PLEASE TAKE YOUR ANIMALS HERE INSTEAD OF SAN DIEGO! THEY CARE ABOUT THE ANIMALS NOT ABOUT THE MONEY- Im so thankful to god that my cat was taken to this veterinarian. After my cat was attacked by a coyote I had taken him into 2 places here in mission valley (VCA) where they treated him horrible and had given me the option to euthanize my cat if I couldn’t afford 10-15.000$ So we decided to take him here and they put my cat on oxygen as soon as he came in and did everything they could for 3 days with 24hr supervision and my cat is ALIVE and happy because of them!

(If you don't want to read all of this let me get straight to the point. in Los Angeles it costed 1000 dollars, and in Chapultepets it costed 50 dollars.) My dog jumped out of a moving truck I went to my local emergency animal hospital and they told me I would have to pay over 1000 DOLLARS, and that was just the starting point. I decided to take him to Tijuana at 10pm. Thank god it was open for 24hours. They treated him in 30 minutes, and it costed less than hundred dollars. He is recovering well and is able to walk again. The staff are friendly and nice. 100% come back.

I'm very upset because I bring my my dog on Saturday the service with the doctor is very good but the service with the customer service is very unsatisfied because I call and they never answer if the answer they always say it's they have no information because it's not the hours I'm working I'm not able to call during 12:00 to 6:00 if I call Early they have no information if I call after 6:00 they have no information so it is no possible to have information it is already 6 days and it's impossible to know how is my dog doing this is not fair

Make sure you have an appointment, even if you call if they said it's okay to go during emergency hours don't believe that!. One of the three girls at the front let me know that I just need to wait because it was another person in front of me, after waited for 1 and half hours the vet come to me and asked if I can make an appointment because my dog case was not an emergency. During the time I was waiting one guy went to pick up his pet and he wait one hour before they brought it to him, another person went because he was waiting for a call to inform him about his dog. A lady that knew the vet was able to jump in front of the person that was before me., so if you have connection in this place you are ok.

My experience with this hospital is wonderful. I have used them for over 2 years for my newborn and adult English Bulldogs. They have emergency care and were always understanding and very available. This hospital fixed stitching from a bad csection my female bulldog had at another Vet in Tijuana. I am a nurse in the medical field and I recommend this hospital if you love your pets. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Many Vets in Tijuana do not have Emergency care or affordability with boarding.

My dog got vaccines today, Oral dewormer , flea and tick preventative , and had a Tick removed . Loved the place . Treated me and my dog very good . Very professional and affordable . Would definitely go again . My dog is happier than ever and so am I ❤️ The hospital was very very clean and organized . My fir baby was seen right away . No appointment needed . Was out within an hour after all treatments were done on her . From desk reception was professional and knew what they were doing . Dr. Treated her with so much love and care. Would definitely recommend to a friend . Only place I will be taking my fur baby now .

Took my cat here and they didn’t do a good job, they acted like they knew what they where doing but didn’t actually know anything, they gave him the wrong treatment and took forever even when I had paid like if it was an emergency. Just a couple of days before he died they started to give him the right treatment, but it was too late and it caused him to die.

I can not talk about all the doctors who work here, but????????????????????????Dario Abimael Perez Zazueta????????????????????????????is the worst veterinarian I've seen. Could not give me correct diagnosis for my cat even after blood and XRay exams. As a result we were too late with the treatment. If I would listen to everything he was recommending my cat would be dead even earlier. Every time when I had my appointment I had to wait at least 15 min. If you need a simple injection you will have to spend at least an hour there. First I thought they were good since there were a lot of people waiting in front of the clinic, but not they are just too slow and careless. First time I went there it was "an emergency case" and I had to wait for about 40 min...???????????????????? Do not take pets you care about to this clinic.

Went to this veterinarian yesterday for my dog. Place was very clean the veterinarian that i saw was professional and knowledgeable regarding what was wrong with my dog. The price was fair and I would bring my dog back.

Worse service ever really nor reccomend it

I came in with my 5 month old puppy she had a fractured leg and they did take her in but since her she wasn’t on life threat we waited but not long 10-20 min. Price were reasonable. The thing I got very sketched out was they tried to charge me for something else And they couldn’t find my information, very unorganized. When we got her back she looked very underweight and when I went to visit her she had no water once I told the vets to give her water she was desperately drinking. REALLY?! ....I would ask questions and they wouldn’t be able to answer me. I called and asked what could we clean the surgery because we weren’t offered anything to clean it with. ALWAYS SAVE YOUR RECIPE AND DOUBLE CHECK WHAT YOU ARE GETTING CHARGED FOR! Just thank you for getting her surgery done but I will not be returning back.

Took my dog due to a infected flea bite. Took him in right away no appointment needed. Treated him right away. And at a great price.

