Took one look at my return and refused to even process it because of wear. Well duh my dog wore it and it didn’t work out for us. I called Petco and they gave me a full refund and I got to keep the merchandise. I’m glad the company understands the value of a lifetime customer. Never had this issue at other locations that gladly exchanged gifted items or even helped me get discounts by taking the time to show me price matching deals.

I always go here. Love their vast section for being such a small store. Always have what I need in stock. Great rewards program too.

Typical chain pet supply store.

Frankly pretty cluttered with very narrow walkways to navigate a cart. Caters to cats and dogs with a single self dedicated to exotics. Decent selection of cat and dog food. Probably carries more of the boutique brands than the regular big name brands like Purina, hills, and royal canin.

I went there yesterday to buy something for my beta fish. I had pleasure talking with Alex. He was a super nice and knowledgeable guy, he answered all my questions with patience and gave me some good tips to take care of my fish. Thank you Alex for all your hard work.

I like the service and especially on Saturday. The care of the doctor towards the animals is excellent and the nurse is excellent. The assistant when you are registering, your pet is excellent, he tries to answer all your questions. The doctor also answers all your questions. The Saturday group is simply excellent. I love you.❤

This location has always about 95% of what I need. On the some day I went to another PETCO & PET SMART. I learned my lesson. Start with LEASH ON WASHINGTON AVE & 4TH STREET.

The employees are always helpful, the products a frequently purchase are also always in stock. The clothing and anything cute sells fast but that usually the case anywhere.

The staff here is so nice, they welcomed our new rescue dog with some treats and coupons to use. We got some great essentials and toys and treats... They even have a bulk treat section. They also do vaccines in store in occasion.

I frequent this store because it always has what I need for my kitty and the staff is so nice. Today, an employee at the register (didn’t catch her name) offered to carry my big bag of cat food and litter for me to my car. Being 6 months pregnant I was beyond thankful. Above and beyond customer service! Thank you!!

I used to think they had friendly staff, until this weekend… Saturday was the last day I could pick up an order I placed online, so around 5:30 I headed to the store to pick it up. Unfortunately, the manager that day (who for many reason made it clear her only priority was closing the store as fast as she could) canceled my online order 2 hours before the store closed. Trying to not make a big issue about it, i said I was fine paying for it again, since I would be receiving a refund for the online transaction, but that I wanted to make sure I was charged the same as I was online. She rings me up and the total is nearly $80, instead of the $35 I had paid online. I showed her the order and it’s total in the Petco app on my phone and she says to me “ugh there’s too many items, there’s no way for me to make it the same price”. What she was basically saying was that she would have to adjust each can of food individually in order to match the price, but since her only priority was closing the store, that she was unwilling to take the time to do it. Needless to say I left without the over priced cat food and won’t be back.

Love this place, prices are a bit on the high side but the selection and the staff more than make up for it.
