My wife and I have been using MVH for several years now. They have walked us through some of the hardest times in the life of a pet owner and have celebrated the joys (and hardships) associated with a new puppy. Quite simply put, there is no place else I would take my dog. The doctors are caring, genuine, professional and knowledgeable. The front office staff are professional and friendly. I HIGHLY recommend MVH!

My dog is over ten years old and has been going to Dr. Mason almost her entire life. She has ALWAYS given us fantastic service, her staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help in every way they can. Dr Mason cares for these animals. It's clear that she truly loves them and isn't in it to just make money. Her prices are reasonable. We left another vet in Moorpark to come to her. We have two pits with one having CHF. He has lived two years past his death day per the estimated timeline the vet we left gave him. This is because of Dr. Mason. Best choice ever for my dogs.

Really great first visit with Dr. Smith. The visit was timely and the staff was really nice and helpful.

The process was very thorough despite the situation we have with COVID. Staff was very friendly in person and on the telephone. The doctor explained his diagnosis in detail and I felt that my dog was taken care of. I will definitely be bringing my other dog in as well. Thank you to everyone at Moorpark veterinary hospital!

The first couple of times we went for our cat the vet staff were very nice. But then after a miscommunication with the doctor and the secretary about our cat's treatment, the secretary became very rude and showed attitude over the phone. And it was not the first time either. When I called them back after a vet visit asking if we could come back in because our cat needed a urine test, the secretary got defensive and short, saying they hadn't known our cat needed a urine test in the first place. I told her it was fine, and I wasn't blaming them at all but she was still very rude and short with me. We called back today to set up another appointment and as soon as we stated our name and our cats name the secretary once again gave us an attitude, giving us short and clipped answers. And that was it for us! We'll be going to another vet from now on. The doctor is nice but with all of the missed communication and high expenses for everything, and being treated so rudely by the secretary it's not worth it anymore.

Dr Mason has been our vet for many years. We have German Shepherds. Last night she saved our 12 year old German Shepherd dog's life. We are on the road and Gwen got sick. I called Dr Mason and she told me what the symptoms sounded like and told me to get to a vet immediately. 1 emergency surgery later and lots of calls with Dr Mason and our big girl is resting comfortably. If you live in the Conejo valley you can't do better

Dr. Mandy is the Best! She has an intuitiveness about animals that I appreciate, as my vet. She is cost effective and does the job. She really understands animals. Highly recommend her services.

I LOVE Dr. Mason. She is one of the last "family" vets out there who cares for the well being of your pet and not "upping" your bill with over-treating and prescribing unnecessary procedures and medications. She knows her stuff and her clinic feels like home! :-)

This clinic is what a vet should be, loving, caring and friendly. Dr Mason is a wonderful doctor who obviously loves animals and does what she does for the love of them and not to be some uppity Dr. I went to a vet in Simi Valley and they wanted to charge me $242.00 to check a spot on my rabbit for fur mites and give him medication. Dr Mason charged me a hair over a quarter of that for the exact same treatment plus better treatment. I will never take my animals to another vet while living in this area. Dr. Mason is the vet for us. I trust her and love chatting with her, she's awesome!!!!!! Thank you Dr. Mason for all your help!