It’s a great place especially for urgent care. REMINDER they only take appointment urgent care is after 8 pm so I would call ahead to see if you can bring your pet in. Compare to San Diego I legit paid 160 just for X-ray and for them to tell me I need pay more for ultrasound AND surgery to see what wrong with my dog in total $2000 !! I took my dog here and they attended her and took care of everything for $250 total. Down side is if you don’t make an appointment they can only attend you after 8 and that’s if there no emergency. Also you kind of have to step up and talk to them I was legit waiting for a good 10 - 15 min before We came up and ask them if We can be helped.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE. I took my dog here because I read really good reviews. They had to spay her as an emergency because she had an infection. She stayed over night from Sunday to Monday. We went to pick her up and brought ger home. We did everything they told us. She never jumped onto things or climbed stairs. When we returned for check up they told me she had a hernia and needed surgery again. We didn't believed them because we saw her fine but they insisted that if we didn't do the surgery she could die. We agreed because we didn't want anything to happen to her. When I called the next day to know how she was and that I wanted to pick her up they said they wanted to keep her another night. I asked why? If there was something wrong and they said no we just want to make sure she is fine. I told them that I preferred to take her hime with me and they said I had to sign a paper if I wanted to take her so they wouldn't be responsible if something happened to her. I agreed but when I picked her up they didn't ask me to sign the paper. That made me think they just wanted more money from us. When I returned on a Saturday for her check up it was really busy with a 3 hour wait time. I know of another vet that I always go to and was still open so I decided to take her there. The vet told me the person who did the surgery did a really bad job and seemed they didn't even know what they were doing. My dog got an infection because if that, so this vet removed the stitches and cleaned her up real good that the next day everything was healed up. I'm glad my dog didn't die because of them!!!

My friend took her dog to two consultations and her dog was diagnosed with a stomach infection come to find out he was not diagnosed right his intestine had a rupture and her dog died two weeks later, make sure to have test run if your dog keeps feeling bad .

As I read the reviews I don't believe Some of the one's that say they are negligent. I love taking my dogs to this Vet, I've taken my pets to doctor ZOO And more than half of the time they are not available they stepped out to lunch they are closed All kinds of excuses. I recommend this pet animal hospital. They have Even seen our Guinea pig which are Exotic pets. Taking your pet Guinea pig to the USA is about a $1000 I know because my neighbour took a sick Guinea pig to a vet. We took our yorkie Who is 8 years old they charged us $54 bucks for x-rays medicine and the consult.

was SUPER recommended this place, but I will NEVER recommend anyone here. Took my puppy here because he was injured by another dog. XRays were taken yet they kept telling me nothing was wrong. EVEN THOUGH my puppy was limping and cried when his leg was moved/touched. he Spent almost 2 weeks there and right before I was to pick him up, I had spoken over the phone with the clinic (on Friday) and they said it would be fine to pick him up on the coming Sunday. The same day (Friday), I received a phone call to pick him up as soon as possible. He was ready to go home. this seemed a little weird since we had the all clear to pick him up in 2 days, As soon as we get home that night, he had bloody diarrhea, was throwing up, didn't want to eat at all, and just wasn't himself. we Took him to another vet and found out he got parvo. when I called Chapultepets back to question what happened they said a doctor would call me back. this happened multiple times, and always failed to call back. my puppy has now been well cared for at a different vet. also we found out what was wrong with his leg to begin with. turns out he needs surgery.

