Best pet hotel in SGV!

This was my first time utilizing this business for my dog and I am extremely pleased. My daughter picked him up and stated he didn't want to leave. It appears he really enjoyed his time here. I definitely will bring him back again. Employees here are very professional .

I’m visiting from WA, left my rottie here for 2 nights/3 days. This is my favorite boarding place. The place and the people are beautiful inside and out. They love and care for your pets, everything was perfect. Thanks again! Definitely recommend this place!

I felt reassured leaving our two precious pups here and can tell the staff genuinely care for the dogs.

1st time boarding our furkids so we were nervous but followed the good reviews & they were right ???????????????????? Our male Min Pin can be stranger wary but he & our girl Chihuahua did well & fond of staff. Thank you for being outstanding stand in pup parents while we were with our grandkids out of town. Recommend Temple City HPR for quality of service, staff, prices, & clean safe well maintained venue. 2 paws up????We'll be back again ????

There’s no other place where I would leave my grand dog than Heavenly Pet Resort; I trust then wholeheartedly! They are very professional and have great customer service. The care for all boarders is outstanding. The facility is always clean and odorless. I would highly recommend them and definitely returning.

Although I had a hard time picking up my cat in the room (usually it takes a long time because he needs me to apologize enough before I can hold him), but he bounced back very quickly after he got back home to his sweet, usual self. I could tell that his time at Heavenly was not too bad for him (compared to other boarding facilities that I tried before). He is very timid with strangers, so it was tough to leave him with other people. But the girls at Heavenly are so sweet, and they seem to understand the challenges we have as cat parents. I will continue using Heavenly as the pet hotel if I have to travel again.

Staff here are uniformly competent, friendly, accommodating and kind. I've been using this board and care for over a year now. Highly recommended.

This was the first time I boarded my pets at Heavenly Pet Resort. I have a dog and a cat. I could not be more pleased with the experience. I took a tour before I booked their stay. The rooms are spotless with no odor. Both my pets were treated very well. The staff was responsive to their unique needs. I called and checked on my pets several times and was always greeted courteously. My pets came home happy and healthy. I will definitely return.

Its our 1st time taking our fur baby to a dog boarding and it went great. Had no issues and my dog was well taken care of. Perfect place for your doggie to vacation in.

First time boarding our dogs and it was such a great experience for both my family and my dogs. Both my frenchie and yorkie were well taken care of and you can definitely tell the staff loves their clients! Definitely taking my dogs there again. I was able to call and check up on them as well as the staff updating me on their conditions throughout the week! Loved their service, our dogs were very happy staying here!!

First time leaving my two doggies. Overall experience was good. Check out was a bit rushed since quite a few people were waiting already. Place was to open for pick up at 11am but opened about 15 minutes late. I like to get a little info from the staff about they overall stay. That wasn’t possible since there was only one person to handle everyone there. I also provided my own food…I always take plenty and didn’t get the remainder back. This place is very close to my home…I’d give it another try.

My son and his family was on a vacation and but did not to take his new puppy. He knew it would be Heavenly Pet was the right place. Very kind staff.

Pretty good place, close to my home that's one reason to choose it. $38 per day for big dogs. I will use it again.

I brought my 1 year-old chihuahua mix, Jenny, for a 9-day stay at Heavenly Pet Resort while I went out of state for vacation. I brought Jenny home when she was 8 weeks old, and this was our first time being apart from one another. We are together every day, pretty much all day, as I have worked from home full time since the onset of the COVID pandemic; needless to say, I was pretty anxious about boarding Jenny, and I didn't want to put her up with just anyone! HPR had great prices, and came recommended to me from some family members, so I decided to give them a try. The staff was excellent! I dropped Jenny off with a bag of her food, some toys, a bed, and a blanket, and they made sure she was well tended in her private room. Every few days I would give them a call to check in. They were patient and understanding, and always honest with me about Jenny's mood/temperament. She was having a lot of anxiety the first few days (i.e. being away from me, period, and being in a room alone, in a new environment), and they decided to pair her with a smaller dog. She perked right up to her usual happy self, and had a great time! While I did worry about Jenny often because it was our first time apart, I knew she was in safe, capable, and loving hands. When I picked her up, I could tell she was happy, comfortable, and well cared for. I will definitely be using HPR again!

Our 2 mischievous french bulldogs whom have never been boarded before stayed here for 1 entire week while our family vacationed. Needless to say, they took really great care of our girls (: Most importantly, they were able to accommodate us (super last minute) for one extra night due to unexpected travel delays. The peace of mind they gave our family knowing our fur babies were in good hands is priceless and greatly appreciated. Thank you Heavenly Pet Resort!

Great place. Very close to my house. We used them once before about 10 years ago. This was our first time back with a new dog. My fur baby seemed happy when she came home. Would definitely recommend this place to family and friends!

Clean and safe for dogs! Good staff!

My dog was here for 6 full days. Initially, we were super impressed with the tour of the place. All they told us was that we needed my dog’s Bordatella vaccine to help protect from Kennel cough. However, when it came the day to drop him off I was not asked for proof of the vaccine, I had to remind them to check my dog’s vaccination records. This already made me feel uneasy as it showed that they most likely were not keeping track of vaccination records. The day comes to pick up my dog and a few hours later he started to cough, even coughed up blood, and was lethargic. $1000 later, the vet informed us he had a serious case of Kennel cough. I’m glad our boy is okay now and is getting the medical attention he needs, but I do ask of this place to keep better track of vaccines to minimize this from spreading.

Left our dog for a week, they gave her her meds and her own food we left for her. She looks like she had a great time and was well taken care of. Thank you!

Kika is always well taken care of. The facility is very clean and the staff is friendly and caring. We have been here quite a few times.

This was the first time I have been separated from my dog since I got him. I read the reviews on Yelp and visited before setting up a reservation. They were very welcoming and showed me around. It is very clean and well kept. I reserved a private suite. I called to check in halfway through his stay and they updated me on how he was doing. He had been nervous at first but then he settled in. When I went to pick my dog up, he was doing well. He loved the staff at Heavenly Pet Resort, which makes me happy since I had been nervous since he’s shy around new people. They were so caring and understood him so well. I will definitely be back if I have to go out of town again. They went the extra mile and washed his blanket for me before I picked him up.

Always excellent service from a caring staff. Our dog, Sugar, gets excited once she realizes where she is at. It seems she loves the place. And the staff loves her back.
