Kei helped me take care of our little pup. she was very friendly and attentive described exactly what she was going to do, I am very happy with our service and how cute the hair trim.

Saw this place on an app. Brought our huge golden retriever over to try it out. They did a really great job and our dog’s doggy smell was all gone. Best of all was at the next appointment our dog felt comfortable following them inside without us hiding away (at other places our dog sometimes refused to go)

Both of my dogs have been pampered here for a long time. They got 10 points for their major. They will be very patient and friendly to ask my needs. And each time they did it very well. I'm very pleased with their service. It is highly recommended that everyone come to this pet grooming shop.

Horrible service attitude. My dog is a 6month old Yorkshire. We took him to this place for his first grooming appointment (before this appointment we shower him every ten days and groom him every day). We even vlog the whole trip. The groomer suggested we shave the dog and said she doesn't guarantee she won't hurt my dog while shaving. I left my dog there and called my vet friends and send them the pics. They suggest there’s no need to shave the dog, and Unipaw has a terrible reputation for hurting the dog’s legs. We should go pick my dog up NOW. When we arrive, we see our dog shaking, and the back is all shaved. The groomer saw us mad and then start to accuse us of not taking good care of the puppy that we treated our dog “poorly“because of the hair knot. We have two other dogs at home. My parents and I adore them and give them the best care possible. If my dog’s hair is perfect, why am I even need to take him to a groomer? I’m ok that the groomer needs to shave his hair, but I don’t need you to accuse me for “not taking care of my dog” because you are not patient about hair knots and can’t operate your service with the right attitude. Also we went to a different groomer straight from your store, and showed them the fur, they said there’s no need to shave all the fur, you can use equipment with knot!

They are so great. I have taken my dog to gloom twice a month last for about 6 months. They love dogs, and take care of my dog so well. They’re professional and patient. Some guests only took their dogs for once and ask their friends to gave one star. But please try it once, and get the answer by yourselves. I highly recommend here for everyone.

This is amazing dog grooming in LA. Best stylish , make my dog supper cute , they can do Korean & Japanese styles. After grooming my Cash smelling & looking fresh, must try , nice hair clip too, I love it

First time trying Unipaws Pet Grooming, the facility is clean, friendly, and brand new. Their customer service was excellent; the groomer was skillful and attentive. They take care of your dogs like their own babies. Thank you for your fantastic work. My babies Milky and Sugar look amazing and smell good. I will definitely come back. PS: If you're looking for a professional groomer, I highly recommend this place.

This new grooming store is amazing, i just drive through saw this new store open, they are doing Japan style dog grooming,that is what I looking for so long time!! And they even have dog skin care&Dog spa Wow!!! I try different store before they did not do styling and more expensive!!! I'm highly recommend this store ,TRY IT!!!

The owner is absolutely dog lover. Very patient and caring. The place is clean and cozy. Highly recommend! They give my fur baby the exactly hair cut that I requested for, and my fur baby looks super happy after grooming!
