My dog, after another day at dog park didn't look good at all: she treated herself to a dirt&mud bath! It was late, so we went directly home. The next day Pet Palace cleaned her so that her brown coat was washed away...to her normal white! Pricing is reasonable... handlers are gracious and gentle with a good sense of humor.

Reasonably priced self service bathing with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and a waterproof apron all provided. Support our local businesses like this one and feel COVID-safe while doing so.

A nice find for my dog

My pup had spinal surgery about five months ago and hasn’t been groomed since. I was nervous about leaving him with strangers because he still has weakness in his back legs. He was wayyyyy over due for a groom though, so I finally pulled the trigger. I could not be happier with Pet Palace. The staff was absolutely lovely. They were so kind and patient. They did a fantastic job on his haircut, even though he still struggles to stand up. I cannot say enough positive things about this business. We will definitely be coming back!

We have 2 persian cats and their coat can get out of hand. We originally went to another cat groomer but it seems as though they are not in business anymore. This place answered our call! We arrived for our appointment and we discussed with them any concerns we had and expectations for their grooming service. They finished in just a few hours and our cats were groomed to perfection. Our cats were not stressed out and in fact were in happy moods. We will be coming back regularly!

This is THE best place to get your pup groomed! Cesar takes such good care of our girl Penelope. Couldn't ask for a better local spot for our dog's grooming needs! Highly recommend.

Best grooming experience I’ve had in San Diego. They are professional and attentive. My dog came out so cute and the little bandana was adorable. Cesar is the best!

They treated my Persian cat so nice and the groom was perfect. I felt very comfortable leaving her with Pet Palace. Much better than other groomers in San Diego I’ve tried! Will come back!

This review is for the self serve baths. The staff is always super friendly and wanting to help in any way possible, whether answering questions or if you need assistance. Even with COVID, when they would normally do the blueberry facials for the pup, they describe what to do and the order. I like that they check in during your bathing to make sure you have everything you need. Always a pleasure bringing our pup here. Even though she hates baths, she loves the treats she gets to snack on when we get home!

I would give them 10 stars if I could. I have 2 poms one is extra difficult and aggressive. Teddy is now 4 yrs old , pet palace has a way with him and always does an excellent job for last 2 plus years. ❤❤

I just moved two months ago and my dogs I brought my two terribly knotted up dogs to be groomed. I got no judgement just a great short hair cut and great service I would highly. Recommend this company they are clean and friendly. Did a great job on the dogs.
