He's a good vet just don't tell him how much you have and your from san diego he will find a way to drained your last Penney he was luckey it was in emergency other places charge me 65 for stitching he charged me 180 He's a good last resort emergency vet but he will drained your wallet greedy. Never again

This place is great for your fur babies! The doctor is awesome! and their staff! they take good care of your pets! Their prices are very reasonable! Been taking several of my fur babies and they always have the best care!

I use to take all my dogs here until my older dog was not doing good and we thought we had to put him down. We took him to pet clinic and we begged them to help our dog and we believed them. They charged me over $325 dollars to do a xray and biopsy to check my dog because they said he had a tumor. Turns out they never did the biopsy and they kept us waiting two days for the results while we waited at home with our dog suffering and couldn’t move or walk. After fighting with the clinic to refund me my money and asking the Dr. What these test results were he gave us he assured us it was for the biopsy after confronting the doctor that we spoke to the lab and they said this was not a biopsy performed he changed his story and said he used the wrong word. How can you use the wrong word for a biopsy when your supposed to be a professional doctor and lie to our face. He charged us $100 dollars for this so called biopsy when he only performed citólogica which would of costed $25 dollars. Then when we asked for a copy of the xrays performed they give us a cd with nothing on it. When we asked them to send us the photos of the X-rays they sent us one photo. I paid $7,000 pesos to this doctor at pet clinic to help save my dog and he did nothing but lie to us and take our money when he saw us crying and begging to help our dog. Luckily we found the amazing Doctor in playas Punto Vet. They took our dog without any questions or money and saved his life. My dog didn’t have a tumor like pet clinic stated and we didn’t have to put him down as pet clinic said we should have done. Punto vet gave our dog a blood transfusion and they kept him two days and now he is alive and doing amazing. Please please for your furry family members do not go to pet clinic the doctor does not know what he is talking about and they do not care about your animals. The doctors at Punto Vet are loving and caring and they don’t care about the money they care about your animals and they gave our dog life again. Please please please for your animals sake and life stay away from pet clinic and stay away from Dr. Hector Bracamontes !!!!

The veterinarian did a great job. My dog is doing very well. They are friendly. Great service. They also have a pet hotel on the second floor.

Every time we bring Dakota it seems like we get a new dog. He always leaves smelling so good and super soft and happy. The vet is a super nice guy, he always asked how Dakota is doing.

His care is above and beyond, he’s always available to help answer questions and he absolutely has his heart in the right place, which is on your animal. He’s amazing! Been a Pet parent for almost 11 years and having both of my dogs under Dr Bracamontes care has been such a blessing. Dr Bracamontes and his team have always been really supportive and caring when me and my family are in need. From prevented care to life threatening illnesses, to mayor surgeries. I have to say that I have never been disappointed. I have recommended him to multiple friends and family, and I have only had positive feed back. His willingness to help our pets is priceless. Dr. Bracamontes is the absolute best. He helped me out when I was in a bind. My dog broke his jaw and I didn’t know what to do. Dr. Bracamontes was able to take him right away and did surgery on him. He was already so happy after the surgery. He felt so much better. He is doing amazing now. Healed so quickly and is eating and playing and happy again. I highly recommend Dr. Bracamontes!

It was the only vet near by and every time i went they would increase and change prices on me. One day they told me medicine was 850 and the other it was 950. The same as ear infection medicine, i heard them say it was 80 and they sold it to me for 250. The oldest guy vet saw i really needed and took advantage. This place sucks but no complaints on the actual vet service so come here if you wanna get scammed I guess.

Dr. Bracamontes has always been my dog's vet ever since she was a puppy and I'm very happy with the care he has given her. When I decided to sterilize her, everything went smoothly and he answered my questions as I was unsure of how to take care of her post surgery(my first dog) Highly recommended, he truly cares for his patients!
