Do NOT make an appointment. I drove from San Diego for them to tell me they couldn't attend me.

Do not stop at this place. I made an appointment at 11 AM and my dog wasn't ready till 4 PM. I don't understand what's the point of an appointment if they are not going to respect it they were really rude about it. Also my wife noticed one of the workers miss handling our dog i would stay away from this place! I would've gave them zero stars but it's impossible
