Great place. I have 2 doggies. One is gentle but the other one is the opposite. Well Patricia was able to groom him . She did what I or another groomer couldn't with my dog . Before going to Suds grooming place I had gone to 2 different groomers and both says no, cause my dog doesn't let no one get close to him , much less to touch him. But Patricia was able to take him and groom him . Thank you Patricia you make my doggies look so neat.

If you valve your pet, DO NOT bring them here. Better, safer, trusted alternatives: Sunny Pet Grooming, PetSmart (Yes! PetSmart is better than this business), Magic Groomer. I am leaving only ONE star for the following reasons: 1) No Oral or Written Contract (Sketchy, Unprofessional) There are no price signs in the business or on their website, and no price was told to me when I dropped off my dog. This is very unprofessional. The only reason I didn't ask for a price is I'm well familiarized with what the price should be for a 45 lb Husky. 2) Threatening to Board When I called the business back, they told me they were closed and were going to board my dog. I said, no, do not board him, I'm coming to pick him up. They tried to tell me no it's too late we're going to board him and they weren't willing to wait 20 mins. FYI--I refused to let them do this and said I was coming. I was there in 10 mins after I hung up the phone. I was furious. On another note: I would never board my dog here. You can't see where they board them, you can't see what the cages look like, there are no glass-panned walls for you to see where they're keeping your furry child. No cameras, no online footage. Why would anyone trust their dog to be kept in a place where they can't see or verify how they're being treated? I must be spoiled by Magic Groomers. They make me feel safe. 3) Threatening to Charge a Late-Pick-Up-Fee On the same phone call where I stated I was going to pick up my dog, they said they were going to charge me extra for not picking up my dog on-time. I understand it's closing time for them and they did not want to wait. HOWEVER. If you are going to try to charge me a late fee, you need to establish that in writing before I drop him off. You do not have the right to charge me a late fee if this is not advertised, or communicated before I released him to you. 4) Bad, Smelly (Possibly Cheap) Shampoo It smells gross and now I have to go find time to take my Husky to my usual grooming salon that actually takes great care of my baby. 5) Incomplete Grooming Job When I inspected the grooming job, I found that Aiko was still damp and tons of fur were still coming off him. This was an incomplete job and they did not take the full-time Aiko needed. It's clear they didn't brush him before the bath, as they are supposed to, and wanted to rush him out the door. They said that my Husky might take less than 3 hours for the bath and grooming. While this might be the case for other businesses, I did not want them to rush though grooming him. I expect a full 3 hours and anything less I am skeptical of how well the job was done. To the business owner: We will not be coming here again. I will continue to drive to further locations to receive a quality grooming job.

Patricia is very friendly and kind both to myself and my feline. I loved the haircut ( lions cut) and pampering my cat got (ear cleaning, anal gland cleaning, claws trimmed). They did a great job. For $102... Pricey but I can't imagine it's an easy job. I'll return.

VERY happy with Patricia! She just groomed my Pomeranian, WITHOUT a ridiculous time in advance notice. Some other places were talking about 3-6 weeks in advanced. She did it for $38.00 including hair, nails, and *gland. I own a business close by so I will be sure to bring my little pet over. Very happy. THANKS PATRICIA! :)
