Great Hospital and staff. I have been coming here for years and the service is excellent. they also care for your pets needs and are attentive if your pet is fearful of the vet. Never had a bad experience and the prices are reasonable.

Friendly Caring Dr's and Staff.

I have been taking my animals to Pacific Vet -and now VCA Pacific Vet - Dr. Maria was very careful about the staff before she retired. All 3 vets are Cornell trained and work together to provide the best care for the animals entrusted to them. I have been involved in cat rescue for the past several years. When this pandemic began and the shelters closed the rescue groups stepped up to the plate. I deal with three vet offices. The work for the staff at all three offices has doubled. Keeping their offices clear of Covid-19 is no easy task; therefore we call from the parking lot and wait. Hours have been cut at all 3 locations, phone lines are jammed and through everything the staff has been patient, kind and energetic. By the way, all five qualities listed above are the rule at VCA Pacific Vet. It is impossible to pick one, though I do wish it was not so expensive EVERYWHERE!

Ever since this place was bought by VCA, the quality of service and the competence of the people working here has gone down significantly. I am currently waiting in the driveway with an EMERGENCY APPOINTMENT for my pet, and no one is answering the lines/lines are super busy and can’t get through. I just spoke with one of the nurses that came out and she was super recluse and unhelpful even after explaining I’m here for an EMERGENCY APPOINTMENT. She told me to the text the number on the sign instead of call, and when I suggested they put that sign everywhere in the lot (it’s only posted on two spots that you can’t see unless you’re specifically parked there), I was met with carelessness and an “ok” as she continued to walk off- mind you my pet is in my lap this whole time while I stated twice we were here for an emergency appointment. I know that this place has really become a mess because of covid and the precautions the staff are taking, but this is my third experience here since the pandemic and every single time they prove to be incapable of the most basic of services. Keep in mind my pet with an emergency appointment is still sitting in my lap right now, 15 minutes after my appointment and calling over 20 times to “check in”. I used to love this place but it has sadly become a joke. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE. I was neglected for my EMERGENCY APPOINTMENT and will now have to take my pet elsewhere to an urgent care. F this whole place.

This place is great! They are so well organized! The way they run their business during the pandemic is A+! You check in, a tech comes out to get your pet, and the doctor calls you to discuss their findings. Same procedure for vaccinations. Then you pay digitally. I'm impressed! I can't wait til the pandemic is over so I can personally meet their wonderful team of doctors and veterinary assistants!

They saved my dogs life!

We just switched over due to moving, as new clients, they made everything really easy, efficient, and comfortable. They have animal signs on parking spots so they know which car is you and to return their pet(s) to the right owner (humans have to stay in cars during visits for now)! They have signs, and an amazing VCA app so I could see what was expected for the visit, see all my dogs information, make appointments, etc. Really glad to have such great care for my dogs!

I had to bring my dog in for an emergency when he got into some chocolate. They were so kind and reassuring and took great care of him. He fully recovered!

We had euthanize our pet, but through the difficult process the staff was amazing. There was no pressure to hurry, or anything. I could not have asked for a better experience in such terrible circumstances.

Your techs are gentle and your veterinarians are ...firm but gentle with the animals. We love your complimentary coffee and tea bar. Your so wonderful!!! Thank you.

This place is exceptional!! The staff is efficient and they really care about the pets and owners they serve. I share two cats with my neighbors and the one who needs constant attention medically due to allergies gets excellent care and gentle treatment from his vet. He can be a tough one to service. The place us clean, modern and well equipped to serve my little cat family.

I worked at PVC many many years ago, i had the opportunity to witness Dr.Maria and the staff in action. Till this day I don't take my dog anywhere else, I trust the staff and I feel secure that my pet is getting the best treatment.

They took very good care of my pet after hours. Only recommended procedures absolutely necessary till I could take my pet to her regular vet.

I have been taking my mini schnauzer to Dr. Maria since she was 8 weeks old. We've been through a few things. Dr. Maria has always been thorough, patient, kind, and compassionate. She is a wonderful veterinarian. I would not trust Kaia to anyone else.

Dr.Maria and her stuff is the most compassionate, we have used this office for our 2 dogs for 15 years and always were treated with the best care.
