We have been taking our mini golden doodle here for years Always a professional experience. They do a great job with out dog and he loves going there and spending time with the staff

We’re a military family who have brought our miniature schnauzer here for years, even prior to us moving away to a different duty station. We recently got a Labradoodle and took him to get his first bath and tidy and a sanitary trim as well as a face trim so he could see. The first time we took him he looked like his body was trimmed but after speaking with the owner they used the de-shedder on him which was fine now that we understood since that does remove extra hair. We took him again on Monday and his eyebrows were significantly different than last time and it looked like he his eyebrows were just cut straight across with no effort to make them look like actual eyebrows. You know when you were little and your mom insisted in a chili bowl haircut? That’s what was done to his eyebrows. When we asked the girl who did it she insisted she didn’t cut his eyebrows. We have pet insurance that reimburses us for grooming visits, etc so the manager was going to call us to get them to us and we planned on bringing it up to him at that time. He did call me back and I simply asked is there something else we’re supposed to say or can we simply request him from now on since he is the one that originally did his first bath and tidy and at that point I was told to find another groomer because the groomer who chopped his eyebrows stated my wife cussed her out, which she did not, when we picked him up on Monday. This is very disheartening to be not only lied on but to be told to find another groomer because one she did not know how to cut eyebrows and two because it sounds like they just didn’t want to “deal” with us or our animals. I’ll be glad to find another groomer who will treat our animals like family and we’re not just brushed off because we’re trying to work with someone to ensure our animals are groomed consistently.

Super friendly staff!! Very punctual too! My Mother-in-law's Furbaby was in desperate need of a Cut & grooming as our previous groomer closed up shop after Covid closures. We thought we'd give Paw Alley a try since they were close by. We were thrilled with the results!!! Our furbaby went in looking like a ragamuffin and came out looking like he'd won Best in Show!!! He even had an adorable bandana around his neck and the perfect cut that shows off just how adorable he is!! Give the folks at Paw Alley a try! You'll be happy you did!!

Really love this place and bummed that I won’t get to use them anymore since I’m moving. They work quickly and their cuts are high quality. Also, my shih tzu usually runs away from groomers but she has no problem when they take her in. Highly recommend.

First time at Paw Alley and they did not disappoint. My sweet CKCS (Cavalier King Charles spaniel) looks and smells so fresh and so clean! We just moved to San Diego from St Pete, FL and have been searching for a new groomer for Thor. Success!

Friendly staff, my dogs always look great after!

My medium sized dog is 19 years old and super active and healthy... she’s never actually need her nails cut before! But our new home has hardwood floors and I’m hoping less nail lets her walk easier on the slippery surface. Called a few spots and each time I asked if I could be present during grooming since my girl is so old and never had this done, everyone said no problem. Got here and apparently, it was a problem for the owner. If Firestone will let me into the car bay while my tires get changed, keeping my best friend company while she’s got a dremel tool grinding at her feet, shouldn’t be a problem. This location is convenient, but my girls comfort and safety are priority. Lame.

They do a good job for a reasonable price. Staff is friendly and shop is clean and cheerful. Good at following COVID19 guidelines.

I couldn't be more happy with Paw Alley! I posted on my Facebook page how wonderful her services were. I especially loved it when Jeff said "I think Kiki likes me". To put in context, Kiki was abused and I had only had her 6 months and this was her 1st visit to a groomer! She was very scared yet you took such good care of her! Thank you so much and we will be back!????

We have been going to Paw Alley for about 2 years now! The staff is great and they always do a quality job. Even if your dog is well over due for a grooming they make the best effort to salvage and take out the knots versus just shaving the dog. I have a high maintenance Poodle names Khaleesi and she is always so full of energy after her hair cuts. She clearly likes to show it off! I did my first check in and got a FREE TEETH CLEANING!!! Made my day! Pro tip - scheduled 2-3 weeks ahead of time as they are always busy!

I got a weird feeling from the staff, as soon as I walked in. My gut said No, but the convenience of the location said Yes. Neither I, nor my dog, liked being here. And the grooming was Not great. You may end up having a good experience here, but I can not recommend this facility for grooming or boarding or even for toys... My small dog chewed up the leather toy the staff found for me. She told me it was perfect for power chewers. It lasted minutes. They would not refund my money. When I contacted them about the disappointment in service, they offered no reply. Look Elsewhere!

I take both my dogs here. I've tried probably 4 other groomers before finding paw alley and this is the only place we will go in San Diego. Usually booked a week or two in advance so last minute reservations generally won't cut it. You can book online.

They do a really good job with my dog, Bellamy. They listen to all my requests and are happy to clarify if they have questions. I like that I can see Bellamy being groomed from the waiting area. Plus his hair cuts have come out super cute! I like watching dog grooming on YouTube so I was happy to find a place that has similar cute results as some of the really popular channels.

These guys absolutely know what they are doing! I drive all the way down from Encinitas because they’re that good! The staff is super friendly and they def take good care of your pet

I'm handicapped and they helped me to and from the car with my dog. I'll definitely be back. Plus, Toby looks great!
