not even humans are put under without an IV. What is wrong with this place. Completely unacceptable. Will not be going to nor bringing my business there and will let my friend know not to go back. Prices fluctuate constantly.

Went in to update my Shih Tzu's (Chanel) shot and she is a very evasive and aggressive dog when it comes to shots and grooming. Anyways, Isabel, one of the workers there was extremely patient and helpful with Chanel. Chanel was scared and ran under a car and Isabel the worker helped me get her out and then gave Chanel the shots. I was recommended here and I'm recommending this veterinary hospital.

Considering the times this vet had it so together and organized. Tech came outside Nd asked questions then took dog in. Dr called on the phone with diagnoses , actually he called twice after he checked something I told him first call. It is a very different way but they had it together Nd got shot animals in as well as appt. Great job!

We have taken our pets here for years. Today, the woman who answered the door would not tell me when the doctor would be in, only that he wasn't in yet. I was 4 minutes early for our appointment. I wanted to speak to the Vet before the exam but they only call you after the appointment. Unfortunately, I have had experience with the office staff that do not relate what you say to the vet, so I wanted to speak to him myself. She told me to wait with my dog, in my car, for the Vet. Covid rules apparently won't allow pet owners entry into the office. However, I asked again when the vet would be in and the woman said "I'm not doing this exam today" and closed the door in my face. We have 3 dogs who will not be back to this unprofessional and unreliable vet office.

First of all I worked at a wonderful veterinary hospital so I know how they operate, and this place is crooked. Brought my dog in for an ear infection which she gets frequently from water in her ears. Dr. hardly looked at her at all before deciding she needed to be sedated to have her ears scoped and flushed. $700 later did they find anything in her ear? Nope. Just needed drops like I initially asked for. The reason their exam fee is so low is because they don't actually do anything during the exam except think of bigger, unnecessary things to charge you for. Health of the animal is not most important to them, money is. Otherwise they would not anesthetize dogs for a simple ear infection. Also she got another ear infection a couple months later and even though they could've just refilled her meds, I was told when I called they wouldn't do that and I'd have to bring her in for another exam. Legally if the animal was seen in the last year meds can be refilled without another exam. But like I said, they only care about money. Bring your animal elsewhere, they deserve better.

They killed my grandmas dog. My grandma dropped her off in a deadly condition and then said they had to leave her there with no one to watch her overnight because they were closing. My grandma said okay she will come back and get the dog and care for her herself or bring her somewhere else that would actually be giving her medical attention overnight, and they said no they were going to leave and lock it before she would get there and she wouldn’t be able to get her. The dog died overnight. Very inconsiderate.

My cat Maximus had blockage in his urinary tract and stopped peeing. He almost 20 years old and very difficult to deal with. The staff here was so patient and compassionate taking care of my difficult cat. They rushed him in right away and saved his life. I was also on a tight budget, they were more than accommodating with me and found a way work within my budget to take care of my cat. I cannot thank Grantline Vet Clinic enough for the work they have done with me and my cat.

I just want to save people from doing the same mistake i did. Vet prescribed my dog antibiotics (cephalexin) and allergy tablets (chlor tabs) yesterday. They charged for those medications 98 dollars .i checked price at walmart is $ 6.93.for BOTH. Why these veterinarian s charge so much for these very common cheap medications? At least they have to offer customer,by saying if you go outside pharmacy it may be cheaper , i know some good caring vets they do that. I dont mind they charge whatever the charge for examination s, but at least reduce their price for meds or offer to go to a reguler pharmacy , i know walmart pharmacy fill almost all the pet medications , so People before you buy any medication please please double check with walmart and ask the vet to call prescription to walmart or get a hand written rx and go to Walmart pharmacy. And print good rx coupon also help to lower medication cost.i called and tried explain this to staff, she was rude.

Dr. Hoque is one of the most caring vets in Tracy. The vet techs are understanding and straightforward. Our little pumpkin was found at the dog park, all alone. We had to save up to get her to the vet and when we did, we found out she has a pyometra and they settled everything as for the surgery price. They had to do x rays and bloodwork before the surgery. We left, and 10 minutes later got a call that our baby had been a mother and miscarried, causing the infection. They took her in for an emergency C section and went on with the spay. We came back the next day, and they took great care of her. She looked happy and alert, and because these people are so wonderful, decided to take the emergency c section charge off. Didn’t charge a cent for it, because it was to save her life. They sent us home with a healthy pup and some very happy pet parents. They are a compassionate and caring staff, I would recommend you take your pets here for sure.

