This place is DIRTY a bunch of dog hair everywhere on the floor it looks like they don't even clean this is not a good place to take your dogs for grooming, they are not professional at all, i regret taking my dog there he got full of fleas and they even forgot to cut his nails. I took him to get groomed and came out worse. Very bad experience smh

Was told it would cost me $45 for my husky, I go pick her up she’s not even fully clean nor did they groomed her and on top of that she charged me extra $5 dollars...

It was the first time going to this place. I called and the same day they had an appointment open for my moms dog. They were friendly and attentive. I picked up my dog 3 hours+ later and he looked so clean and had a great summer cut.

Took my 4 dogs for the first time today 7/9/21. They came out looking great! They even took my 8 year old that is a bit aggressive and did an amazing job on him. The staff very polite and caring. The prices are reasonable. I will return there again.

I really thought they did a great job until the next day that I took my dog for a walk and realize that part of his Furrer was cut off his leg and it was cut into his skin. I had so much going on in my life at that time that I didn’t realize and I guess I should call them but I didn’t because this is very depressing that they would treat my dog this way

I called ahead of time about noon to see if they would be able to take walk-ins and they told me they did up until 4:00 p.m. I arrived at 3:51 and they tell me they cannot take any walk-ins. Don't bother calling ahead since they give wrong info

First time their great experience recommended to my neighbor

It was good, left my dog exactly how I wanted him, very good people, took forever though. I had an appointment at 9 am and they didn't start doing his hair until 11 pm. They attended people that arrived an hour after me first and was a stressful experience. If they were more punctual on time then they would've gotten 5 stars from me.

I recently took my 3mo puppy to get groomed , bathed, his nails and hair cut and here’s how my experience went . It was April 29th 2021 to be exact ; the date today is may 1st. the female that signed us in was very polite and helped regardless of her wrapping up her job already. The person that actually groomed him however literally threw my dog on the table as I was already in my car. I understand sometimes dogs get out of hand maybe she felt my pet did , regardless I do feel that was uncalled for. I HIGHLY doubt my dog was actually bathed as well because once I came all the groomer was doing was spraying a “dog cologne” if you will and he didn’t looked bathed unless if maybe they used a blow dryer on him . The haircut came out looking uneven , me and my husband had to watch her actually do the nail cutting and hair trimming in order for it to even be done if we didn’t inspect our pet we would’ve paid $57 for nothing !!. I know my dog. He might’ve been crying out because we left him alone. But He enjoys the water and he isn’t bad with strangers . He’s very shy unless he knows you. I’m very disappointed with the service we got from the woman who “groomed” our pet. It seems as if she’s the owner so miss. Please don’t continue treating others pets and wallets with this same treatment. Please do your job correctly . Others would appreciate it.

Dropped my shih tzu off and 3 1/2 hours later she was still not done. I ended up getting what i didn't want. They're confused with beard and mustache. Her hair was not cut evenly and legs were still hairy. I'd rather pay $60 and get it done right. I'm taking her back to Doggy Land in Downey. Signed, Miserable

They are the most freindliest , people will take the time to answer any questions and the prices are very reasonable , I would recommend to anyone !

Took my german shepherd and for regular bath it was 40$ and thats a great price for his thick coat and size. They waited for me to pick him up and when i got there a worker was sitting outside with him. My dog was very happy and so was I.

I took my cat to get bathed. She said he did very well. He looked clean and refreshed. His coat was smooth and smelled like lavender.

She's wonderful with my two. Took her 5 minutes to cut both their nails. That's magic to me.

I honestly don’t understand the bad reviews. The owner is genuinely amazing and caring to all pets. She always accommodates my 3 fur babies and provides the best service. Trust me when I say I have one of the most difficult dogs in the world... Even PETCO & PETSMART deny my dog because she’s too “aggressive” or too “difficult” and reality she’s just a very anxious and nervous dog around strangers. The owner is amazing with her, and some how can handle her! I am so thankful to finding this place! And I will always support this business! Did I also mention they are AMAZING with cats !! ????????♥️♥️

The owner said I could sit with my dogs since it was our first time there. I showed up with my dogs on time for my appointment and she told me that I suddenly could NOT stay with them and then she couldn't take my dogs today so she told me to go home!! I WAS SHOCKED. Also, the place is NOT clean, a small room super small and stuffy - totally UNPROFESSIONAL, and she completely wasted my time. DO NOT DROP YOUR DOGS OFF HERE, trust me everyone! It does not seem safe and does NOT look like a legitimate dog grooming business... If you love your dogs and fur babies, this is NOT the place to take them! At first i was shocked at the entire experience, but in retrospect, I'm really glad I did not leave my dogs with them... it would have resulted in severe psychological and traumatic damage .... what a blessing in disguise!

Please do not use these people to service your dog. They sent a man that doesn’t speak English my dogs were terrified I have never had this experience with grooming my pooches my pooches. Worst experience ever my dogs are in distress. I can stress enough please do not use them! Protect your animals from people like this!!

Very nice and accommodating to my schedule. They are very gentle with my cat.

I do not recommend this place at all.. I took my dog for a bath and trim, the lady there shaved him all the way. When I was still there, my niece noticed my dog had a cut near the leg.. they made him a big cut it looked very deep and nasty, I asked the lady what happened and she acted like she didn't know anything. Never again will I take my dog there ????

Made an appointment by text. Around the time of appointment I text to get time frame of arrival. Was asked if they could do it later because it's to hot in van. Then was told they had heat stroke and were resting but never text as a courtesy to let me know. I hope they are ok, but will not be calling them again due to lack of communication.
