Very grateful they would see my pet bunny for an after hours emergency. No other Emergency vets in my area would take rabbits. Vet tech and Vet were very kind and took good care of her. She is at home recovering.

I feel like they may have gone out of business??? I have been calling with no answer and emailing with no answer. Either they are completely irresponsible or Have gone out of business. Either way they did not earn my dogs business.

We are very thankful for the attentive care our dog received today. The staff was friendly and helpful and our doctor was amazing. Thank you CVVH.

My second time making an appointment to get my dog vaccinated. They have a person sleeping in the room while nobody is helping us. Terrible vet office I would never go here.

Never going here again. The old lady doctor literally laughed in my face for no reason. Extremely disrespectful these guys don't like animals they just in it for the money. Avoid at all costs!

My pets have been patients here since 2005. I now need meds for my pet. I called in a refill and because of a past experience I asked what was the expiration date for the bottle of med I was refilling for almost $100? Guess what? it expired in 1 month. My dog takes a small 0.8 ml dosage so this is insane. For that amount of money my dog won't drink all this medication within the month. This bottle usually last 3 months. So they want to make me pay for something that will be tossed literally in 3-4 wks. So I requested a smaller bottle the lady skimped so much that this refill won't last 1 month. She basically sold me an empty bottle. This is a nice place gone bad. Also how did I go from 20 refills to 4? I refill every 3 months what the heck is going on with you guys? Also there is no transparency the bottles don't have measurements on them so they sell you whatever they want for any price they wish and you pay blindly. It's really a shady practice. Please Beware.

I was referred to Conejo Valley Vet Hospital by a holistic vet in Woodland Hills. I was getting a third opinion on my dogs teeth situation. They allowed me in the patient room with Goji and answered any questions I had regarding the process, which eased my mind (some vets don't allow that). The quote they gave me was less than another hospital I went to, so I decided to give them a shot. During surgery day, the doctor kept me in the loop through text message and phone calls which I found amazing since it was such a nerve wracking day for me as I waited for the completion of the day. When I picked him up, I saw that he was handled with much care which I really appreciate. I made my payment which was lower than I expected. Goji's mouth healed nicely. I am forever grateful to the vets and staff at Conejo for making mine and Goji's experience there a pleasant one. I even take him there to get his nails trimmed, (I live about an hour away), because I know they will take good care of him. Here’s a pic of Goji with no more rotten teeth and a beautiful smile. Thank you all!

I couldn’t believe what occurred in in this moment! Sadly our vet killed our boy!! I’m not over exaggerating! He said I’m going to give your dog this ear medication and he’ll be good But no he killed our dog! Literally killed our boy! Do not ever allow them to give your dog a medication called Claro! They do not have ability to verify any issue with their tympatic membrane!

Our Family is forever grateful to Dr. Mitra and all the support Staff and front desk at Conejo Vet Hospital . Our puppy , Casey , was faced with many life threatening challenges , and the expert care and compassion that we received during our 10 day stay was above and beyond what we could have anticipated . Casey is home and thriving due to the knowledgeable and dedicated Team of Veterinarian’s and support technicians. They kept us informed every step of the way . They also welcomed all of our questions and were accommodating to let us visit Casey as needed . We recommend this Hospital and Vet practice to all of our friends !.

In reading other people's negative reviews, I don't get it at all. We've had a wonderful experience here with our rabbits. They are kind, caring and always absolutely get us in on time for our appointments - no waiting. We are so thankful we have found them. We drive quite a way to get there, but it is totally worth it. There's another bunny vet 5 minutes from me, but I will never go there again. Conejo Valley Vet is the best!

I've loved Conejo Valley Vet hospital and pet resort for years! I've been bringing my precious boy, Achi, here since he was a puppy of 10 weeks old. He loves it here and gets to play with all the dogs during day care and most importantly, they love him! I can't say enough about all the doctors, techs and staff here! They are truly amazing!

My friend recommended this clinic. My experience was excellent. I needed an appointment urgently. It's a big and specious facility. Clean and organized, with good systems in place to shorten waiting times. The doctor was very attentive, professional, didn't try to push unnecessary procedures. They have a pharmacy there as well. Next day I received a follow up message which is impressive. I would absolutely use them when needed.

Open 24 hours... what a lie. I came in and I was told that they were not taking any animals. Gave me a list of place where to take my very ill dog. One of the place they told me in Woodland Hills was close. My dog passed away 1 hour later. Why say 24 if its not true.

