JOE JOE JOE! Thank you for being so supportive and helpful! The first Banfield in the area to care enough to understand my pet needed to be seen rather than pushing me off or telling me the next available appointment was sometime in October. Thank you so much Joe (and your receptionist) for hearing my concerns. We will see you tomorrow! THE BEST!

The Service in this hospital is the worst , not only are they rude and unprofessional, they don’t even let you finish speaking. They blame the pandemic for their low quality of service.it’s a shame that we pay monthly to be treated like that.

Mr. Bitz loves everybody at Banfield Pet Hospital. Very reasonable prices . I would recommend anybody to take their pets

Rudest people I have ever met. Never dealing with this company again. AND LAZY!!!! This was the first time I went there and they made me get the food myself, so of course I got the wrong one. All they had to do was get off their butts and walk 5 feet to tell me which food my vet prescribed.

Zero stars. I’ve been taking my dog for a while and they suggested their “wellness plan” FRAUDS! This is not insurance! It will not protect your dog in an injury and then you’re forced into a contract for a YEAR even if your pet passes away! Then they don’t even care to get anything done when there’s something wrong, they never follow up and they forgot to call you to let you know that your pet is ready to be picked up after having had you starve him and not fed in the kennel ALL DAY. Oh and they AUTO BOOK SURGICAL EXAMS?! Who does that!!!??? Don’t take your pet here! Anywhere else!

Was going to be a first time customer after finding an open slot 2 weeks away on Oct 5, 2020 at 3PM. Appointment was confirmed and ready to go. Then on the Friday before Oct 2, 2020 at around 1PM - I get a call from Banfield and they said that because the vet has medical issue she will not be available and there are two options - Either reschedule to the next available appointment which is over a week away from Oct 5 or drop my dog off at 11AM on Oct 5 and some other vet will eventually look at her in a few hours. I told the lady that this is really short notice and for me to move my work meetings (Since everyone is WFH during COVID times) is very difficult to accommodate a 11AM drop off and not even be sure when I need to go back to pick up my dog. Since I had planned the original appointment two weeks in advance - I had plenty of time to make arrangements to be able to visit the vet at 3PM and take the rest of the afternoon off. While I understand that things come up, I asked why was I being informed this late and why was that appointment even available in the first place if this vet was known to be unavailable in the afternoon? I was told that while they knew it was possible the vet would need to take that afternoon off they didn't remove it until they got confirmation from the vet the day they called me...Which in the first place is bad service. Not only that this was last second but also that it was a "too bad so sad" situation and that I would have to go for the next available which is another week away. I didn't even get the chance to visit this Pet Hospital and I already think its terrible and would never recommend it. Definitely will be looking for another pet hospital that can fulfill confirmed appointments or can actually help make things better instead of this receptionist that clearly didn't care.

I've been taking my pets here almost since I got them, but I just had an experience that upset me so much that I don't know if I'll stay with them. My cat is genuinely sick, and I work MORE than full-time. I have no one to take him to the vet, so after searching dozens of appointments both at this facility and the one in San Pedro, all at times that would have made me miss hours of work to be there, I finally made an appointment for 430, after I get off work. But there was an emergency at work and I ended up having to stay 15 min extra, which led to me being late to the appointment--so they cancelled it. When i expressed how upset i was they offered to reschedule the appointment. But this wasn't a wellness exam, this was an appointment for a sick pet who needs to be seen right away by a doctor. I can't reschedule him being sick, how do they have the right to reschedule the doctor seeing him? I am livid right now and I'm planning on moving ALL my pets over to another facility that doesn't take such liberties with the health and well being of my family members.