We took our cat J.R. there yesterday to have a dental cleaning and procedure. The whole experience was great. Both the male and female Vet Techs were super nice and helpful. The Vet was great he called to let us know a tooth needed extracted and even brought it out and showed us the crack and damage to the tooth. My husband and I both are very overprotective of our babies and they scored an A+. We will be using them in the future.

Absolutely first class care at an affordable price. Our little toy poodle, Yogi went in to have his teeth cleaned. We were told, correctly, that he also needed a tooth pulled. The tooth was badly infected and he bled a lot. The nurse hand-held him and treated him until he pulled through. The price was about 1/2 what was estimated it would be at a Walnut Creek vet for the same service. Later Yogi needed a cancer removed from his anal gland. Again the removal and post-op care was first class, and again the price was probably less than 1/2 the Walnut Creek vet. How expensive is the Walnut Creek vet? Our son took his cat there in the evening and the overnight bill was $6000+. Go to Grantline, they are better and much cheaper.

This place should be called Grantline pet morgue!! this is the worst place you can take your pet if you care about them!!! this place robbed me of $442.00 for a ear flush, culture and medication for my cat. the only reason i even took him there was because we were fostering him prior to adopting him and we were referred by Tracy animal shelter. never again will i even take a pet hamster to these pirates. "Dr. Taka" who shouldn't even be referred to as a "Dr" was extremely unknowledgeable about anything related to what was going on with my cat even after reading the notes in the chart from the previous Dr. he couldn't handle my cat and had myself and my daughter place the muzzle because he was too scared of the cat!! first of all your the vet not us and your the one we are paying all this money to, to provide a service. the cat became so agitated it scratched us because he had not clue on what to do...after speaking with the extremely rude manager (Meagan) Sp? twice about the issues we were facing she tried to excuse it by saying she told us to bring him another day, although she did that my daughter explained to her about the issues and still she refused to acknowledge any wrong doing on their part. if the cat is being brought in for ear issues why would you prescribe eye drops that have noting to do with the original issue at hand which progressively got worse!! seriously this clinic is fraud and i will be advising the BBB as well as any media outlets. i asked the manager for the owner's name and she refused to provide me this information. i also asked for my cats medical records and she refused that as well saying she won't be giving me anything and to ask the owner, when i proceeded to ask her when the owners name and when they would be there she condescendingly said "they are never here!!" the whole office was full of people with pets and she conducted herself in an extremely unprofessional manner...i have also advised Tracy animal shelter to send their foster pets to another vet that actually can provide adequate service to people who are caring for these animals. this place doesn't even deserve one star.

My brother talked me into taking my furbabies here when they need medical attention. I have been very satisfied with the care from each doctor we've seen plus the techs. I can easily carry a conversation with them and they genuinely care about their clients. I had to get my rescue Boxer in after finding her in pain and not able to eat. They saw her and the doctor and I agreed on the treatment. She had to spend the night due to dehydration which I could see and when I picked her up the next day she was looking better and her meds helped her greatly. I would not go any other place. I see other reviews that are not pleasant to read but that has not been my experience. My Boxer was missing a vaccine when I got her so I took her in and let them know that I didn't know how well she took shots and the tech let me know that she did well.

Please don't make the same mistake as I did and come to this veterinary clinic. I was not allowed to accompany my dogs while receiving shots and a microchip, during their scheduled appointment. An exam was not included in the exorbitant cost of these shots. I had several questions for the vet but I was not even able to see him/her let alone talk with him/her. My dogs returned smelling terrible which I can only imagine they had an accident during the procedure but I wouldn't know because I was not allowed to be present. I asked what happen and why they smelled so badly and I was told it was alcohol from the shots. The veterinarian did not even handle the beloved pets, a vet tech did. I'm as traumatized by my poor dogs are by this experience and would recommend everyone stay away.

I took my first pup here for all her vaccines and to be spayed. Absolutely love the staff. Very affordable. A few months later she got into my purse and ate 120 strong Xanax while i was out of the Room and we rushed her there as soon as we realized. They told me she might not make it thru the night but they did everything they could and 2 years later, i still have my little girl thanks to these guys. We love them!

I live in SF but I have been taking my dog to this clinic for a few years now. My brother lives in the area and I schedule appointment with them whenever I am in town. The staff are incredibly helpful and really nice. They answer phone calls promptly and act immediately on all my requests. Its a busy practice so there would be some wait time during clinic hours. Their rate is very competitive and they offer discounted vaccines on weekend. Thanks for your care to my dog Mickey.