I cannot express how greatful I am with the service from this place. My dog was attacked by a coyote and he got hia jaw broken. The vet in San Diego told me it was going to be a fortune the surgery plus it was not for sure that he was going to be fine. I googled and found this place and immediately my dog received such a great care. He stayed for 3 days for the surgery and everything went well. I come back after 3 weeks and the protesis or whatever was the name was removed now my dog is 4 weeks after surgery and he is the same dog as before. Thank you doctors and staff. In addition, yesterday I took my 5 weeks puppy, he was very sick and right away they did blood work and told me he has anemia, infection and very low sugar. He is been hospitalized with IV and the meds provide and care too. Today, i went to see him and he was happy again, he had to stay one more night but tomorrow he will be out at 8 am. The care at this place is awesome! They really care for your pet. This place is not like American vets where you spend tons of money and many times the outcome is not what you expect. I love this place and i know i live 8 hrs far away but every single time I came to visit my family to SD, I bring my dogs to get proper vet care. Again, thank you so much from the bottom of my heart you saved the lives of my 2 dogs. Thank you ❤ UPDATED - My 16 year old dog, got a mastectomy from 4 mammary glands. I was so scared because this dog means a lot to me, she is my best friend. The surgery was on Sat, Nov 7, 2020, early in the am and by 5 pm, I can pick her up. The doctor suggested that my dog stay 2 more days; however, we do live 8 hours far away so it was impossible for us. They gave me meds and how I needed to give the meds to my baby. Today, Tuesday, November 9, 2020, my baby is next to me and she seems great. Of course, I am following vet's orders of moderate mobility besides taking her to the bathroom, she just lays down. UPDATED - My 16 year old is great! She is as happy, lovely, and needy dog as always ???? She had a big surgery but she fought like a champ. I do not care to drive 8 hours to go to Tijuana and get the amazing care from this place. I cannot express how much it means all you have done for my dogs. THANK YOU, Princess has been with me for almost half of my life and she is my best friend. Thank you for the care, the surgery, all the times I called and your nice staff always helped me and/or a veterinary talked to me over the phone to answer any question. Thank you, thank you for caring ❤❤❤❤❤ In addition, my 12 year old dog had a dental cleaning and they took care well of her. After the procedure, they gave me meds for her pain and antibiotics. My dog is like nothing happened. Lastly, my 12 year old Pekingese was suffering from a horrible itchiness for years. I took her and spent so much money in the states and the conclusion was that she was allergic to her our fur. I had to shave her constantly. Well, no more. Last week, the vet gave her a shot that last 1 month and a fungus shampoo and my dog has not had any smell nor scratching at all. I feel so relieved for her because she had itchiness non stop. Thank you to all the vets, surgeons, and front staff. Even with COVID restrictions, they service has been exceptional. Highly recommended veterinary clinic.

I take all my dogs there, I just took my pug tonight because my rottie pop her eye out and the vet was able to pop it back in. But unfortunately one of her nerve got disconnected so she is blind from her right eye. She had to stay overnight so they can keep an eye on her, so the swallon of the eye can go down and make sure it doesn't get infected. Or else they are going to take it out. But I figured she was going to be blind, on the way it look once it pop out. The staff is very nice and helpful I will keep coming back for all my dogs needs.

We just left this clinic and I could not be happier with the care, treatment, and cost of our experience. Lighting fast service without an appointment. We will be bringing all of our pets back here again and again. Muchas gracias Doctor Gordian!

best place ever, open 24hrs and honest people,i've been doing business with this place for over 2 years and 2 pets and never had any bad experience, including the 3 surgeries and extremely cheap cost....

This place was very professional, the staff was awesome, I had 4 different doctors looking after my puppy, highly recommend this hospital, they kept my puppy 2 knights, Everytime I showed up they gave me updates not once where they concerned about the $$ like the hospitals in the US, and the cost was more than fair,

The Dr. was super awesome. He answered right away and saw us even though he did not have his staff available yet. Very affordable and informative. My fur babies now have a new vet. Super close to the border too!

My cat had three dead kittens in her stomach and was about to die so we took her to our local Vet hospital and we were told it would cost approximately $2,000. Instead, we took our chance at this vet across the border and we were told she had a high chance of dying. We paid the $250 and prayed. Guess what ? after an emergency surgery and multiple infections, she's alive and now thriving. This place is amazing, thank you for your absolute care abd service.

5 stars for kindness to my pet, thorough intake, follow-up care and instructions, costs clearly stated, and closeness to the border. What would have cost hundreds of dollars I paid $32! My cat all of a sudden had something in his eye, it ended up being cataracts but I had never seen a cat have that in 38 years of having pets, so I didn’t know what was going on. I thought it could wait until Monday but he stopped eating and I thought he might be in pain. So I went across to TJ at 10, and thanks to a short Ready Lane I was back in City Heights by midnight. I Sonny know hope to add a photo but if I figure it out I will.

Every Morning I let my dogs out and I noticed she was belly up and not moving ! We called the vet before arriving to make sure they had available doctors. As soon as I arrived they called me into the room and I tell him what had happened with my doggie , the vet starts patting down my dog, takes her temperature and he said it was gas! Nothing to serious, I thought. The point is she is much better after the injections he gave her the exam, vaccines and consultation was included for about 400 and some pesos they did an extra bloodwork to make sure there wasn’t anything else to worry about for about 280 pesos. I think the price is well worth it my dog is back to normal the vet knew exactly what to do. They also offered for her to stay overnight but being a dog owner for many years I knew that was not necessary if it was just gas. Great service , My Spanish is not so great but they understood and help my dog.

They actually stabilized my chi than they asked All the billing ? Putting my pet first. Young Doctor u must ask ? Of why why why they have lab & x rays on site. Very reasonably priced.

F this place today i took my dog wanted a c sec cus she was in labor and they turned me away and wouldnt perform it. Stuck at the border line and my dog passed away in my car they didnt bother to do further testing on her. If i can give more a negative i would i wouldnt recomend

Answered phone quickly and were able to help my cat ASAP! The doctor was great too and explained everything in detail. Would recommend!