Do not take your animal here, I cannot stress this enough! They are rude, have communication issues, overpriced and play on your emotions to up your bill. Unethical group, terrible experience, maybe spend less time trying to defend yourself online or trolling people who complain and more time caring for your clients and you wouldn't have such poor ratings. Plan to spend over $2,000 for a one day hospitalization with no surgeries, and have no actual diagnosis at the end of it. I was asking for the Dr. to speak to a close vet friend of mine (she's and exotic animal pathologist) about the situation so that she could better explain to me what was going on and I could better make informed decisions. They refused and said they did not have time, yet spent 20 minutes arguing with me about it stating reasons from they don't consult, to they don't talk to anyone but me. Why not, what were you afraid of? We actually pulled our pet from their care due to these issues and lack of trust. He came home with severe conjunctivitis in both eyes which was never even noted or communicated to me by their staff. He is doing well now, no thanks to them. I have since heard from several coworkers that they have had similar experiences here. DO NOT BRING YOUR ANIMAL HERE!!!

Emergency service was good, But after my pet passed away I never heard back from them after calling multiply times. I don't know where my pet is or what my final bill is? They were super worried about getting a large deposit BUT NOT concerned about afterwards! where's my pet ? where's my credit???

I had taken my dog to several vets to have surgery done. Each vet charged me just to look at my dog then told me they couldn't do the job. Conejo Vet is the only place that gave my dog a check over, then told me they couldn't do it either but there was no charge for the visit. Then they tried to help me find a place that could do the surgery. They have heart at CVVH.

My son called them to have my dog put down they said be there within in 15 minutes he was there within 10 minutes and was told they were shut down. What a crock.this place which had taken care our animals for over thirty years for our various animals.is now gone to a hell and a hand basket.I would not recommend anyone to go here again

All of the staff members that I interacted with were so kind. My new rescue pup was seen for her checkup and for an ear infection. The Veterinarian was patient with me as I asked many questions and shared my concerns and everyone made the visit very easy. Highly recommend.

The staff members at this facility are awesome. While the emergency wait times can be challenging, the team continues to update your status. I only wish medical office folks and some “people” doctors were as friendly, personable, and truly interested in your well-being as CVVH are for your pet.

We boarded two dogs with CVVH and it was a great experience. Intake was easy, they sent pictures of the dogs and they were both happy when we picked them up! The staff is awesome.

When the receptionist picked up she was laughing. I told her about my cockatiel being injured and she said they had no avian techs or doctors available. Then she went on to say that it didn’t sound like an emergency… well my cockatiel is now dead. Why would you not have staff available? She had also said that she would give me referrals. What referral did she give me? To call THEM in the morning and maybe they would have something

I have been Going to Conejo Valley Vet since the Mid 80’s when they were on T.O. Boulevard. Yesterday was the last time I will ever take my dogs to them! It is not the care! It is getting an appointment and having that appointment on time! The last dozen times I took either of my dogs in, I have had to wait well beyond an hour past my appointment time. The excuse given is there is an emergency. I made this appointment over a month ago. Yesterday was more of the same. I walked in about 15 mins early, No one waiting in the lobby. Get weighed and sit down. Five more customers come in sit down to wait and are taken in to an exam room within 10 minutes. 30 Minutes past my appointment time I am told it will be another 30 mins the Veterinarian has an Emergency. Same excuse as the last dozen times. The time before this I spent over two hours past my appointment time waiting in my truck when they were not allowing people inside because of COVID- the excuse was there is an Emergency. When they did get my dog- he was in there for less than 15 minutes. Yesterday was the last time I am letting them waste my time, If their management can not figure out how to schedule to get in on time – then what else is off or lacking leadership? We did not stay and wait. I will be looking for a new Veterinary clinic , Obviously Conejo Valley Vet does not think my time is valuable and that the same excuse used every time is good for lack of reliable scheduling. Scott

They aren’t open 24 hours. They referred me to a vet in freaking Studio City. It’s midnight and I have to work tomorrow morning at 9 AM. If you aren’t going to be open that’s your business but quit advertising yourself as a 24 hour business!!!

This is our third dog, we have taken to Conejo Valley Veterinary Hospital. It is the most loving and qualified Vet. We always have piece of mind after leaving the facility. I referred my neighbor, who has three dogs. She just raves, about everyone there

We like the doctors at CVV. However, getting perscription refills or having ANYONE answer a phone is nearly impossible. I have tried for 2 days to get a refill. Can't get it through their website and can't get a sole to answer the phone - even after 15 minutes on hold. Now I will drive over for perscription. I strongly recommend getting your pet medications elsewhere.

I had an emergency so I called them so we may come in. The lady that answered said yes but the wait time was 5-6 hours which would be around 5 in the morning we drove for 1 hour and called once we where in their parking lot (which was empty) . She then said they would no longer see my pet even though I called 3 times to confirm the time. She then said they also had no space for her.

Took my 13-year-old dog for a complete work up. More than pleased with Dr. Kane and the entire staff at Conejo Valley Vet. The facility was spotless and beautiful. As soon as the test results came back, I was contacted immediately by the doctor who explained everything in detail. Would highly recommend this clinic and will definitely be back.
